the upper shell and the lower shell are plastic pieces and are made of environment-friendly and nontoxic basalt fibers or natural plant fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) or Polyethylene (PE) composite materials through an injection molding process; the upper shell is mainly used for mounting various functional parts, and the lower shell is mainly used for containing water and supporting the upper shell; a supporting plate is arranged in the upper shell, the supporting plate is also made of engineering plastics, buckles are arranged on the periphery of the supporting plate and used for mounting the supporting plate on the inner wall of the upper shell, and meanwhile, mounting holes for mounting a diaphragm pump body and a motor and holes for passing a water suction pipe are formed in the supporting plate; the upper part of the lower shell is provided with a raised and inwards concave annular edge which is used for being inserted into the upper shell so as to realize the combination of the upper shell and the lower shell and facilitate the plugging and unplugging; the upper shell can be pulled out, tap water can be directly added into the lower shell, and water can be added into the shell through the water adding port when the upper shell and the lower shell are combined;
