Abstract

一种可降解生态袋,包括上部见光部分和下部不见光部分,所述下部不见光部分采用生物降解土工布以实现降解及利于生物活动。所述生态袋由上部见光部分的顶面和下部不见光部分的底面两片土工布沿三边缝合成外形呈扁平状矩形长方体,另一边开口以装填基质与草籽混合料。所述底面采用在水和土壤微生物作用下可降解的生物降解土工布。本发明在植被生长初期具有传统土工布生态袋防冲固土作用,为植物生长提供基底条件;待植物根系生长完成、植物自身发挥防冲固土作用后,外部传统土工布暴露于阳光中可降解、内部不见光处的生物降解土工布受土壤中的水和微生物作用也可降解,120天降解率可达到70~90%。减少了对环境的影响,提升了生态植草袋护坡的生态效果。

一种可降解生态袋
技术领域
本发明属于生态袋技术领域,涉及可降解生态袋。
背景技术
生态袋技术是在土工织物袋中装填基质物料,并根据地区环境及条件配置合适的草籽和营养肥料;护坡施工后,草籽通过吸收水分、养分发芽生长,破袋而出,后期由绿色植物发挥对边坡防护作用,同时达到生态、景观效果。生态袋是边坡防护和绿化的重要方法之一,在山体修复、公路边坡绿化、河岸护坡及海堤内护坡等工程中得到广泛应用。
现有的生态袋大都是由聚丙烯PP或聚酯PET土工布制作而成,上部见光部分土工织物在光照作用下降解较快,而底部不见光处土工织物不易受土壤中的生物和化学物质影响,基本不能降解,绿化完成后袋体依旧遗留在土壤中,造成土壤板结、硬化,阻碍了底栖生物的活动,因此需要一种可完全降解的生态袋,以减少对环境的影响,提升生态袋的生态效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可降解生态袋以提升生态植草袋的生态效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种可降解生态袋,包括上部见光部分和下部不见光部分,所述下部不见光部分采用生物降解土工布以实现降解及利于生物活动。
进一步,所述生态袋由上部见光部分的顶面和下部不见光部分的底面两片土工布沿三边缝合成外形呈扁平状矩形长方体,另一边开口以装填基质与草籽混合料。
所述缝合的拼接缝采用上面材料包裹下面材料的缝纫形式。
所述底面采用在水和土壤微生物作用下可降解的生物降解土工布。
可选地,所述上部见光部分的顶面采用暴露于阳光中可降解的光降解土工布或生物降解土工布。
可选地,所述光降解土工布的布料采用聚丙烯PP或聚酯PET。
可选地,所述生物降解土工布由淀粉基生物降解纤维、再生纤维素纤维或聚乳酸PLA、聚己内酯PCL制作而成。
可选地,所述生物降解土工布的强度为4.5~45kN/m,等效孔径O95为0.08~0.5mm,120天降解率不低于70%。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果至少包括:在植被生长初期具有传统土工布生态袋防冲固土作用,为植物生长提供基底条件;待植物根系生长完成、植物自身发挥防冲固土作用后,外部传统土工布暴露于阳光中可降解、内部不见光处的生物降解土工布受土壤中的水和微生物作用也可降解,120天降解率可达到70~90%。减少了对环境的影响,提升了生态植草袋护坡的生态效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。实施本发明的过程、条件、试验方法等,除以下专门提及的内容之外,均为本领域的普遍知识和公知常识,本发明没有特别限制内容。
(1)首先采用淀粉基生物降解纤维、再生纤维素纤维或聚乳酸PLA、聚己内酯PCL等生物降解纤维纺织成的生物降解土工布,强度为4.5~45kN/m,等效孔径O95约为0.08~0.5mm,120天降解率不低于70%。
(2)如图1所示,将传统土工布和生物降解土工布沿三边缝合形成一个袋体,另一边开口。拼接缝可采用包缝方法,即上面材料包裹下面材料的缝纫形式。
(3)生态袋准备好后,现场进行基质与草籽混合,将物料装入生态袋内,控制袋子充填度,保证袋子规格统一。
(4)根据设计、施工以及景观要求,进行坡面整理工作。然后自下而上依次进行垒砌,控制袋体上面、下面朝向,避免放反,上下层的竖缝要错开。最下面生态袋外侧采用土方或镇脚进行防护,防止向外侧滑动。
(5)在施工过程中,按照设计要求,严格控制坡比,若地质条件较差,需适当进行地基处理,避免大面积滑坡或整体失稳。
(6)施工后,根据天气情况进行适当洒水养护。

1.一种可降解生态袋,包括上部见光部分和下部不见光部分,其特征在于:所述下部不见光部分采用生物降解土工布以实现降解及利于生物活动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可降解生态袋,其特征在于:所述生态袋由上部见光部分的顶面和下部不见光部分的底面两片土工布沿三边缝合成外形呈扁平状矩形长方体,另一边开口以装填基质与草籽混合料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可降解生态袋,其特征在于:所述缝合的拼接缝采用上面材料包裹下面材料的缝纫形式。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可降解生态袋,其特征在于:所述底面采用在水和土壤微生物作用下可降解的生物降解土工布。
5.根据权利要求2所述的可降解生态袋,其特征在于:所述上部见光部分的顶面采用暴露于阳光中可降解的光降解土工布或生物降解土工布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可降解生态袋,其特征在于:所述光降解土工布的布料采用聚丙烯PP或聚酯PET。
7.根据权利要求1、4或5所述的可降解生态袋,其特征在于:所述生物降解土工布由淀粉基生物降解纤维、再生纤维素纤维或聚乳酸PLA、聚己内酯PCL制作而成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可降解生态袋,其特征在于:所述生物降解土工布的强度为4.5~45kN/m,等效孔径O95为0.08~0.5mm,120天降解率不低于70%。
