The infrared distance measuring sensor is provided with a pair of infrared signal transmitting and receiving diodes, the transmitting tube transmits an infrared signal with specific frequency, the receiving tube receives the infrared signal with the frequency, when the infrared detection direction meets an obstacle, the infrared signal is reflected back to be received by the receiving tube, after being processed, the infrared signal returns to the central processor host through the digital sensor interface, and the central processor host can identify the change of the surrounding environment by using the infrared return signal.
Precise distance adjustment: when the infrared detection direction meets the acupuncture points, the infrared signals are reflected back to be received by the receiving tube, after the infrared signals are processed, the infrared signals are returned to the parameter setting screen (the data processor) through the digital sensor interface, and the distance can be accurately operated (the precision is less than 1.5 mm) by the infrared return signals through parameter setting (the temperature is inversely proportional to the distance).
The moxibustion strip is clamped on the manipulator, the moxibustion strip is ignited, the control screen is opened, and the mechanical connecting rod with the temperature control distance sensor is placed above the moxibustion acupoint to treat the acupoint. After a certain time, the mechanical connecting rod is moved to leave the acupuncture point, and the treatment is stopped.
The specific control method comprises the following steps:

Meanwhile, the temperature sensor 4 starts to measure the temperature of the acupuncture points, the distance sensor 5 starts to measure the distance between the head of the manipulator and the acupuncture points, and when the temperature sensor measures the temperature of the acupuncture points to be 36-40 ℃, the control device controls the mechanical connecting rod structure to move, so that the distance between the head of the manipulator and the acupuncture points is 22 mm; when the temperature sensor measures the temperature of the acupuncture points to be 40-50 ℃, the control device controls the mechanical connecting rod structure to move, so that the distance between the head of the mechanical arm and the acupuncture points is 34 mm; when the temperature of the acupuncture points measured by the temperature sensor is higher than 50 ℃, the control device controls the mechanical connecting rod structure to move, so that the distance between the head of the manipulator and the acupuncture points is 50 mm;
when the distance between the head of the manipulator and the acupuncture point is more than 4 minutes, the control device controls the mechanical connecting rod structure to move, so that the distance between the head of the manipulator and the acupuncture point is 200mm, and the treatment is ended.
In the above device, in order to prevent the temperature of the moxibustion strip from affecting the temperature measurement, a thermal insulation plate 6 is arranged between the temperature sensor and the distance sensor and the moxibustion strip.
For patients who need bird pecking moxibustion, the following control methods can be adopted: when the temperature of the acupuncture points measured by the temperature sensor is 36-40 ℃, the control device controls the mechanical connecting rod structure to move, so that the head of the manipulator moves up and down between 20-25 mm; when the temperature sensor measures the temperature of the acupuncture points to be 40-50 ℃, the control device controls the mechanical connecting rod structure to move, so that the head of the mechanical arm moves up and down between 30-35 mm.
For the patient needing the rotary moxibustion, the following control method is adopted, when the temperature of the acupuncture points measured by the temperature sensor is 36-40 ℃, the control device controls the mechanical connecting rod structure to move, so that the head part of the mechanical arm rotates up and down and left and right between 20-25 mm; when the temperature sensor measures the temperature of the acupuncture points to be 40-50 ℃, the control device controls the mechanical connecting rod structure to move, so that the head of the mechanical arm rotates up and down, left and right between 30-35 mm.
