When the cargo inlet rotary pretreatment turntable cargo conveying unit cell 205 rotates to the position below the cargo inlet rotary pretreatment turntable exhaust unit 201, the exhaust gas enters the exhaust gas treatment unit through the cargo inlet rotary pretreatment turntable exhaust unit 201.
The sterilizing channel supporting body 108 is provided with a cargo conveying mechanism 110, and the cargo conveying mechanism 110 is connected with the cargo inlet 101, the cargo inlet rotary preprocessing turntable 102, the sterilizing main channel 103, the plasma injection array 114, the cargo outlet rotary post-processing turntable 106 and the cargo outlet 107.
The plasma injection array 114 is connected with the killing main channel 103 and the high-voltage power supply 104. The plasma implant array 114 is generated by an array plasma generator. The main killing channel 103 is a cuboid, and the plasma injection array 114 and the spraying unit 115 can be located on four sides of the main killing channel 103, namely the top surface, the bottom surface, the front side surface and the back side surface. The array type plasma generator is formed by arranging a plurality of plasma generators in an array manner, the plasma generators are connected with a plasma array support, the plasma array support is connected with an action unit, the action unit is used for controlling the movement of the plasma array support, the plasma array support can realize the three-dimensional movement of the plasma generators through the control of the action unit, and therefore the adjustment of the vertical position and the horizontal position of the plasma injection array 114 can be realized, and the density degree of the plasma generators can be adjusted. The cargo size (including length, width, and height) is identified by the cargo inlet size identifying unit 113. If the height of the goods changes within a certain range, the vertical distance between the plasma generator of the plasma injection array 114 and the goods can be adaptively adjusted through the plasma array bracket and the action unit which are positioned above the top surface of the sterilizing main channel 103 according to the height of the goods identified by the goods inlet size identification unit 113; if the width of the goods changes within a certain range, the horizontal distance between the plasma generator of the plasma injection array 114 and the goods can be adaptively adjusted through the plasma array supports on the left side and the right side and the action units according to the width of the goods identified by the goods inlet size identification unit 113. If the length of the goods changes within a certain range, the density degree of the plasma generators of the plasma injection array 114 is adaptively adjusted through the plasma array supports and the action units in four directions (top surface, bottom surface, front side surface and back side surface) according to the length of the goods identified by the goods inlet size identification unit 113.
The plasma generator is used as a core component of a plasma channel sterilization system, and a jet plasma generator is preferably used, but the plasma generator is not limited to the plasma generator, and corona or dielectric barrier discharge can be used. The plasma generator is powered using the high voltage power supply 104.
The high voltage power supply 104 is connected to the plasma array to provide power to the plasma array, preferably using a high voltage high frequency ac power supply. The main sterilizing channel 103 is also connected with a shielding gas unit 105, an exhaust gas treatment unit 111 and a waste water recovery unit 109 respectively.
The gas used by the shielding gas unit 105 may be ozone, which mainly achieves the maintenance of the killing factors of the plasma long-acting species. The shielding gas of the shielding gas unit 105 enters the sterilizing main channel 103, passes through the exhaust unit of the inlet rotary pretreatment rotating disc 102 and the outlet rotary post-treatment rotating disc 106, and then passes through the exhaust gas treatment unit 111. The exhaust gas treatment unit 111 includes a blower, a pipeline, and an ozone decomposer. The exhaust gas treatment unit 111 is used to treat the exhaust gas generated during the plasma discharge process. The liquid used by the spray unit 115 is plasma activated water. The wastewater recovery unit 109 mainly realizes the discharge of wastewater. The dehumidification unit 112 mainly functions to reduce the humidity of the cargo.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4, a channel type plasma killing system with adaptive cargo size mainly includes: an inlet 101, a sterilizing main channel 103, a high-voltage power supply 104, a shielding gas unit 105, an outlet 107, a wastewater recovery unit 109, a sterilizing channel support body 108, a cargo conveying mechanism 110, an exhaust gas treatment unit 111, a dehumidification unit 112, an inlet size identification unit 113, a plasma injection array 114 and a spraying unit 115;
the main killing channel 103 is positioned above the main killing channel supporting body 108, and the main killing channel 103 is fixedly connected with the main killing channel supporting body 108; two ends of the sterilizing main channel 103 are respectively connected with a goods inlet 101 and a goods outlet 107, and the goods inlet 101 is provided with a goods inlet size identification unit 113; the inside of the main sterilizing channel 103 is provided with a plasma injection array 114, a spraying unit 115 and a cooling unit 112, the spraying unit 115 is positioned between the plasma injection array 114 and the cooling unit 115, the plasma injection array 114 is close to the goods inlet, the cooling unit 115 is close to the goods outlet 107, and the plasma injection array 114 is connected with the high-voltage power supply 104.
The goods inlet 101 is connected with the sterilizing main channel 103, the sterilizing main channel 103 is connected with the goods outlet 107, and the above channels complete the complete transmission of goods.
The cargo inlet size recognition unit 113 is connected to the cargo inlet 101, and is used for recognizing the size of the cargo and further controlling the movement of the plasma array bracket.
The sterilizing passage supporting body 108 is provided with a cargo transfer mechanism 110, and the cargo transfer mechanism 110 is connected to the input port 101, the sterilizing main passage 103, the plasma injection array 114, and the output port 107.
The plasma injection array 114 is connected with the killing main channel 103 and the high-voltage power supply 104. The plasma implant array 114 is generated by an array plasma generator. The main killing channel 103 is a cuboid, and the plasma injection array 114 and the spraying unit 115 can be located on four sides of the main killing channel 103, namely the top surface, the bottom surface, the front side surface and the back side surface. The array type plasma generator is formed by arranging a plurality of plasma generators in an array manner, the plasma generators are connected with a plasma array support, the plasma array support is connected with an action unit, the action unit is used for controlling the movement of the plasma array support, the plasma array support can realize the three-dimensional movement of the plasma generators through the control of the action unit, and therefore the adjustment of the vertical position and the horizontal position of the plasma injection array 114 can be realized, and the density degree of the plasma generators can be adjusted. The plasma generator, which is a core component of the plasma channel killing system, uses a jet plasma generator that is powered using the high voltage power supply 104.
The high voltage power supply 104 is connected to the plasma array to provide energy to the plasma array, and uses a high voltage high frequency ac power supply. The main sterilizing channel 103 is also connected with a shielding gas unit 105, an exhaust unit and a waste water recovery unit 109 respectively, and the exhaust unit is connected with a waste gas treatment unit 111.
The gas used by the shielding gas unit 105 may be ozone, which mainly achieves the maintenance of the killing factors of the plasma long-acting species. The shielding gas of the shielding gas unit 105 enters the sterilizing main channel 103, passes through the exhaust unit of the inlet rotary pretreatment rotating disc 102 and the outlet rotary post-treatment rotating disc 106, and then passes through the exhaust gas treatment unit 111. The exhaust gas treatment unit 111 includes a blower, a pipeline, and an ozone decomposer. The exhaust gas treatment unit 111 is used to treat the exhaust gas generated during the plasma discharge process. The liquid used by the spray unit 115 is plasma activated water. The wastewater recovery unit 109 mainly realizes the discharge of wastewater. The dehumidification unit 112 mainly functions to reduce the humidity of the cargo.
Example 3
In this embodiment, taking the surface sterilization of the article in the standard packaging box as an example, the adaptive cargo size channel type plasma sterilization system described in embodiment 1 is adopted, and the specific working process is as follows: the device provides electric energy for the rotary pretreatment turnplate 102 of the goods inlet, the size identification unit 113 of the goods inlet, the plasma array bracket, the high-voltage power supply 104, the protective gas unit 105, the spraying unit 115, the goods conveying mechanism 110 and the rotary post-treatment turnplate 106 of the goods outlet through an external power supply. The cargo conveying mechanism 110 is started, the spraying unit 115 is started, the high-voltage power supply 104 is started, the shielding gas unit 105 is started, the cargo inlet rotating pretreatment turntable exhaust unit 202 and the cargo outlet rotating post-treatment turntable exhaust unit 602 are started. Goods are fed into the inlet 101, and the size is manually input through the inlet size recognition unit 113 to control the movement of the plasma array support, thereby controlling the position of the plasma injection array 114. Goods sequentially enter the goods inlet rotary pretreatment turntable 102, enter the main killing channel through the pushing mechanism, and are subjected to plasma killing and spraying killing; the cargo transfer mechanism 110 is preferably a drum structure at this time, and the exhaust air entering the inlet rotating pre-treatment turntable 102 is exhausted through the exhaust unit. After the goods are sterilized, the goods enter the goods outlet to rotate the post-processing turntable 106 and then are sent to the goods outlet 107, and waste gas is exhausted through an exhaust unit of the goods outlet rotating post-processing turntable 106; the waste water is discharged through the waste water recovery unit 109, and the goods are taken out.
Example 4
In this embodiment, bulk goods surface sterilization is taken as an example, the adaptive cargo size channel type plasma sterilization system described in embodiment 1 is adopted, the form of the cargo conveying mechanism 110 is changed into a stainless steel grid, a vibration mechanism is adopted, a plasma jet generator with an adaptive cargo size is adopted, or a spray unit is used to generate plasma activated water to sterilize bulk goods.
It should be appreciated that the system is not limited in size and is still adaptable for surface sterilization in the form of shipping containers and the like.
The above-mentioned embodiments are intended to illustrate the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention in further detail, and it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An adaptive cargo size passage type plasma abatement system comprising: the water-removing and killing device comprises a water-removing and killing main channel and a water-removing and killing channel supporting main body, wherein the water-removing and killing main channel is positioned above the water-removing and killing channel supporting main body and is fixedly connected with the water-removing and killing channel supporting main body;
two ends of the sterilizing main channel are respectively connected with a goods inlet and a goods outlet, and the goods inlet is provided with a goods inlet size identification unit;
a plasma injection array and/or a spraying unit and a cooling unit are arranged inside the killing main channel, the plasma injection array and/or the spraying unit is close to the goods inlet, the cooling unit is close to the goods outlet, and the plasma injection array is connected with a high-voltage power supply;
the plasma injection array is generated by an array plasma generator.
2. The adaptive cargo size channel-type plasma killing system according to claim 1, further comprising a cargo inlet rotary pre-processing turntable and a cargo outlet rotary post-processing turntable, wherein the cargo inlet rotary pre-processing turntable is located between a cargo inlet and a killing main channel, the rotary pre-processing turntable is connected with the killing main channel, the cargo inlet is connected with the cargo inlet rotary pre-processing turntable, the rotary pre-processing turntable is located between the killing main channel and the cargo outlet, the killing main channel is connected with the cargo outlet rotary post-processing turntable, and the cargo outlet rotary post-processing turntable is connected with the cargo outlet.
3. The adaptive cargo size channel-type plasma killing system according to claim 1, wherein the cargo inlet rotary pretreatment turntable comprises an exhaust unit, a pushing mechanism, a main cavity, a cargo conveying cell and a rotary motor, the pushing mechanism and the cargo conveying cell are arranged inside the main cavity, the rotary motor is connected with the cargo conveying cell through the pushing mechanism, and the exhaust unit is arranged at the top of the main cavity;
the rotary post-processing turntable of the goods outlet comprises an exhaust unit, a pushing mechanism, a main cavity body, goods conveying unit lattices and a rotary motor, wherein the rotary motor, the pushing mechanism and the goods conveying unit lattices are arranged inside the main cavity body, the rotary motor is connected with the goods conveying unit lattices through the pushing mechanism, and the exhaust unit is arranged at the top of the main cavity body.

The adaptive cargo size channel type plasma killing system according to claim 1, wherein the pushing mechanism comprises a pushing rod, a pushing plate, a slope, a positioning column and a gravity sensor, the pushing plate, the slope and the positioning column are located inside the cargo conveying unit cell, the gravity sensor is located outside the cargo conveying unit cell, the pushing plate is located at one end of the cargo conveying unit cell, the positioning column is located at the other end of the cargo conveying unit cell, the slope is located at the bottom of the cargo conveying unit cell, the gravity sensor is located below the slope, the slope is fixedly connected with the cargo conveying unit cell, the pushing rod is fixedly connected with the pushing plate, the pushing plate is slidably connected with the slope, and the positioning column is telescopically connected with the cargo conveying unit cell; the top surface of the goods conveying unit grid and the end surface close to the positioning column are provided with openings.

The adaptive cargo size passage-type plasma killing system according to claim 1 or above, wherein the array-type plasma generator is formed by arranging a plurality of plasma generators in an array, the plasma generators are connected to a plasma array support, and the plasma array support is connected to the action unit.

The adaptive cargo size channel-type plasma killing system according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the main killing channel is further connected with a shielding gas unit, an exhaust gas treatment unit and a wastewater recovery unit, respectively; the exhaust unit is connected with the exhaust gas treatment unit.
7. The adaptive cargo size channel-type plasma abatement system of claim 1, wherein the spray unit is located between the plasma injection array and the temperature reduction unit.
8. The adaptive cargo size passage-type plasma killing system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the killing passage support body is provided with a cargo conveying mechanism, and the cargo conveying mechanism is connected with the cargo inlet, the cargo inlet rotary pre-processing turntable, the killing main passage, the plasma injection array, the cargo outlet rotary post-processing turntable, and the cargo outlet.
9. The adaptive cargo size passage-type plasma abatement system of claim 1, wherein the plasma injection array, spray unit are located on at least one of the four sides of the main abatement passage, top, bottom, front and rear sides.
10. The adaptive cargo size channel-type plasma killing system according to claim 2, wherein the inlet rotary pre-treatment turntable and the outlet rotary post-treatment turntable are replaced with an exhaust unit, and the exhaust unit is connected to an exhaust gas treatment unit.
