Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
For the convenience of understanding the embodiments of the present invention, an application base and an application scenario of the solution of the present application are first described.
The calling video color ring back tone service is a new video color ring back tone service in a new generation mobile network environment, namely, a calling user dials a specific telephone number and can display the video color ring back tone set by the calling user. The existing video color ring is based on point-to-point conversation, and mainly shows information between a calling party and a called party in the conversation process.
In some special scenes, such as mountaineering, camping in the open air, team outing, and the like, a leader or an activity organizer often needs to integrally master the position and other related information of each member, and at present, in order to master the information, the organizer often needs to purchase wireless communication equipment for each member, so that the cost is high, the state of the member can be known only in a voice mode, and great inconvenience is brought to collective activities.
In order to solve the problems, the method provided by the scheme is adopted, an activity organizer can establish a cluster management group by logging in a video color ring platform and adding account numbers of group members, such as telephone numbers, to a group cluster, and the video color ring platform can respond to a cluster establishment instruction, store the association relationship among the account numbers of the group members and generate an access number for the cluster; in subsequent activities, an activity organizer can serve as a calling user to initiate a cluster calling request, for example, dialing an access number of a cluster, so as to call all cluster members, and after the cluster members access the cluster, a called user terminal can determine the current state and the current position of the user through a self-contained sensor and a positioning system, and upload the acquired related information to a video color ring platform, so that the video color ring platform generates video color rings from the state information of each cluster member in the cluster and sends the video color ring to each cluster member terminal for display; the activity organizer can determine the position and the body state of each group member in the cluster through the video color ring interface, and can directly initiate a call to the designated group member by clicking the designated key in the video color ring interface when necessary, so that the timely monitoring and the timely interaction of each group member in the cluster can be realized through the video color ring, and the cluster activity efficiency is greatly improved. And through the scheme, a new interactive function can be added to the video color ring back tone service, and richer and more various use experiences are brought to the video color ring back tone user.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a cluster management method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and is applied to a first terminal, where a user account corresponding to the first terminal and user accounts corresponding to N second terminals respectively form a communication cluster, and N is an integer greater than 1. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step 101, sending a trunking call request to a server under the condition of receiving trunking call operation, wherein the trunking call request is used for requesting the server to acquire target information of group members in the communication cluster, and issuing a video color ring generated according to the target information of the group members in the communication cluster.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to realize cluster management, a communication cluster comprising a plurality of associated user accounts can be created in advance, that is, a plurality of user accounts can be networked, wherein the user accounts can be telephone numbers or accounts registered by users and used for logging in the server. Specifically, the server may create the communication cluster according to a communication cluster creation request with multiple user accounts initiated by the first terminal.
The server may be a server for processing a color ring back tone service, the first terminal may be a terminal corresponding to a user account initiating creation of the communication cluster, the second terminal may be a terminal corresponding to another user account participating in the communication cluster, that is, the user account corresponding to the first terminal may be a group manager having a management right in the communication cluster, and may correspond to an activity organizer in a collective activity scene, such as a captain, a teacher, a leader, and the like, and the user account corresponding to the second terminal may be a group member in the communication cluster except for the group manager, and may correspond to an activity member in the collective activity scene, such as a team member, a student, a visitor, and the like. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal may be referred to as a calling terminal, and the second terminal may be referred to as a called terminal. When the user account is a telephone number, the terminal corresponding to the telephone number can be understood as the terminal device into which the SIM card corresponding to the telephone number is inserted.
The group call operation may be an operation initiated by the user on the first terminal to call the communication group, for example, an operation of a group call key on a touch interface after the user logs in a user interface of the color ring server, or an operation of a user dialing an access number of the communication group on a dialing interface of the first terminal, or other operations that can call the communication group.
The first terminal may send a trunking call request to the server under the condition that the trunking call operation is received, so that the server issues a video color ring related to the communication trunking based on the trunking call request, where the trunking call request may carry an identifier of the communication trunking, such as an ID or an access number, so that the server can obtain group member information in the communication trunking according to the obtained group member information in the communication trunking, further obtain target information of group members in the communication trunking, synthesize the target information of the group members in the communication trunking in the video color ring, and issue the video color ring to the first terminal.
Specifically, when receiving the trunking call request, the server may respond to the trunking call request, obtain target information of group members in the communication cluster, generate a corresponding video color ring according to the target information of the group members in the communication cluster, and send the video color ring to the first terminal.
The group members in the communication cluster may refer to group members in the communication cluster except for the user account corresponding to the first terminal, or may refer to all group members including the user account corresponding to the first terminal in the communication cluster, and the target information of the group members in the communication cluster may be obtained in advance and stored, or may be obtained in real time.
That is, in one embodiment, the server may obtain and update the target information returned by the group members in the communication cluster in real time before receiving the group call request, and store the target information in a specific location, such as a target information database, and when receiving the group call request, may obtain the latest target information of the group members in the communication cluster directly from the specific location; in another embodiment, the server may send an information acquisition instruction to a terminal corresponding to a group member in the communication cluster, that is, the N second terminals, when receiving the group call request, so that each of the N second terminals starts to acquire target information after receiving the information acquisition instruction, and uploads the acquired target information to the server, so that the server may receive the target information respectively sent by the N second terminals, and further obtain target information of the group member in the communication cluster.
For example, for an application scenario of collective mountain climbing activity, the relevant requirement information may include any one or more of the following items:
1) the position information is used for determining the positions of team members by a team leader and sharing and displaying the positions among the team members;
2) the direction information is used for determining and displaying the directions of the team members under the condition of poor visual conditions;
3) the environmental information is used for determining and displaying climate conditions such as environmental temperature, wind power, air pressure and the like;
4) the physiological state information is used for acquiring and displaying physiological information such as vital signs of the user;
5) and the real-time sound image is used for displaying the sound image of the user and transmitting the sound image back in real time so as to facilitate decision making.
Optionally, the target information includes at least two of user information, geographic location information, environment information, user physiological status information, sound information, and image information.
Because the embodiment of the invention is mainly applicable to the management scene of the collective activity, the target information specifically comprises part or all of information such as user information, geographical position information, environment information, user physiological state information, sound information, image information and the like, and is used for helping to solve the problem of monitoring the state of group members in the collective activity scene. The target information which needs to be collected by the terminal can be preset according to actual requirements.
For any second terminal, the second terminal may acquire corresponding information through an information acquisition module thereof to obtain respective target information, and specifically, the second terminal may call a predefined data acquisition interface, such as an onboard Global Positioning System (GPS), a temperature sensor, a camera, a barometer, a microphone, and other interfaces, and a possibly existing interface for an extensile hardware device, such as various interfaces for hardware devices, such as a heart rate sensor, a sphygmomanometer, a Positioning device, and a photoelectric device. It should be noted that, because the data acquisition interfaces of different terminals may be different, the target information of each group member may also be correspondingly different, and the terminal corresponding to each group member only needs to call the existing predefined data acquisition interface to acquire and upload the corresponding information.
The corresponding video color ring is generated according to the target information of the group members in the communication cluster, and the server may add the target information of the group members in the communication cluster to the video color ring according to a preset rule, so as to generate the corresponding video color ring associated with the communication cluster. In this way, when the first terminal displays the video color ring on the interface after receiving the video color ring sent by the server, the video color ring can display the target information of the group members in the communication cluster, so that the first terminal user can visually see the target information of the group members in the communication cluster on the video color ring display interface.
It should be noted that, after the server generates the video color ring, the server may not only issue the video color ring to the first terminal, but also may synchronously distribute the video color ring to terminals corresponding to other group members in the communication cluster, that is, the N second terminals, so that, through the cluster call operation of the first terminal user, each group member in the communication cluster may receive the video color ring, thereby ensuring that each group member may obtain the target information of each group member in the communication cluster.
And under the condition that the server distributes the video color ring to the terminals corresponding to all the group members, the server can also acquire the target information acquired by the first terminal and add the target information acquired by the first terminal into the video color ring for display. The acquiring of the target information collected by the first terminal may specifically be receiving target information actively uploaded by the first terminal, or may also be sending an instruction to the first terminal, and the first terminal uploads the collected target information to the server based on the instruction.
That is, for the first terminal, after sending a group call request to a server, the method may further include:
acquiring target information through an information acquisition module of the first terminal;
and sending the collected target information to the server.
The information acquisition module can comprise a GPS (global positioning system), a temperature sensor, a camera, a barometer, a microphone and the like which are carried by the terminal, and possibly extensile hardware equipment, such as a heart rate sensor, a sphygmomanometer, positioning equipment, photoelectric equipment and the like. The first terminal can actively upload the collected target information to the server after sending the cluster call request to the server, so that the server can send video color ring back tones comprising target information of the first terminal user and other cluster members to the server; or receiving an instruction sent by the server, and uploading the acquired target information to the server based on the instruction.
Of course, the server may only issue the video color ring to the first terminal, but not to the terminals corresponding to other group members in the communication cluster, but may issue the video color ring including the current target information of the group member to the terminal corresponding to the corresponding group member when the other group members have requirements, for example, may issue the video color ring including the current target information of the group member to the group member who chooses to approve to access the communication cluster, or to the group member who initiates the cluster call request.
Optionally, the user account is a telephone number;
before the step 101, the method further includes:
sending a cluster creating instruction carrying N telephone numbers to the server, wherein the cluster creating instruction is used for indicating the server to add the N telephone numbers to the same cluster, and each telephone number corresponds to a second terminal;
receiving a cluster access number sent by the server, wherein the cluster access number is an access number generated after the communication cluster is established by the server based on the cluster establishing instruction;
the step 101 comprises:
and sending a cluster calling request carrying the cluster access number to a server under the condition of receiving the input of the user for dialing the cluster access number.
In one embodiment, the user account may be a phone number, and accordingly, the creating process of the communication cluster may be: the first terminal user logs in a video color ring platform, namely, connection between the first terminal and the server is established, telephone numbers of a plurality of (marked as N) group members are selected to be added to the same group according to needs to form a group management group, the first terminal generates a corresponding group creation instruction based on group creation input of the user, and the N telephone numbers added by the user are carried in the group creation instruction and sent to the server; after receiving the cluster creation instruction, the server may respond to the cluster creation instruction, create a communication cluster by combining the N telephone numbers carried in the cluster creation instruction and the telephone number corresponding to the first terminal, store an association relationship between the telephone numbers of the group members in the communication cluster, and generate a cluster access number for the communication cluster, so that the group members in the communication cluster can initiate a cluster call request by dialing the cluster access number, thereby obtaining a video polyphonic ringtone showing target information of each group member in the communication cluster. Specifically, the server may distribute the generated cluster access number to the group members in the communication cluster, for example, send the cluster access number to the telephone numbers of the group members in the communication cluster in a short message manner, so that the terminals corresponding to the telephone numbers of the group members respectively receive the cluster access numbers. The phone number corresponding to the first terminal may be obtained by the first terminal carrying the phone number corresponding to the first terminal in the cluster creation instruction when the first terminal sends the cluster creation instruction to the server, so that the server may be directly extracted from the cluster creation instruction, or may be obtained by the server by searching for the phone number used by the first terminal to log in the video color ring platform.
After the first terminal receives the cluster access number, the first terminal user can make the first terminal initiate a cluster call request to the server by dialing the cluster access number, specifically, the user can dial the cluster access number on a dialing interface of the first terminal, so that the first terminal initiates the cluster call request to the server based on the input of the cluster access number dialed by the user, wherein the cluster access number can be carried in the cluster call request, so that the server can determine a communication cluster to be called by the first terminal user based on the cluster access number, and then returns a video color ring showing target information of a cluster member in the communication cluster to the first terminal.
Thus, through the implementation mode, the user can conveniently create the communication cluster by using the respective telephone number, and can conveniently obtain the video color ring including the target information of each group member in a one-key dialing mode.
In addition, in the embodiment, under the addition of a new generation mobile network and a video polyphonic ringtone, high-efficiency and low-threshold collective outdoor activity safety guarantee can be realized, for example, data acquisition in a typical outdoor extreme environment can be realized by combining a mobile network 5G with a video polyphonic ringtone carrier. Therefore, in an extreme environment, an activity organizer can conveniently enter a video color ring group management interface by dialing by one key to acquire the state information of group members stably and efficiently.
And 102, receiving the video color ring sent by the server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the server generates the video color ring, the server sends the video color ring to the first terminal to respond to the cluster call request of the first terminal, so that the first terminal can receive the video color ring sent by the server.
And 103, displaying the video color ring, wherein the video color ring shows target information of group members in the communication cluster.
The first terminal can display the video color ring after receiving the video color ring sent by the server, and specifically, can display a video color ring interface, display the video color ring on the video color ring interface, and display the target information of the group members in the communication cluster through the video color ring, so that the first terminal user, that is, a group administrator, can visually see the target information of the group members in the communication cluster on the video color ring interface.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the latest target information of each group member in the communication cluster is displayed in the video polyphonic ringtone displayed on each terminal, each terminal may collect and update the target information in real time, or may collect and update the target information once every certain time interval, and upload the updated target information to the server, and the server performs synchronous update on the video polyphonic ringtone according to the updated target information uploaded by each terminal.
Optionally, the step 103 includes:
and displaying the target information of each group member in the communication cluster in a partition manner on the video color ring interface, wherein a dialing control is displayed in an information display area corresponding to each group member and is used for communicating with any group member.
In one embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to perform centralized management and timely interaction on the group members in the communication cluster, the target information of each group member in the communication cluster can be displayed in a partitioned manner on a video polyphonic ringtone interface, that is, a plurality of areas can be correspondingly partitioned on the video polyphonic ringtone interface according to the number of the group members, and the target information of each group member is respectively displayed in one area; and a dialing control can be displayed in the information display area corresponding to each group member, so that a user can conveniently and timely initiate a call to any one of the group members to carry out conversation.
Taking a collective mountain climbing activity scene as an example, the video polyphonic ringtone interface 20 can be as shown in fig. 2a, the target information of each team member is displayed in a partition manner on the video polyphonic ringtone interface 20, and a dial key 22 is displayed in an information display area 21 of each team member, so that the team leader can intensively grasp the state of each team member through the information displayed on the video polyphonic ringtone interface 20, and can realize one-key cut-in of a call with any team member through the dial key 22 when necessary.
Optionally, a status identifier is further displayed in the information display area corresponding to each group member, and is used for indicating that the status of the group member is normal or abnormal.
For example, when abnormal conditions such as obvious deviation of the position of a certain group member, abnormal physiological indexes or incapability of obtaining the target information of the group member are found, the abnormal state of the group member can be determined, and an abnormal state identifier is added to the group member, and for the group member without the abnormal condition, a normal state identifier can be added, or no identifier can be added.
For example, as shown in fig. 2a, on the video polyphonic ringtone interface 20, a corresponding status identifier 23, such as "normal" or "abnormal", is displayed on the information display area 21 of each team member to indicate whether the status of each team member is abnormal.
It should be noted that the state identifier may be generated by the server according to the state of each group member and then issued to the terminal, or may be a corresponding state identifier added to each group member after the terminal automatically determines whether the state of each group member is abnormal.
Therefore, the state identification used for indicating whether the states of all the group members are abnormal or not is displayed, so that the user can intuitively master the abnormal states of all the group members, and the user can quickly take corresponding rescue measures for the abnormal members.
Further, at least one of a group member adding control, a group member sorting option control and a map mode control is displayed on the video color ring interface;
under the condition that the map mode control is displayed on the video color ring interface, after the target information of each group member in the communication cluster is displayed in a partition mode on the video color ring interface, the method further comprises the following steps:
and under the condition that the map mode is started through the map mode control, displaying a local map comprising the geographical positions of the group members in the communication cluster, and displaying the geographical position identification and the state identification of each group member on the local map, wherein the target information comprises geographical position information.
In order to further enrich the cluster management function, at least one of a group member adding control, a group member sorting option control and a map mode control may be displayed on the video polyphonic ringtone interface, wherein the group member adding control is used for adding a new group member, as shown in fig. 2a, a group member adding control 24 is displayed on the video polyphonic ringtone interface 20, and when a touch operation of adding the group member adding control 24 is received, as shown in fig. 2b, a window 25 for a user to input a new number may be popped up, or an address book may be imported, so that the user selects a contact person to be added.
The group member sorting option control is used for enabling a user to select a sorting mode so as to control group member target information displayed on the video color ring interface to be displayed according to the selected sorting mode, and specifically, a plurality of sorting mode options can be provided in the group member sorting option control for the user to select, for example, a plurality of different modes for sorting according to information such as the distance position, the physical condition, the activity degree or the traveling distance of a team member, so that a group manager can conveniently check the state of each group member according to a set care condition. For example, when the calling terminal sets a geographical position as a sorting basis in a certain activity, after the video color ring is switched on, the cluster member terminals upload the geographical position, and the target information of each cluster member is displayed and sorted according to the distance position. As shown in fig. 2a, a sorting option control 26 is displayed on the video polyphonic ringtone interface 20, and is used for a user to select a group member information display sorting mode.
The map mode control is used for selecting whether a map mode is started or not, the video color ring can be switched to the map mode for display under the condition that the map mode is started, specifically, a local map to be displayed can be determined according to the activity range of each group member in the communication cluster, namely the current geographic position of each group member under the condition that the map mode is started through the map mode control, the geographic position information of each group member is converted into the position on the local map, a map mode interface which is finally displayed is generated, and in the map mode, in order to keep the interface concise and facilitate a user to visually obtain the position and state information of each group member, the geographic position identification and the state identification of each group member can be displayed on the local map.
For example, as shown in fig. 2a, a map mode control 27 is displayed on the video polyphonic ringtone interface 20, and is used for a user to select to turn on or off a map mode, when the map mode is turned on, the video polyphonic ringtone interface 20 may be switched to the map mode shown in fig. 3a, the geographical location identifier 31 and the state identifier 32 of each group member are displayed on the local map 30, and the user can more intuitively and clearly know the geographical location and the state information of each group member through the local map 30.
Optionally, a geographical location identifier corresponding to the preset target location is also displayed on the local map.
In other words, in an embodiment, a geographical location identifier corresponding to a preset target location may also be displayed on the local map, and is used as a reference point of the collective activity, so that the progress of the collective activity is convenient to grasp. Specifically, a target location, such as a specific location, e.g., a set location, an activity end point, etc., may be preset on a terminal by an activity organizer, that is, a group manager, where the first terminal uploads the set target location to the server, and the server marks the target location in the local map when generating the video color ring. For example, as shown in fig. 3a, a geographical location identifier 34 corresponding to the preset target location is displayed on the local map 30.
Therefore, the group manager and each group member can check the position of the preset target point on the local map in a map mode, further can use the position as a reference point, intuitively know the approximate distance and direction of the group manager relative to the reference point, and can advance to the position of the reference point according to the map guidance.
Further, after displaying the geographical location identifier and the status identifier of each group member on the local map, the method further comprises:
and displaying an information detail page of a target group member on the local map under the condition that a touch input aiming at the geographical position identification of the target group member is received, wherein the target group member is any group member in the communication cluster.
In one embodiment, in order to facilitate a user to view and manage states, especially abnormal states, of each group member in a map mode, a mode of quickly entering an information detail page of a group member may be provided, and specifically, the user may enter the information detail page of any group member by touching a geographical location identifier of the group member on the local map, where the information detail page may show more detailed and comprehensive group member-related information. For example, as shown in fig. 3b, on the information detail page 35 of team member "zhaxi", the detailed environmental information and physiological status information where it is located can be displayed.
In addition, in order to facilitate quick positioning of the abnormal group members in the state, a positioning control for positioning the abnormal group members by one key can be displayed on the local map, so that a user can directly switch to the information detail page of the abnormal group members by only touching the positioning control without looking up the abnormal state identification through vision. For example, as shown in fig. 3a, a positioning control 33 for positioning an abnormal team member is displayed on the local map 30, and the team leader can automatically switch to the information detail page 35 of "zhaxi" for the team member as shown in fig. 3b by clicking the positioning control 33 once.
Therefore, especially for the group members with abnormal states, the group manager can quickly switch to the information detail page of the group members to check the more detailed state information of the group members and obtain the specific abnormal conditions of the group members, thereby being helpful for the group manager to take corresponding measures to help or rescue the group members; for the group members with normal states, the group manager can also obtain the detailed state information of the group members by entering the information detail page of the group members, and further master the group activity progress of the group members.
Further, a preset notification control is displayed on the information detail page; after the displaying of the information detail page of the target group member, the method further comprises:
and sending a notification request carrying a state identifier of the target group member to the server under the condition that a touch input aiming at the preset notification control is received, wherein the notification request is used for requesting notification of nearby group members, the nearby group members are group members in the communication cluster, the distance between the nearby group members and the target group member meets a preset condition, and the preset condition comprises that the distance is the shortest or the distance is within a preset distance range.
That is, in one embodiment, to facilitate providing help or rescue for group members with abnormal status in collective activities, a function of notifying nearby group members by pushing a button may be added to an information detail page, specifically, a preset notification control may be displayed for the information detail page of the group members with abnormal status, and when the group manager finds that the status of the group members in the information detail page is abnormal, the group manager may initiate a request for notifying the nearby group members by touching the preset notification control on the information detail page, that is, the first terminal may send a notification request carrying a status identifier of the target group member to the server to request the server to notify the nearby group members of the target group member to notify the nearby group members of the current status of the target group member when receiving a touch input to the preset notification control, so that the nearby group members can quickly perform help or rescue for the target group member.
The nearby group member may refer to a group member in the communication cluster whose distance from the target group member satisfies a preset condition, where the preset condition may include that the distance is closest or the distance is within a preset distance range, and specifically, after receiving the notification request carrying the status identifier of the target group member sent by the first terminal, the server may determine, based on the geographical location information of each group member in the communication cluster, the group member located near the target group member, specifically, determine the group member in the communication cluster whose distance from the target group member is closest or the distance is within the preset distance range, and send a status notification alarm to the nearby group members to notify the nearby group members that the current status of the target group member is abnormal, and please provide help.
In addition, a dialing control, a marking control and the like can be displayed on the information detail page of the group members to enrich the management function on the information detail page, so that a group manager can perform operations of connecting the group members, marking the group members and the like by one key on the information detail page of the group members, the marking of the group members can be realized by using colors or labels and the like to mark the group members, and the subsequent continuous viewing and attention to the group members are facilitated.
For example, as shown in fig. 3b, on the information detail page 35 of team member "zhaxi", not only a notification control 36 for push-to-talk to nearby team members but also a dial control 37 for one-touch group member and a mark control 38 for marking group member may be displayed.
