the grabbing assembly 34 comprises a support 341, the support 341 is a rectangular frame, a telescopic cylinder 342 is arranged at the bottom of the rectangular frame, a bottom transverse plate 343 is arranged at the front end of a piston rod of the telescopic cylinder 342, two horizontal longitudinal support plates 344 are fixed on the bottom transverse plate 343, and side vertical plates 345 are respectively arranged at two ends of the bottom transverse plate 343 as shown in fig. 6, 8, 9 and 10, so that the bottom transverse plate 343, the two horizontal longitudinal support plates 344 and the two side vertical plates 345 extend synchronously along with the piston rod to receive the packaging paper for removing the binding band, the packaging paper is clamped from the side part of the support 341 from the bottom and the two side vertical plates 345 through the horizontal longitudinal support plates 344 after the piston rod retracts, and the lifting, the descending and the horizontal movement are completed under the driving of a manipulator;
the manipulator 35 is of a conventional structure and comprises a fixed plate 351 connected with the top of a support 341 of the grabbing component 34, a cantilever 352 connected with the fixed plate 351, a sliding seat 353 for fixing the cantilever 352, the sliding seat 353 is connected with a longitudinal synchronous belt 354, the longitudinal synchronous belt 354 is connected with a belt pulley fixed on the upper end and the lower end of a vertical rod 355, the belt pulley on the upper end is connected with a first power machine 356 fixed on the upper part of the vertical rod 355, the back of the vertical rod 355 is connected with a sliding block which is connected with a horizontal synchronous belt 357, the horizontal synchronous belt 357 is connected with belt pulleys fixed on two ends of a cross rod 358, one end of the belt pulley is connected with a second power machine (not shown in the figure) fixed on the cross rod 358, as shown in figures 6 and 10, so that after the grabbing component 34 and the wrapping paper on the grabbing component are driven by the manipulator 35, the existing cigarette packing machine is provided with packing paper for packing cigarettes.
The conveying branch channel 9 of the cigarette case packing paper 101 comprises a support frame 91 and a conveyor 92 which is arranged on the support frame 91 and is vertically connected with the conveying main channel 2, the conveyor 92 is a conventional conveying belt, a cigarette case packing paper 101 binding belt removing mechanism 93 is arranged at the output end of the conveyor 92, the cigarette case packing paper 101 binding belt removing mechanism 93 is connected with a grabbing lifting mechanism 94, and the grabbing lifting mechanism 94 is connected with a corresponding packing paper inlet box 5 of the cigarette case packing machine, wherein:
the cigarette pack packing paper 101 binding band removing mechanism 93 includes: a support 931 provided at an output end of the conveying branch passage 9, a lifting unit 932 provided on the support 931, a horizontal cutting blade 933 provided on the lifting unit 932, a negative pressure roller 934 provided below the support 931, and a storage box 935 provided below the negative pressure roller 934; wherein: the lifting assembly 932 is a power cylinder with a cylinder seat fixed on the bracket 931 and a piston rod connected with the horizontal cutting blade 933; the negative pressure roller 934 comprises a hollow roller 9342 with a plurality of through holes 9341 on the wall, one end of the hollow roller 9342 is connected with a power motor, the other end is fixed on the bracket 931 through a bearing, the hollow roller 9342 is connected with a negative pressure pipe, the negative pressure pipe is connected with an air compressor (not shown in the figure), as shown in fig. 12, so that after the power cylinder is started according to needs to drive the piston rod to drive the horizontal cutting blade 933 to extend downwards, the binding band on the cigarette case 101 sent by the conveyor 92 is cut off, and after the hollow roller 9342 generates negative pressure through the air compressor and the negative pressure pipe to adsorb the cut binding band, the binding band is pulled out along with the rotation of the motor until a plurality of through holes 9341 on the hollow roller 9342 face downwards, the negative pressure is released to allow the binding band to fall into a storage box 935 below, and the cigarette case packaging paper 101 with the binding band removed is sent to the grabbing and;
the grasping lift mechanism 94 includes: a support 941, the support 941 is a rectangular frame, a vertical slide rail 942 is disposed on the support 941, a slider (not shown) slidably coupled to the vertical slide rail 942 and driven by a power machine, a support arm 943 connected to the slider, and a grasping component 34 fixed to the support arm 943, where the grasping component 34 is identical to the grasping component 34 on the conveying branch 3, as shown in fig. 13, 8, and 9, so that after the grasping component 34 clamps the cigarette case wrapper 101 with the binding band removed, the slider, the support arm 943, the grasping component 34 and the cigarette case wrapper 101 thereon are driven by the power machine to ascend or descend along the slide rail 942 together and descend to be abutted against the corresponding wrapper inlet box 5 of the cigarette case packaging machine, and then the cigarette case wrapper 101 is provided to the existing cigarette case packaging machine, as shown in fig. 11.

Claims (8)

1. The automatic feeding system for supplying packing paper of different brands and specifications simultaneously includes one supply station, and features that the supply station is connected to one conveying main channel, which is connected to the input ends of several conveying branch channels, and the output ends of the branch channels are connected to the packing paper inlet box of cigarette packing machine.
2. The automatic feeding system for supplying multi-brand and multi-specification wrapping paper simultaneously of claim 1, wherein the transportation main comprises a support frame, a slide way arranged on the support frame, and at least one moving trolley arranged on the slide way, wherein:
a linear driving motor is arranged on the slide way and connected with the movable trolley;
the travelling car includes: the device comprises a rectangular frame fixed on a linear driving motor, a conveyor arranged in the rectangular frame, and a pressing piece arranged at the top of the rectangular frame, wherein the pressing piece comprises a telescopic power cylinder, and a cylinder seat of the telescopic power cylinder is arranged at the top of the rectangular frame in an inverted mode, and the end part of a piston rod is provided with a horizontal plate.

An automatic feeding system for supplying multi-brand and multi-specification wrapping paper simultaneously as claimed in claim 1, wherein said conveying branch comprises a support frame, a conveyor provided on the support frame and connected to the conveying main in a vertical or inclined manner; the heights of the supporting frames of the conveying main road and the conveying branch road are consistent.

An automatic feeding system for supplying multi-brand and multi-specification wrapping paper simultaneously as claimed in claim 1, wherein said main conveying path is provided as a conveyor which is vertically or obliquely connected to the corresponding branch conveying path, and a conventional steering conveyor mechanism is provided at the connection; the conveyor is one or more of a conventional conveying belt, a conveying chain plate and a conveying roller.

The automatic feeding system for supplying multi-brand and multi-specification wrapping paper simultaneously as claimed in claim 1, wherein the input end of the conveying main channel is connected with the output end of a conveying lifting mechanism, the input end of the conveying lifting mechanism is connected with a conveyor in the supply station, the conveying lifting mechanism comprises a support frame, a vertical slide rail arranged on the support frame, a slide block driven by a power machine and matched with the vertical slide rail in a sliding way, a support arm connected with the slide block, and a rotating motor fixed on the support arm, wherein the output shaft of the rotating motor is connected with the conveyor, and the conveyor is a conveying belt, a conveying chain plate or a conveying roller; the tail end of the conveying main channel is connected with the input end of the conveying lifting mechanism, and the output end of the conveying lifting mechanism is connected with the conveyor.

The automatic feeding system for supplying multi-brand and multi-specification wrapping paper simultaneously according to claim 1, wherein the conveying branch is provided with a binding band removing mechanism, a grasping lifting mechanism connected to the binding band removing mechanism, and a wrapping paper inlet box of the cigarette packing machine connected to the grasping lifting mechanism, wherein:
the binding band removing mechanism includes: the cutting device comprises a support arranged at the conveying end of a conveying branch channel, a lifting assembly arranged on the support, a cutting blade arranged on the lifting assembly, a negative pressure roller arranged below the support and a storage box arranged below the negative pressure roller; wherein: the lifting assembly is a power cylinder with a cylinder base fixed on the bracket and a piston rod connected with the horizontal cutting blade; the negative pressure roller comprises a hollow roller with a plurality of through holes on the wall, one end of the hollow roller is connected with the power motor, the other end of the hollow roller is fixed on the bracket through a bearing, the hollow roller is connected with the negative pressure pipe, and the negative pressure pipe is connected with the air compressor;
snatch elevating system includes: the gripping device comprises a support frame, a vertical slide rail arranged on the support frame, a slide block which is matched and connected with the vertical slide rail in a sliding mode and driven by a power machine, a support arm connected with the slide block, and a gripping assembly fixed on the support arm, wherein the gripping assembly comprises a support fixed on the support arm, the support is a rectangular frame, a telescopic cylinder is arranged at the bottom of the rectangular frame, a bottom transverse plate is arranged at the front end of a piston rod of the telescopic cylinder, a horizontal longitudinal support plate is fixed on the bottom transverse plate, and side vertical plates are arranged at two.
