The skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein: the composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: black tea fungus extract: 30-35%, 1.2 butanediol: 3-5%, lecithin: 0.5-1%, cholesterol: 0.1-0.5%, trehalose: 0.9-1.2%, vitamin E acetate: 0.3-0.6%, licorice extract: 0.1-0.2%, baicalin: 0.1-0.3%, preservative: 0.4-0.9%, solution stabilizer: 0.1-0.3%, chelating agent: 0.3-0.8%, water: and (4) the balance.
3. The skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein: the black tea fungus extract accounts for 32-35% by mass.
4. The skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein: the preparation method of the black tea fungus extract comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a culture solution: boiling water to 100 ℃, adding brown sugar and black tea leaves, boiling for 15 minutes, and cooling to obtain the black tea, wherein the mass ratio of the water to the brown sugar to the black tea leaves is (80-90) to (10-15) to (0.2-0.3);
(2) inoculation: adding a proper amount of black tea fungus into the culture solution;
(3) fermentation: ventilating and fermenting at 22-30 deg.C for 10-15 days;
(4) ultrasonic wall breaking: inactivating the fermentation liquid, filtering, and breaking cell wall with 22-25KHz ultrasonic wave for 15-30 min.
5. The skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein: the antiseptic is at least one of phenoxyethanol and methyl paraben.
6. The skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein: the solution stabilizer is xanthan gum.
7. The skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein: the chelating agent is sodium bicarbonate.
8. A method for producing the skin care composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which comprises: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing part of water, lecithin, cholesterol and vitamin E acetate to obtain component A;
(2) mixing part of water, baicalin and chelating agent to obtain component B;
(3) mixing 1.2 butanediol and antiseptic to obtain component C;
(4) mixing the rest water and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract to obtain component D;
(5) mixing black tea fungus extract and trehalose to form component E;
(6) mixing the component A, the component B, the component C, the component D and the component E, and adding a solution stabilizer to obtain the water-soluble paint.
9. The method for preparing a skin care composition according to claim 8, wherein the skin care composition comprises: the pH value of the skin care liquid composition is 5.6-5.8.
