Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of potables, in particular to a fresh and alive normally clear beverage formula for discharging oil and discharging stubborn stool and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The gastrointestinal tract is an important digestive organ, and the human body must provide main energy by means of the food digested by the gastrointestinal tract to maintain normal physiological and biochemical functions, immune function, growth and development, metabolism and other life activities. The gastrointestinal system supplies energy to the human body through activities such as food intake, transport, digestion and absorption, and residue excretion, and in addition, the gastrointestinal system has partial endocrine and immune functions. The diversity of the gastrointestinal system functions determines that both disturbances and decline of gastrointestinal function will cause a series of significant clinical symptoms. Specifically, three main aspects are included: (1) gastroparesis and paralytic ileus caused by gastrointestinal motility disorder; (2) ulcer and inflammation caused by the damage of the normal mucosa protection function; (3) diarrhea and constipation due to malabsorption and secretion disorder. The normal function of the gastrointestinal tract has important significance for maintaining other functions of the body, however, with the acceleration of the modern life rhythm, the change of the dietary structure and the increase of the competitive pressure, the incidence rate of the gastrointestinal tract diseases is rising year by year at present.
Constipation is the most common and easily overlooked bowel disease, and recent data show that constipation has a prevalence of up to 27% in the population, i.e., one constipation patient out of every 4. Constipation is the condition that wastes and toxins in a human body cannot be normally discharged to form accumulated stubborn stool in an intestinal tract, the toxins in the stubborn stool are repeatedly absorbed by the intestinal tract to cause the problems of inappetence, gastrointestinal discomfort, abdominal swelling, chloasma, palsy, acne and the like on the skin, and even colon cancer may be induced.
At present, a plurality of health care products for treating constipation generally have side effects, such as damage to the body caused by strong excretion and easy formation of dependence, and potables generally have short storage life and cannot be stored for a long time, and if the potables are stored for a long time, effective components are easy to lose efficacy.

Specifically, in the step a3, the puffing treatment specifically comprises the steps of placing the hawthorn, the cassia seed, the sea buckthorn and the cordyceps militaris in liquid carbon dioxide, keeping the pressure for 3-5H under the air pressure of 0.5-1MPa, and then opening a gate to release the pressure to obtain the puffed hawthorn, the cassia seed, the sea buckthorn and the cordyceps militaris.
Through the puffing treatment, the physical forms of the boiled hawthorn, cassia seed, sea buckthorn and cordyceps militaris are changed, so that the residual effective ingredients in the hawthorn, cassia seed, sea buckthorn and cordyceps militaris can be uniformly distributed, and the heavy percolation extraction is facilitated.
Specifically, in the process of extracting the second extracting solution and the third extracting solution from the A3 and the A4 by a double percolation method, hawthorn, cassia seed, sea buckthorn and cordyceps militaris are wrapped by a filter membrane, and the filter membrane is prepared by placing activated carbon fiber into an ethanol water solution, adding coco glucoside, stirring uniformly, adding sodium peroxide, reacting for 8-10H at 40-60 ℃, after the reaction is finished, introducing 10-20mA current for 10min, concentrating, coating, and freeze-drying.
The hawthorn, the cassia seed, the sea-buckthorn and the cordyceps militaris are wrapped by a special filter membrane, so that electrons in the filter membrane can enter the extracting solution more easily in the percolation process. In the preparation process of the filter membrane, sodium ions are grafted on the activated carbon fiber, then the power is supplied, electrons on the sodium ions are in an excited state by the power, and when the filtration is carried out, the leaching liquor passes through the filter membrane to impact the electrons in the excited state, so that the electrons in the excited state are combined with effective components in the extracting solution, the extracting solution is provided with the electrons, and the storage time of the extracting solution is prolonged.
Specifically, in the step A4, the hawthorn, the cassia seed, the sea buckthorn and the cordyceps militaris are crushed into 30-60 meshes.
By crushing the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, the effective content of the extract is more sufficient when the heavy percolation extraction is carried out.
Specifically, in the step a6, the voltage of the electromagnetic field is 18V, and the current is 0.3A.
Through carrying out the electromagnetic field to the mixed solution and handling, make liquid intensive mixing in the middle of first middle liquid and the second on the one hand, the intensity of electric current is greater than the intensity of filter membrane preparation in-process electric current to can further strengthen the polarity of electron in the mixed solution, increase the energy storage intensity of electron, make the active time of electron longer, make the electron can stimulate the active ingredient in the mixed solution for a long time, keep the activity of active ingredient, and voltage, electric current are safe voltage, avoid accidentally causing the injury to the human body.
