As shown in fig. 2, the present invention discloses a packaging bag processing apparatus, which includes a processing assembly 1, wherein the processing assembly 1 includes a processing assembly frame 11 and a first material state adjusting device 13, the first material state adjusting device 13 is installed on the processing assembly frame 11, the first material state adjusting device 13 forms a material adjusting space 123 in a region corresponding to a working surface on the processing assembly frame 11, and the material adjusts the material state in the material adjusting space 123. Specifically, the material may be a single-layer structure, and the material is adjusted in the adjustment space 123.
As shown in fig. 3, the processing assembly 1 further includes an adjusting linkage mechanism 15, the first material state adjusting device 13 is mounted on the processing assembly frame 11 through the adjusting linkage mechanism 15, and the adjusting linkage mechanism 15 drives the first material state adjusting device 13 to extend or move away from the material adjusting space 123. The adjusting linkage 15 includes: the adjusting and driving device 151 and the mounting part 152 are arranged, the adjusting and driving device 151 is mounted on the machining assembly frame 11 through the mounting part 152, the specific mounting part can be a mounting plate, the power output end of the adjusting and driving device 151 is fixedly connected with the first material state adjusting device 13, the adjusting and driving device 151 can be a motor or an air cylinder, and the like.

When the material to be processed is a double-layer film body structure, the first material state adjusting device 13 may be set as 2 sets of clamps and/or negative pressure devices arranged along the extending direction of the material adjusting space 123, and an interval is provided between adjacent clamps or negative pressure devices. For example, along the extension direction of the layers of the double-layer plastic film, the first material state adjusting device 13 is respectively arranged corresponding to the double-layer structure to be processed and respectively adsorbs the film surface at the edge of each film body, so that the double-layer film body can be shifted and fixed, for example, two groups of grabbing devices 131 are arranged and can be used for processing the double-layer plastic film, the two films of the material are respectively sucked during working, due to the fact that the film materials are not attached, the alignment operation is inconvenient, the phenomenon of folding caused by the gap forming between the two layers can occur during other processing operations, the two layers of films are respectively controlled by the two groups of negative pressure grabbing devices, the position of the material is fixed, after the material is fixed, the material can be processed by other devices more conveniently, a gap is arranged between the adjacent clamps or negative pressure devices, and the gap between the layers of the double-layer material to be processed is arranged, and the edge of each layer of double-layer materials to be adjusted is aligned with the clamp or the negative pressure device through the first material state adjusting device 13, so that the grabbing device 131 can grab and adsorb each layer of edge conveniently, and each layer of materials is shifted and adjusted in the material adjusting space 123 under the driving of the adjusting driving device 151, so that relative displacement between layers is not easy to occur, and when the alignment of each layer of edge of double-layer materials is needed, the shifting and adjusting work can be carried out on the basis of the adsorption.
Correspondingly, when the material to be processed is a bag body, as an optimized scheme of the invention, on the basis of the arrangement mode of the first material state adjusting devices 13, the first material state adjusting devices 13 can be symmetrically arranged relative to the bag body, specifically, the number of the first material state adjusting devices 13 is 2, the first material state adjusting devices 13 are arranged towards the material adjusting space 123, the two first material state adjusting devices 13 are arranged on the processing assembly frame 11 and perform opening or closing actions through the adjusting linkage mechanism 15, and when the two first material state adjusting devices 13 are relatively opened, a boundary of the material adjusting space 123 is formed. In order to reduce the difficulty of assembling equipment of the processing assembly 1, one material state adjusting device I13 can be selected to be fixedly connected with a processing assembly frame 11, the other material state adjusting device I13 is driven by an adjusting linkage mechanism 15, so that the two material state adjusting devices I13 can be opened or closed, specifically, the material state adjusting devices I13 can be oppositely arranged in the vertical direction, after a bag to be processed enters a material adjusting space 123 on the processing assembly 1, the material state adjusting devices I13 are driven by the adjusting linkage mechanism 15 to perform closing action, after the gripping device 131 is contacted with a bag body, the gripping device 131 sucks air under negative pressure, two packaging bags are gripped and fixed by the gripping device 131, then the material state adjusting devices I13 are driven by the adjusting linkage mechanism 15 to move away from each other to perform opening action or approach each other to perform closing action so as to open or close the bag mouth, and when needs are adjusted the material to the closure state, can accomplish through setting up the relative closure of symmetry material state adjusting device 13, can flatten the sack like this or reduce the sack and deform and be favorable to the state of the bag body after the adjustment unified, the equipment of being convenient for is processed the bag body.
As shown in fig. 4, the processing assembly 1 further includes a second material state adjusting device 14, the second material state adjusting device 14 includes an adjusting workpiece 141 and an adjusting and shifting mechanism 142, the adjusting and shifting mechanism 142 is mounted on the processing assembly 1 and is linked with the adjusting workpiece 141 and/or the first material state adjusting device 13, and the adjusting and shifting mechanism 142 can adjust the relative position between the first material state adjusting device 13 and/or the second material state adjusting device 14 and the material adjusting space 123. As shown in fig. 4, the adjusting and shifting mechanism 142 includes a shifting driving device 1421 and a shifting transmission mechanism 1422, and the shifting driving device 1421 drives the adjusting workpiece 141 to reciprocate toward or away from the material adjusting space 123 through the shifting transmission mechanism 1422. The displacement driving device 1421 drives the adjusting workpiece 141, so that the extending distance of the adjusting workpiece 141 can be adjusted, and the requirements of different working conditions can be met, the displacement driving device 1421 can adopt a motor, an air cylinder and the like, the air cylinder is selected as a model selection of the displacement driving device 1421, correspondingly, the displacement transmission mechanism 1422 is a horizontally arranged slide block and slide rail mechanism, and the displacement driving device 1421 drives a slide block in the displacement transmission mechanism 1422 to displace. Specifically, a slide rail in the displacement transmission mechanism 1422 is horizontally installed on the machining assembly frame 11 through an installation plate, a slide block in the displacement transmission mechanism 1422 is in sliding fit with the slide rail, and the slide block is fixedly connected with the adjusting workpiece 141, when the adjusting workpiece 141 is driven by the adjusting displacement mechanism 142 to perform material adjusting work, a power output end of the displacement driving device 1421 is fixedly connected with the slide block, and the adjusting workpiece 141 is driven to move through displacement of the slide block, so that the adjusting work is completed.

As shown in fig. 4, the second material state adjusting device 14 further includes a side supporting workpiece 143 and an expanding driving mechanism 144, the expanding driving mechanism 144 is installed on the machining assembly 1, a driving end of the expanding driving mechanism 144 is linked with the side supporting workpiece 143 disposed on one side of the adjusting workpiece 141, and the expanding driving mechanism 144 drives the side supporting workpiece 143 to perform a telescopic reciprocating motion along a plane where the adjusting workpiece 141 reciprocates. Correspondingly, the side supporting workpiece 143 and the adjusting workpiece 141 jointly form a plate-shaped structure, the side supporting workpiece 143 is a tubular structure with air holes, the side supporting workpiece 143 is communicated with the negative pressure air path, and the moving directions of the side supporting workpiece 143 and the adjusting workpiece 141 are not the same or opposite. Specifically, the side supporting workpiece 143 can be an L-shaped tube with an air hole, the side supporting workpiece 143 forms the edge of the plate-shaped structure, and the size of the side supporting workpiece 143 is reduced through the arrangement, so that a workpiece with a small size can more easily extend into the material bag opening to work, the grabbing or opening effect cannot be influenced, the stretching direction of the side supporting workpiece 143 can be perpendicular to the reciprocating direction of the adjusting workpiece 141, the stretching operation of the side supporting workpiece 143 is facilitated, the material bag opening can be in a grabbing state and a transverse flat state can be kept through the processing, and the bag opening part is flat after the packaging bag is processed.
Specifically, the distractor drive mechanism 144 includes: the opening mechanism sliding block 1441, the opening mechanism sliding rail 1442, the opening mechanism cylinder 1443 and the connecting sheet 1444, the opening mechanism sliding block 1441 is fixedly connected with a power output end of the opening mechanism cylinder 1443 and can be arranged on the opening mechanism sliding rail 1442 in a sliding mode, the extending direction of the opening mechanism sliding rail 1442 is perpendicular to the reciprocating direction of the adjusting workpiece 141, after the adjusting workpiece extends into the bag opening, the opening mechanism cylinder 1443 drives the opening mechanism sliding block 1441 to move towards two sides along the opening mechanism sliding rail 1442, the side supporting workpiece 143 moves towards two sides along the opening mechanism sliding block 1441 through the connecting sheet 1444 to open the bag opening, then the side supporting workpiece 143 performs negative pressure suction, and the bag body is adsorbed and grabbed.
When the first material state adjusting device 13 and the second material state adjusting device 14 are matched with each other to process a double-layer sleeved bag body, the opening of the inner bag is positioned outside the opening of the outer bag, the adjusting linkage mechanism 15 drives the first material state adjusting device 13 to move towards the double-layer bag body to be contacted with the surface of the bag body and then respectively adsorb the inner bag and the outer bag, the adjusting linkage mechanism 15 drives the first material state adjusting device 13 to move away from each other to open the openings of the inner bag and the outer bag, then the side supporting workpiece 143 and the adjusting workpiece 141 move towards the inner bag body, when the bag is moved into the bag, the side supporting workpiece 143 is driven by the opening driving mechanism 144 to transversely support the inner bag tightly and adsorb the inner bag through negative pressure suction, meanwhile, the grabbing device 131 adsorbed in the first material state adjusting device 13 is adjusted to release the inner bag, and the adjusting and shifting mechanism 142 drives the inner bag to move, the adjustment work of the inner bag opening and the outer bag opening of the double-layer bag body is completed.

In the solution, the folding power device 2212 selects an air cylinder as a power device for example, a gear transmission is adopted between the power output end of the folding power device 2212 and the rotating shaft 22131, and the gear transmission is selected as a higher-precision transmission mode, because when the folding mechanism 221 works, a more accurate displacement positioning is required, otherwise, the situation that the raw material cannot be pressed on the material positioning mechanism 222 occurs, and the situation that the folding piece 2211 is damaged due to an excessively large rotating angle is also avoided.

S26 outside sizing: the shaping device 12 presses the material on the adjusting workpiece 141 for shaping, the shaping device 12 may be a heat sealing device, such as a heat sealing knife, an ultrasonic point ironing machine, or a gluing and sewing machine, and is exemplified by a heat sealing knife, and during heat sealing, the shaping device 12 performs synchronous heat pressing action towards the bag mouth direction on both sides of the bag mouth of the raw material bag; the adjusting workpiece 141 is inserted into the mouth of the raw material bag and then should be located at the center of the heat sealing area when the raw material bag is subjected to pressure heat sealing, the adjusting workpiece 141 has two working and setting modes, one mode is that the adjusting workpiece 141 is a pressed piece which is arranged in a flush manner with the center of the heat sealing area, the adjusting workpiece 141 is directly inserted into the mouth of the bag to be matched with the shaping device 12 for carrying out bag mouth shaping work, the other mode is that the starting position of the adjusting workpiece 141 cannot be arranged in a flush manner with the center of the heat sealing area due to limited station space, after the adjusting workpiece 141 is inserted into the mouth of the bag, the adjusting workpiece 141 needs to be inserted into the mouth of the bag and before the shaping device 12 carries out bag mouth shaping work or moves synchronously with the shaping device 12, so that the adjusting workpiece 141 can be subjected to pressure matching shaping at the center of the heat sealing area, otherwise, the other side is easy to have poor shaping effect.
