Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of machining tool fixtures, and particularly relates to a shaft fixture, which comprises: a base, a disk, a flat key, and a chuck. The first bulge and the second bulge are arranged on different surfaces of the flat key, and the third bulge is arranged on the other surface of the flat key; three connectors are uniformly distributed on the rotary table, and a first arc-shaped groove is formed by taking the connecting through hole as the circle center. A counter bore is formed in the base and is coaxially and rotatably connected with the disc, a second arc-shaped groove is formed in the counter bore and is located at the same position as the first arc-shaped groove, and the second arc-shaped groove is larger than the first arc-shaped groove; the first bulge is rotatably connected with the connecting port, the second bulge is rotatably connected with the chuck, and the third bulge connects the base and the disc together. The device has the advantages of large clamping force, wide range of shaft diameters capable of being clamped, simultaneous force application of the three chucks, uniform hand, stable clamping, simple structure, convenient operation and high precision.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of machining tool fixtures, and particularly relates to a shaft fixture.
Background
In machining, side faces of shaft parts are often punched, but due to the shape characteristics of the shaft parts, the shaft parts are easy to rotate and difficult to position and clamp, hole position positioning is inaccurate when the shaft parts are punched, and size deviation is large. Meanwhile, the rotation of the machine can cause damage to processing personnel during processing. In order to avoid this, it is common to clamp a shaft-like component with a tool such as pliers and then perform machining, but this method has a poor fastening effect and produces a component with low precision. Some other existing clamps are generally only one clamp which can only aim at a shaft with one size, and are not universal, high in cost and low in efficiency.

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a shaft clamp. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an axle clamp, comprising: a base, a disk, a flat key and a chuck;
a counter bore is formed in the base, and the disc is movably connected in the counter bore through the flat key;
at least three connecting through holes are uniformly distributed on the disc surface around the axis of the disc surface, a first arc-shaped groove is formed in the disc surface by taking each connecting through hole as the center of a circle, the head end of the first arc-shaped groove is close to the axis direction of the disc, and the tail end of the first arc-shaped groove is close to the edge of the disc;
the disc is in clearance fit with the counter bore, the counter bore is coaxially and rotatably connected with the disc, a second arc-shaped groove is formed in the position, opposite to the first arc-shaped groove, of the counter bore, and the groove width of the second arc-shaped groove is larger than that of the first arc-shaped groove;
the flat key is provided with a third protrusion on the opposite surface of the flat key and the disc, the other surface of the flat key is provided with a first protrusion and a second protrusion, the first protrusion is rotatably connected with the connecting through hole, the second protrusion is rotatably connected with the chuck plate, and the third protrusion penetrates through the first arc-shaped groove and the second arc-shaped groove to connect the base and the disc movably.
Preferably, the chuck is of stepped construction.
Preferably, a long rod is also included.
Preferably, a plurality of side holes matched with the long rod are formed in the circumferential direction of the related disc.
Preferably, a kidney-shaped groove is arranged on the base.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the device has simple structure, convenient operation and high precision;
2. the device adopts three chucks to clamp and position the shaft simultaneously, the clamping force is large, and the positioning is accurate and stable;
3. the chuck is a step shaft which is a step shaft, and can select proper steps according to different shaft diameters, so that the shaft diameter range which can be clamped is wide.

To further explain the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the intended purpose, the following detailed description of the embodiments, structural features and effects of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a shaft clamp includes a base 1, a disc 4, a flat key 6, a chuck plate 5 and a long rod 3. The base 1 is provided with a counter bore 11, the disc surface of the disc 4 is uniformly provided with at least three connecting through holes 41 by taking the axis of the disc 4 as the center of a circle, the disc surface of the disc 4 is respectively provided with a first arc-shaped groove 42 by taking each connecting through hole 41 as the center of a circle, the head end of each first arc-shaped groove 42 is close to the axis direction of the disc 4, and the tail end of each first arc-shaped groove 42 is close to the edge of the disc 4; the circumference of disc 4 is equipped with a plurality of round hole 2, round hole 2 and 3 swing joint of stock, and preferably, round hole 2 is the screw hole, and the one end of stock 3 also is equipped with round hole 2's complex screw thread, round hole 2 and 3 screw-thread fit of stock.
A counter bore 11 is formed in the base 1 and used for mounting the disc 4, the disc 4 is in clearance fit with the counter bore 11, the counter bore 11 is coaxially and rotatably connected with the disc 4, a second arc-shaped groove 13 is formed in the counter bore 11 and opposite to the first arc-shaped groove 42, and the width of the second arc-shaped groove 13 is larger than that of the first arc-shaped groove 42; one end of the second arc-shaped groove 13 is close to the axial center direction of the counter bore 11, and the other end of the second arc-shaped groove 13 is close to the edge of the counter bore 11. The flat key 6 is provided with a first protrusion 61, a second protrusion 62 and a third protrusion 63, the opposite surface of the flat key 6 and the disc is provided with the third protrusion 63, and the other surface of the flat key 6 is provided with the first protrusion 61 and the second protrusion 62. The first protrusion 61 is rotatably connected with the connecting through hole 41 on the disc 4, the second protrusion 62 is rotatably connected with the chuck 5, the third protrusion 63 penetrates through the first arc-shaped slot 42 and the second arc-shaped slot 13 to movably connect the base 1 and the disc 4, and the third protrusion 63 slides in the second arc-shaped slot 13.
Preferably, the chuck 5 is a stepped structure, which can clamp objects of different sizes.
The disc 4 is arranged in the counter bore 11 of the base 1, three groups of flat keys 6 provided with the chuck plates 5 are arranged in the connecting through holes 41 of the disc 4, meanwhile, the third protrusions 63 on the flat keys 6 penetrate through the first arc-shaped grooves 42 and the second arc-shaped grooves 13, the base 1 is connected with the disc 4, the other end of the base is screwed with a nut, the nut is not locked, and the third protrusions 63 can be guaranteed to slide in the second arc-shaped grooves 13.
Specifically, the screw passes through a waist hole 12 on the base 1 to fix the base 1 on a machine tool or other platform. According to the diameter of a shaft to be clamped, selecting a step with a proper size on the chuck plate 5, putting the shaft into the middle of the three chuck plates, enabling the axis of the shaft to be coaxial with the axis of the disc 4, then matching the long rod 3 with the side hole 2, applying force to the long rod 3, enabling the disc 4 to rotate, enabling the flat key 6 and the chuck plate 5 to rotate simultaneously, enabling the flat key and the chuck plate 5 to clamp the shaft, then locking a nut connected to the third protrusion 63, and taking down the long rod 3 to clamp the shaft; when the shaft is taken off, the nut on the third bulge 63 is loosened, the long rod 3 is utilized to rotate the disc 4, and the clamping force of the chuck plate 5 on the shaft is taken off.
