In view of the fact that when two honeycomb panels are connected perpendicularly to each other, the first connection plate 1 and the second connection plate 2 are prevented from being mounted at positions other than the edges of the honeycomb panels, which would lead to an unavoidable enlargement of the dimensions of the third connection plate 3, the arrangement is such that an unconnectable situation occurs, and therefore, when the first connection plate 1 is mounted to the honeycomb panel and the second connection plate 2 is mounted to the honeycomb panel, it is ensured that at least one connection plate is mounted at the edges of the honeycomb panels, which would ensure that the third connection plate 3 can be connected with a minimum dimension, and also that an unconnectable low-level error is avoided.

A split type inter-plate connection structure is characterized in that: comprises a first connecting plate (1) fixed at the edge of a first honeycomb plate, a second connecting plate (2) fixed at the edge of a second honeycomb plate, and a third connecting plate (3) which is connected with the first connecting plate (1) and the second connecting plate (2) at the same time; a plurality of clamping pieces (4) are arranged on the first connecting plate (1) and the second connecting plate (2), and a plurality of clamping grooves (5) for clamping and inserting each clamping piece (4) are correspondingly arranged on the third connecting plate (3); the two ends of the first connecting plate (1) and the second connecting plate (2) are respectively provided with a fixed end edge (6) in an extending way, and the honeycomb panel further comprises a fourth fixed plate (7) which is fixedly connected with the fixed end edge (6) and is inserted into the honeycomb panel edge; the third connecting plate (3) is arranged to be a right-angle connecting plate, the clamping groove (5) is arranged at the outer side of the third connecting plate (3), the fourth fixing plate (7) and the fixed end edge (6) are provided with fixing through holes (8), and the third connecting plate further comprises a threaded locking piece (9) which is inserted into the fixing through holes (8) to fixedly connect the fourth fixing plate (7) and the fixed end edge (6); the fourth fixing plate (7) comprises a first fixing plate body (10) and a second fixing plate body (11) which are parallel to each other, and an intermediate connecting plate body (12) which connects the first fixing plate body (10) and the second fixing plate body (11); the fixed end edge (6) is flush with the end part of the clamping piece (4), and the thickness of the fixed end edge (6) is smaller than that of the first connecting plate (1) and also smaller than that of the second connecting plate (2); the threaded locking piece (9) comprises a plug bolt (13) and a limit nut (14) which is in threaded connection with the plug bolt (13), the tail end of the plug bolt (13) is also provided with a limit edge (15), and a limit groove (16) is correspondingly arranged around a fixed through hole (8) on the fourth fixed plate (7); when the plug bolts (13) are inserted into the fixing through holes (8), the plug bolts (13) are inserted from one side of the fourth fixing plate (7), and the tail ends of the plug bolts (13) are arranged between the fourth fixing plate (7) and the honeycomb plate; the width direction of the second fixed plate body (11) is provided with a rib slot with the same width as the rib in the honeycomb plate, the fourth fixed plate (7) is inserted into the structural cavity of the honeycomb plate by the second fixed plate body (11), and meanwhile, the rib slot of the second fixed plate body (11) is in butt joint with the inner rib of the honeycomb plate.
2. The split type inter-plate connection structure according to claim 1, wherein: the first fixing plate body (10) is provided with a fixing through hole (8), and the second fixing plate body (11) is also provided with a rib slot (17) with the same width as the inner rib of the honeycomb plate.

The split type inter-plate connection structure according to claim 1, wherein: the tensioning bolt (18) is further arranged between every two adjacent clamping pieces (4), and the tensioning bolt further comprises a reserved slot (19) arranged between every two adjacent clamping grooves (5) located on one straight plate.

The split type inter-plate connection structure according to claim 1, wherein: the novel connecting plate further comprises a reinforcing rib body (20) which is connected between the first connecting plate (1) and the fixed end edge (6), connected between the second connecting plate (2) and the fixed end edge (6) and arranged at the bending part of the third connecting plate (3).

S1: according to the design scheme of the assembled suspended ceiling, when the fourth fixing plate (7) is fixedly arranged at the edge of the honeycomb plate by means of the cavity structure of the honeycomb plate, the fourth fixing plate (7) is fixed at the joint position of the inner rib and the panel of the honeycomb plate, the fourth fixing plates (7) are respectively arranged at two sides of the honeycomb plate in pairs, and meanwhile, the two fourth fixing plates (7) are oppositely arranged;
S2: the two ends of the first connecting plate (1) are respectively connected with two fourth fixing plates (7) on the honeycomb plate, and simultaneously, the fixed end edges (6) and the fourth fixing plates (7) at the two ends of the first connecting plate (1) are respectively fixed by two threaded locking pieces (9), so that the first connecting plate (1) is tightly attached to the honeycomb plate, and the second connecting plate (2) is fixedly arranged on the other honeycomb plate in the same way;
S3: the first connecting plate (1) and the second connecting plate (2) are controlled to be close to each other and kept perpendicular to each other, so that the clamping groove (5) on the third connecting plate (3) is connected with the clamping piece (4) on the first connecting plate (1) and the second connecting plate (2) in a clamping way, and the perpendicular connection between the two honeycomb plates is completed.
6. The method for installing a split type inter-plate connection structure according to claim 5, wherein: when the first connecting plate (1) and the second connecting plate (2) are respectively fixed on two different honeycomb plates, at least one of the first connecting plate (1) and the second connecting plate (2) is arranged at the edge part of the honeycomb plates.
