Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Depending on the type of dishware, some types of dishware cannot be washed using a dishwasher. Wherein the first type is bone china tableware.
The dish washer saves the daily dish washing work of people, but has tableware which can not be washed. Such as bone china tableware. The main complaints of users about cleaning bone china tableware are: 1) the gold edge of the bone china is washed away. 2) The luster of the bone china becomes light. 3) The bone china tableware is broken. The users of the general dish washer are high-end users, and the users can use the bone china tableware. Therefore, in order to make the dishwasher more acceptable to these users, and to further enhance the user experience, it is a technical hurdle that the dishwasher must break for the washing of the china tableware.
Because the bone china tableware contains bone powder, the china can present a natural milky white color. After high-temperature firing, the bone china tableware has very high hardness, but is very easy to crack. Therefore, if the temperature changes suddenly during the washing process, the bone china tableware is easy to crack. The water inlet and outlet processes of the washing are strictly controlled.
Based on this, the embodiment of the invention strictly monitors the water temperatures of inlet water and outlet water, namely, the control of multiple times and multiple temperatures is carried out on all inlet water and outlet water, so as to prevent the situation that cold water and hot water are rapidly alternated. The heat treatment is carried out in the water inlet stage, namely, the temperature of water per liter is increased by one time, the bone china tableware is flushed by the water, and the bone china tableware also reaches the temperature which is basically the same as that of the water. After a plurality of times of heating treatment, the temperature of the water and the bone china are finally the same and reach the highest temperature when the water is cleaned. In the stage that water needs to be replaced or washing needs to be drained during midway of the dish washing machine, cold treatment is adopted, a part of hot water is firstly drained, the same cold water is supplemented, the temperature of the water in the cavity is reduced, then the bone porcelain tableware is cleaned by the water with the changed temperature, the purpose of cooling the bone porcelain tableware is achieved, and finally the temperature of the bone porcelain tableware is basically the same as that of the inlet water through multiple cooling cycles.
The embodiment of the invention can change the temperature of the cleaning medium step by step in the cleaning process of the bone china tableware and clean the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium after the temperature is changed, so that the temperature difference between the bone china tableware and the cleaning medium cannot be overlarge when the cleaning medium with higher temperature is used for cleaning the bone china tableware, and the bone china tableware is protected from being cracked due to overlarge temperature difference.
The embodiment of the invention provides a cleaning method. The method comprises the following steps:
and gradually increasing or decreasing the temperature of the cleaning medium, and cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium after changing the temperature after increasing or decreasing the temperature of the cleaning medium each time so as to exchange heat with the bone china tableware, so that the temperature of the bone china tableware is adapted to the temperature of the cleaning medium after changing the temperature.
In practice, the cleaning medium may comprise water.
In practical application, the temperature of the cleaning medium can be obtained by a temperature sensor.
In practical application, the temperature of the cleaning medium is raised, the cleaning medium can be heated, and a mode of adding a cleaning medium with higher temperature for mixing can be adopted.
In practical application, the cleaning medium can be heated by adopting a heating electric tube.
In practical application, the temperature of the cleaning medium is reduced, and a mode of adding the cleaning medium with a lower temperature for mixing can be adopted.
In practical application, a certain volume of cleaning medium can be discharged first, and a certain volume of cleaning medium with a lower temperature can be added in a manner of adding the same volume of cleaning medium with a lower temperature, or directly on the basis of the current volume of cleaning medium.
In practice, compatible with the temperature of the cleaning medium after the temperature change means that the temperature is within a certain range of the changed temperature, which is not sufficient for a person to perceive a temperature difference, for example within 2 degrees above and below the changed temperature.
Based on different set cleaning processes, under different use scenes, the temperature of the cleaning medium can be set to be gradually increased or decreased at different time points in the cleaning process.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the step-wise raising or lowering the temperature of the cleaning medium and after each temperature rise or lowering, cleaning the china tableware using the cleaning medium after the temperature change comprises:
step 101: before cleaning the bone china tableware, gradually raising the temperature of the cleaning medium, and after raising the temperature each time, cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium after changing the temperature;
step 102: after the washing of the bone china tableware, the temperature of the washing medium is lowered stepwise, and after each lowering of the temperature, the bone china tableware is washed using the washing medium after the temperature change.
In practical application, the bone china tableware can be cleaned once, the temperature of the cleaning medium is gradually increased before the cleaning, and the cleaning medium with the changed temperature is used for cleaning the bone china tableware after the temperature is increased; after this time of washing, the temperature of the washing medium is lowered stepwise, and after lowering the temperature, the bone china tableware is washed using the washing medium after changing the temperature.
In practical application, the bone china tableware can be cleaned for multiple times, the temperature of the cleaning medium is gradually increased before each cleaning, and the cleaning medium with the changed temperature is used for cleaning the bone china tableware after each temperature increase; after each cleaning, the temperature of the cleaning medium is lowered stepwise, and after each temperature lowering, the bone china tableware is cleaned using the cleaning medium after the temperature change.
In practical application, for the process of only performing one cleaning, the temperature of the cleaning medium can be gradually increased or decreased in the following manner:
in one embodiment, stepping up or down the temperature of the cleaning medium and after each temperature increase or decrease, cleaning the china tableware using the cleaning medium after the temperature change comprises:
before cleaning the bone china tableware, gradually raising the temperature of the cleaning medium, and after raising the temperature each time, cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium after changing the temperature;
after the bone china tableware is cleaned, the cleaning medium is drained and the bone china tableware is placed in a room temperature environment for a first predetermined time.
In practice, the first preset time can be set according to needs or research, but the set time is ensured to be enough to cool the bone china tableware to be suitable for the room temperature.
In practice, compatible with room temperature means that the temperature is within a certain range of room temperature, which is not sufficient for a person to perceive a temperature difference, for example within 3 degrees above or below room temperature.
In practical application, the bone china tableware is placed in a room temperature environment, and the bone china tableware is characterized by being cooled by utilizing room temperature air. Because the bone china tableware can be slowly cooled in the air at normal temperature and the temperature can not be changed sharply, the bone china tableware can not be broken. Compared with the mode of reducing the temperature of the cleaning medium step by step and cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium after the temperature is changed after the temperature is reduced every time, the water can be saved and the resources can be saved.
In practical application, the temperature of the cleaning medium can be raised step by step in the following three ways:
in one embodiment, the stepping up the temperature of the cleaning medium comprises:
detecting the temperature of a cleaning medium at room temperature to obtain a first temperature value;
heating the cleaning medium and increasing the temperature of the cleaning medium by a second temperature value; cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium after the temperature is changed;
repeatedly heating the cleaning medium under the condition that the increased temperature is less than the third temperature value, and increasing the temperature of the cleaning medium by a second temperature value; and cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium after changing the temperature until the increased temperature is greater than or equal to the third temperature value.
In practical application, the first temperature value is the temperature of the cleaning medium at normal temperature.
In practice, the second temperature value may be set according to the requirement, for example, 10 degrees.
In practical application, the third temperature value may be a maximum temperature for cleaning the bone china tableware set by a user, or may be a maximum temperature for cleaning the bone china tableware preset by the system.
In practical applications, when the increased temperature is lower than the third temperature value, the same temperature value may be increased each time, or different temperature values may be increased each time. For example, when the temperature after the first increase is less than the third temperature value, 10 degrees is increased based on the current temperature, and when the temperature after the second increase is less than the third temperature value, 10 degrees is increased based on the current temperature. For another example, when the temperature after the first increase is less than the third temperature value, the current temperature is increased by 10 degrees, and when the temperature after the second increase is less than the third temperature value, the current temperature is increased by 20 degrees.
In practical applications, besides the manner of increasing a temperature value based on the current temperature each time, a plurality of preset temperature levels (e.g., three temperature levels, i.e., low, medium and high) may be adopted, and the temperature of the cleaning medium is increased to the next temperature level each time. The next temperature level is higher than the current temperature level.
In one embodiment, the stepping up the temperature of the cleaning medium comprises:
detecting the temperature of the cleaning medium at room temperature to determine a first temperature level of the cleaning medium;
heating the cleaning medium to increase the temperature of the cleaning medium to a next temperature level; cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium with the changed temperature;
under the condition that the temperature level of the cleaning medium is lower than the second temperature level, repeatedly heating the cleaning medium, and increasing the temperature of the cleaning medium to the next temperature level; and cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium with the changed temperature until the temperature grade of the cleaning medium is greater than or equal to the second temperature grade.
In practice, the first temperature level is the temperature level at which the cleaning medium is at room temperature.
In practical application, the second temperature level is the set highest temperature level.
In practical application, besides the above way of controlling temperature, a way of controlling heating time can be adopted.
In one embodiment, the stepping up the temperature of the cleaning medium comprises:
detecting the temperature of a cleaning medium at room temperature to obtain a first temperature value;
heating the cleaning medium for a second preset time, and detecting the temperature of the heated cleaning medium; cleaning the bone china tableware by using the heated cleaning medium;
under the condition that the temperature of the heated cleaning medium is smaller than the fourth temperature value, repeatedly heating the cleaning medium for a second preset time period, and detecting the temperature of the heated cleaning medium; and cleaning the bone china tableware by using the heated cleaning medium until the temperature of the heated cleaning medium is greater than or equal to a fourth temperature value.
In practical application, the first temperature value is the temperature of the cleaning medium at normal temperature.
In practical application, the fourth temperature value may be a maximum temperature for cleaning the bone china tableware set by a user, or may be a maximum temperature for cleaning the bone china tableware preset by the system.
In practical applications, the second preset time period may be set based on needs, for example, 10 minutes.
In practical applications, when the increased temperature is lower than the fourth temperature value, the heating may be performed for the same time each time or for different times each time. For example, when the temperature after the first increase is less than the fourth temperature value, the heating is performed for 10 minutes based on the current temperature, and when the temperature after the second increase is less than the fourth temperature value, the heating is performed for 10 minutes based on the current temperature. For another example, when the temperature after the first increase is less than the fourth temperature value, the heating is performed for 10 minutes on the basis of the current temperature, and when the temperature after the second increase is less than the fourth temperature value, the heating is performed for 20 minutes on the basis of the current temperature.
In practical application, the temperature of the cleaning medium can be reduced step by step in the following three ways:
in one embodiment, the stepping down the temperature of the cleaning medium comprises:
detecting the temperature of the cleaning medium to obtain a fourth temperature value;
cooling the cleaning medium, and reducing the temperature of the cleaning medium by a fifth temperature value; cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium after the temperature is changed;
under the condition that the reduced temperature is greater than the sixth temperature value, repeatedly cooling the cleaning medium, and reducing the temperature of the cleaning medium by a fifth temperature value; cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium after the temperature is changed; until the reduced temperature is less than or equal to the sixth temperature value.
In practical application, the fourth temperature value is the temperature value of the cleaning medium after the cleaning is finished.
In practice, the fifth temperature value may be set according to the requirement, for example, 10 degrees.
In practice, the sixth temperature value may be set to the temperature of the cleaning medium at room temperature.
In practical application, under the condition that the temperature after being cooled is less than the sixth temperature value, the temperature can be cooled by the same temperature value every time, and different temperature values can also be cooled every time. For example, when the temperature after the first temperature reduction is less than the sixth temperature value, the temperature is reduced by 10 degrees on the basis of the current temperature, and when the temperature after the second temperature reduction is less than the sixth temperature value, the temperature is reduced by 10 degrees on the basis of the current temperature. For another example, when the temperature after the first temperature reduction is less than the sixth temperature value, the temperature is reduced by 10 degrees based on the current temperature, and when the temperature after the second temperature reduction is less than the sixth temperature value, the temperature is reduced by 20 degrees based on the current temperature.
In practical applications, besides the manner of decreasing a temperature value based on the current temperature each time, a plurality of preset temperature levels (e.g., three temperature levels, i.e., low, medium, and high) may be adopted, and the temperature of the cleaning medium is decreased to the next temperature level each time. The next temperature level is lower than the current temperature level.
In one embodiment, the stepping down the temperature of the cleaning medium comprises:
detecting a temperature of the cleaning medium, and indeed a third temperature level of the cleaning medium;
cooling the cleaning medium to lower the temperature of the cleaning medium to the next temperature level; cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium with the changed temperature;
under the condition that the temperature grade of the cleaning medium is greater than the fourth temperature grade, repeatedly cooling the cleaning medium, and reducing the temperature of the cleaning medium to the next temperature grade; and cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium with the changed temperature until the temperature grade of the cleaning medium is less than or equal to the fourth temperature grade.
In practical application, the third temperature level is the temperature level of the cleaning medium after the cleaning is finished.
In practical application, the fourth temperature level is the set lowest temperature level.
In practical application, besides the above temperature control mode, a cooling time control mode can be adopted.
In one embodiment, the stepping down the temperature of the cleaning medium comprises:
detecting the temperature of the cleaning medium at room temperature to obtain a fourth temperature value;
cooling the cleaning medium for a third preset time, and detecting the temperature of the cooled cleaning medium; cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cooled cleaning medium;
repeatedly cooling the cleaning medium for a third preset time under the condition that the temperature of the cooled cleaning medium is greater than the seventh temperature value, and detecting the temperature of the cooled cleaning medium; and cleaning the bone china tableware by using the cleaning medium after cooling until the temperature of the cleaning medium after cooling is less than or equal to a seventh temperature value.
In practical application, the fourth temperature value is the temperature value of the cleaning medium after the cleaning is finished.
