According to the rolling module for metal round pipe rolling incremental forming, the rolling wheels are in rolling contact with the pipe, friction is small, multiple pairs of rolling wheel groups simultaneously roll the pipe, the pipe is stressed uniformly, and forming quality is good. And the curved surface shape of the roller is consistent with the waveform of the corrugated pipe required to be rolled, the roller can be independently replaced according to different corrugated shapes, the operation is simple, and the universality is high. The first motor drives the first coupler to rotate to drive the lead screw to rotate, and the rotary motion of the lead screw is converted into the movement of the lead screw nut through the matching of the lead screw and the lead screw nut; the movement of the screw nut drives the connecting rod to extend out in the radial direction, and the supporting rod is pushed to slide on the T-shaped guide rail of the round bottom cover, so that the radial push-out of the roller group is realized; meanwhile, the second motor drives the second coupler to rotate to drive the rolling connecting shaft to rotate together with the round bottom cover, so that the roller mechanism rotates axially and pushes out radially, and finally the rolling module performs rolling incremental forming on the metal round pipe. The shaft shoulder of the first roller and the bearing positioning boss of the second roller axially position the deep groove ball bearing, so that the mechanism has better and more stable running precision; the first ring groove and the second ring groove are arranged on the connecting rod and the deep groove ball bearing in a yielding mode, so that the connecting rod and the deep groove ball bearing are prevented from being mounted and moved, and the mechanism is more effective and reliable. The support rod is provided with a limiting platform, so that the contact and interference of the roller group and the cylinder body can be prevented. To sum up, the embodiment can be ground roll extrusion and form bellows or bulging pipe that the ripple height is high, the ripple width is narrow, and the modularization degree is high, the commonality is strong, the mechanism is reliable and stable.

Claims (4)

1. A rolling module for rolling and incremental forming of a metal round pipe is characterized by comprising a roller mechanism (1), a radial opening transmission mechanism (2), an axial rotation transmission mechanism (3) and a support (4); the roller mechanism (1) comprises a roller group consisting of a first roller (11) and a second roller (12) and a support rod (13); the radial spreading transmission mechanism (2) comprises a first motor (21), a first coupler (22), a lead screw (23), a lead screw nut (24) and a connecting rod (25); the axial rotation transmission mechanism (3) comprises a second motor (31), a second coupler (32) and a rolling connecting shaft (33); the support (4) comprises a motor mounting frame (41), a cylinder body (42), a circular bottom cover (43) and a cylindrical box body (44); the first motor (21), the motor mounting frame (41), the first coupler (22), the lead screw (23), the lead screw nut (24), the circular bottom cover (43), the rolling connecting shaft (33), the second coupler (32) and the second motor (31) are coaxially mounted;
6 supporting rods (13) are uniformly arranged on the circular bottom cover (43), a roller set is arranged at one end of each supporting rod (13), and the roller set is positioned on the outer side of the circular bottom cover (43); one end of the lead screw (23) is connected with the first motor (21) through a first coupler (22), a motor mounting rack (41) is further sleeved on the first coupler (22) between the lead screw (23) and the first motor (21), the first motor (21) is fixedly mounted on the motor mounting rack (41), and the other end of the lead screw (23) is connected with a circular bottom cover (43) through a bearing; the screw nut (24) is meshed with the screw (23); one end of the connecting rod (25) is connected with the other end of the supporting rod (13), and the other end of the connecting rod (25) is connected with the outer wall of the screw nut (24); a cylinder body (42) is arranged between the motor mounting frame (41) and the circular bottom cover (42);
a second motor (31) is fixedly arranged in the cylinder box body (44); one end of the rolling connecting shaft (33) is connected with the second motor (31) through a second coupler (32), and the other end of the rolling connecting shaft is fixedly connected with a circular bottom cover (43).

The rolling module for roll incremental forming of a circular metal tube according to claim 1, wherein the roller mechanism (1) comprises 6 roller sets consisting of a first roller (11) and a second roller (12); 1 group of roller groups are respectively arranged on the 6 support rods (13); a supporting rod bearing mounting hole (131) is formed in one end of the supporting rod (13), and a deep groove ball bearing (14) is mounted in the supporting rod bearing mounting hole (131); a first roller (11) is arranged on the deep groove ball bearing (14) positioned at one side of the supporting rod (13), and a second roller (12) is arranged on the deep groove ball bearing (14) positioned at the other side of the supporting rod (13); the second roller (12) is fixedly connected with the first roller (11) through a screw (15) and a nut (16);
a limiting platform (132) is further arranged on the supporting rod (13) below the supporting rod bearing mounting hole (131), a switching connecting platform (133) is arranged on the side surface of the other end of the supporting rod (13), and a T-shaped groove (135) is formed in the side surface of the supporting rod (13); a support rod shaft mounting through hole (134) is formed in the switching connecting platform (133), and the switching connecting platform (133) is connected with the connecting rod (25) through the support rod shaft mounting through hole (134);
the first roller (11) is a roller with one surface being a curved surface and the other surface being a plane; a support rod bearing mounting hole (131) and a first ring groove (113) for mounting the deep groove ball bearing (14) are formed in the upper plane side of the first roller (11), a screw mounting through hole (116) is formed in the middle of the upper plane side of the first roller (11), a shaft surface (111) matched with an inner hole of the deep groove ball bearing (14) is formed in the first roller (11) on the periphery of the screw mounting through hole (116), and a stepped shaft shoulder (112) is formed in the first roller (11) at the bottom of the shaft surface (111); a first concave table (114) is arranged in the middle of a first roller curved surface (115) on the upper curved surface side of the first roller (11), and the first concave table (114) is communicated with the center of a screw mounting through hole (116);

the screw nut internal thread (243) is meshed with the screw rod (23); the connecting rod connecting platform (251) at one end of the connecting rod (25) is connected with the supporting rod shaft mounting through hole (134) of the switching connecting platform (133) on the supporting rod (13) through the connecting rod mounting through hole (252) by a pin, and the connecting rod connecting platform (251) at the other end of the connecting rod (25) is connected with the connecting block mounting hole (242) of the connecting block (241) on the screw nut (24) through the connecting rod mounting through hole (252) by a pin;
the lead screw (23) comprises a first shaft section (231), a first thread section (232) and a second shaft section (233) which are integrally formed; a second shaft section (233) of the lead screw (23) is arranged in the first coupling (22); the first thread section (232) of the lead screw (23) is meshed and connected with the lead screw nut internal thread (243) on the lead screw nut (24).
3. The rolling module for roll incremental forming of round metal tubes according to claim 2, wherein the curved surface shapes of the first roller curved surface (115) and the second roller curved surface (125) are consistent with the desired corrugated shape.
