The electronic flowmeter display on the software system replaces the mechanical flowmeter, the electronic display displays the mechanical flowmeter on a software interface in a virtual flowmeter graphic mode, and the electronic control not only displays the mechanical flowmeter in a virtual flowmeter, but also can realize control and regulation of the flow. The two types of electronic flow meters differ in their display and operation, as well as in their cost. Detailed Description
During the self-checking of the software control system during the startup operation, the real-time flow value and the electronic flowmeter mark transmitted from the lower computer are accumulated continuously for 10 times through the self-defined communication protocol with the lower computer. When the control system judges that the 10 accumulated values of the flowmeter in the communication no-alarm state are the same, one global flag is set to be effective. The control system refreshes the language information, display position and graphic icon about the flow meter in the software through the mark. And after the control system enters the main interface after self-checking is finished, the flowmeter is displayed to be in a corresponding shape. The interface displays 3 combination modes, oxygen and air combination, oxygen and nitrous oxide combination, oxygen and air and nitrous oxide combination, and configuration of oxygen and nitrous oxide matching mode. In this combination, the interface display of the control system also includes a combination mode of the economic indicator. Identified as an electronic control flow meter, the interface displays 2 combination modes, oxygen and air combination, oxygen and nitrous oxide combination, and also economic indicator combination modes. the display module and the processing flow are shown in fig. 3. The electronic display flow meter interface or the electronic control flow meter interface is displayed according to the identified display control mode, and the corresponding gas flow tube group is displayed on the flow meter interface and gas flow data is displayed in real time according to the set display reference standard and the gas type; and the electronic control flow meter interface is also used for receiving a gas flow control command and sending the gas flow control command to the data processing module. the gas flow pipe group unit is used for displaying a corresponding gas flow pipe group on a flowmeter interface according to a set display reference standard and a set gas type;
the data display unit is used for graphically displaying the gas flow data in the gas flow tube group on the interface of the flowmeter;
and the electronic control command unit is used for receiving a command for controlling the gas flow and sending the command to the data processing module in an electronic control flow meter mode.
The flow display mode of the anesthesia machine electronic flowmeter comprises a digital display mode and a flow tube display mode. Currently, three different display standards exist worldwide for the flow tube display of anesthesia machine electronic flowmeters, namely the Chinese national standard (GB/YY), the U.S. Standard (US) and the European Standard (CE). The three display standards respectively adopt different colors to identify the flow of the three surgical common gases. The three common gases for surgery are: oxygen (O) 2 ) Nitrous oxide (N) 2 O) and medical air, wherein nitrous oxide is also known as laughing gas. The upper limit value and the lower limit value of the economic pointer are represented by rectangles, the rectangles are fixed in position and fixed in length and width, and the gas flow ranges represented by the rectangles are different along with the weight of a patient. And finally, calculating the position of the economic pointer in the rectangle according to the current oxygen flow value.
The economic pointer calculation formula of the electronic flowmeter is as follows:
ECO = (oxygen flow rate + air flow rate + nitrous oxide flow rate-leakage rate) = oxygen concentration
And the communication warning module is used for warning when the communication between the gas collecting device of the anesthesia machine and the interface module fails and informing the display module to output an electronic electric display flowmeter interface.
