The height of the upper end surface of the clamping stop block is not higher than the lowest height of the cutting edge part of the blade, so that machining interference is avoided, and the clamping reliability is improved. If the installation blade meets the processing requirement and the cutter position is still left, the installation blade can be assembled through a proper amount of tooth pitch adjusting cushion blocks so as to reduce the abrasion of the cutter and the processing cost.
