the supporting mechanism comprises a first spring 8 fixed at the inner side of the groove plate 5, a supporting inclined plate 7 fixed at one end of the first spring 8 and a supporting transverse plate 10 fixed at the top end of the supporting inclined plate 7, the supporting inclined plate 7 is in an inclined state under the action of the first spring 8, the bottom end of the supporting inclined plate 7 is hinged with the inner side of the groove plate 5, an electrical component fixing rod 6 conveniently crosses the supporting inclined plate 7 to move upwards, a first slot 9 positioned above the first spring 8 is arranged at the inner side of the groove plate 5, one end of the supporting transverse plate 10 is used for penetrating into the inner side of the first slot 9, when the electrical component fixing rod 6 passes through the supporting inclined plate 7, one end of the supporting transverse plate 10 can be inserted into the inner side of the first slot 9, the supporting transverse plate 10 can reset when not passing through, so as to mainly ensure that the supporting transverse plate 10 can not influence the upwards moving process of the electrical component fixing rod 6, and has a sufficient length for supporting the fixing lever 6, and the supporting cross plate 10 for supporting the electric component fixing lever 6.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the supporting lateral plate 10 includes a first lateral plate 1001 fixed to the top end of the supporting sloping plate 7, a second lateral plate 1002 penetrating inside the first lateral plate 1001, and a second spring 1003 disposed between the second lateral plate 1002 and the first lateral plate 1001, both the second lateral plate 1002 and the first lateral plate 1001 are hollow rods, so as to ensure the placement of the second spring 1003, the supporting lateral plate 10 can be extended and retracted under the action of external force, and the length of the supporting lateral plate 10 can be increased without affecting the upward movement of the electrical component fixing rod 6.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the plurality of supporting mechanisms are arranged at equal intervals from top to bottom, and the number of the supporting mechanisms is greater than that of the electrical component fixing rods 6, so as to ensure that the distance between two electrical component fixing rods adjacent to each other up and down can be adjusted to a greater extent, so that one or two supporting mechanisms are arranged between the two electrical component fixing rods, and the electrical component fixing rod can be adapted to electrical components with a higher height or accessories for an electrical cabinet.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, an electromagnetic boiler fixing base 3 is disposed at a bottom side of an electric cabinet 1 of an electromagnetic boiler, and a heating main machine protecting shell 2 is disposed at a rear side of the electric cabinet 1 of the electromagnetic boiler.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a first through hole 11 is formed through the top and bottom side surfaces of the electrical component fixing frame 4, and a second through hole 12 is formed through the upper surface of the electrical component fixing rod 6, so that the electrical component fixing frame is convenient for limiting and connecting the connecting wires on the electrical components and is also convenient for summarizing the connecting wires.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a fixing plate 13 is fixed on the inner side of an electric cabinet 1 of an electromagnetic boiler, a fixing block 14 having a cavity is fixed on the front side surface of the fixing plate 13, a third spring 15 is vertically fixed in the inner cavity of the fixing block 14, a protruding block 16 is fixed on the top end of the third spring 15, the protruding block 16 protrudes out of the upper surface of the fixing block 14 under the action of the third spring 15, the upper surface of the protruding block 16 is a smooth arc surface, in order to enter the inner side of a slot 18, the protruding block 16 penetrates through the upper surface of the fixing block 14, a second slot 17 is formed in the rear side surface of a fixing frame 4 of an electrical component, a slot 18 is formed in the top side surface of the second slot 17, the fixing block 14 is used for penetrating into the inner side of the second slot 17, and the protruding block 16 is used for penetrating into the inner side of the slot 18.
The assembling method of the electromagnetic boiler comprises the following steps
s1. the distance between two adjacent fixing rods 6 is adjusted according to the height of the electromagnetic boiler electrical element to be fixed, only the upper fixing rod 6 of the two adjacent fixing rods 6 is pushed upwards, the upper fixing rod 6 is lapped on the top of the corresponding supporting transverse plate 10, one or two idle supporting mechanisms are arranged between the two adjacent fixing rods 6, and the electromagnetic boiler electrical element with higher height can be fixed between them;
s2, sequentially installing and fixing the needed electromagnetic boiler electrical components between two adjacent electrical component fixing rods 6, and enabling the electric wires or transmission lines of the electromagnetic boiler electrical components in the upper and lower positions to pass through the first through holes 11 or the second through holes 12;
s3. after the electrical components of the electromagnetic boiler are installed, the fixing frame 4 of the electrical components is arranged, the fixing frame 4 of the electrical components is horizontally pushed into the inner side of the electric cabinet 1 of the electromagnetic boiler, and the second slot 17 is aligned with the fixing block 14 at the corresponding position;
s4. pushing the fixing frame 4 towards the fixing plate 13 until the projection 16 is inserted into the slot 18, so as to fix the fixing frame 4;
s5. the electric cabinet 1 and the heating host machine protective shell 2 of the electromagnetic boiler are respectively fixed on the top of the fixed base 3 of the electromagnetic boiler
