The invention provides a waterborne environment-friendly primer-topcoat coating for ship buildings and cabins, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-70% of special modified emulsion, 5-15% of pigment, 10-25% of functional filler, 3-8% of cosolvent, 3-8% of water-based auxiliary agent and 7-12% of water; the special modified emulsion is one or more of self-crosslinking acrylate modified copolymer emulsion, water-based acrylic acid epoxy hybrid emulsion and water-based nano hybrid resin. The product coating film has excellent corrosion resistance, adhesive force, impact resistance, wear resistance, glossiness and outstanding flexibility, combines the performances of the water-based primer and the water-based finish paint, meets the actual requirements of building and cabins on ships, reduces the construction number, greatly shortens the construction period, improves the operation efficiency, and realizes the effective unification of environmental protection, construction convenience, corrosion resistance and decoration.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ship coatings, and mainly relates to a water-based environment-friendly primer-topcoat coating for ship buildings and cabins.
Background
Most of coatings used for building and cabins on ships at present are organic solvent-based coatings, a large amount of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) can be generated in the construction process, the environment is polluted, accidents such as fire disasters and poisoning easily occur, and the health of personnel in the cabins is influenced. The waterborne marine engine room coating takes water as a dispersion medium, so that the use and emission of VOC can be greatly reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced. The coating is non-combustible and non-explosive in the production, storage and coating processes, can eliminate fire and toxic hidden troubles in the coating construction of the inner cabin, enables fire operation and cross operation to be possible, and improves the working efficiency.
Meanwhile, in the field of ships, due to the particularity of the construction process, the construction period of each section is tight. According to actual needs, a construction process is innovated, namely, the primer-topcoat integrated coating is adopted to replace the traditional primer-topcoat matched coating, so that the construction number is reduced, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the material and labor cost is reduced.
The literature has conducted many studies on primer-topcoat coatings. For example, patent document CN104449166A discloses a one-component primer-topcoat coating commonly used on stainless steel, galvanized sheet and aluminum alloy, which is composed of epoxy modified acrylic resin, xylene, butyl acetate, leveling agent, defoaming agent, adhesion promoter, chlorinated paraffin, precipitated barium sulfate, rutile titanium dioxide, carbon black powder, medium chromium yellow powder, polyamide wax and other components; although the paint has good adhesive force on metal substrates such as stainless steel and the like, the paint belongs to the traditional solvent-based paint, and has serious VOC emission and poor environmental protection. For another example, patent document CN106046986A discloses a fast-drying primer-topcoat coating, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 60-80 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 20-30 parts of amino resin, 6-8 parts of coloring pigment, 10-20 parts of filler, 8-10 parts of defoaming agent, 6-8 parts of flatting agent, 120-130 parts of deionized water, 6-8 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 5-7 parts of maleic anhydride, 8-10 parts of ethanol and 15-25 parts of curing powder; although the coating belongs to a water-based environment-friendly primer-topcoat coating and is high in drying speed, the coating needs to be baked at a high temperature of 80 ℃ for curing, and cannot be cured to form a film under a normal temperature condition, so that the coating is not suitable for coating large parts such as ship buildings and cabins. For another example, patent document CN105238171A discloses a water-based heavy-duty primer-topcoat paint formulation, which comprises the following components: 10-20% of water-based polysiloxane resin, 10-15% of water-based fluorocarbon resin, 10-15% of water-based quinone amine polymer, 5-15% of water-based epoxy resin and other polymers, 5-15% of water-based phenol aldehyde amine epoxy curing agent, 1-5% of coloring pigment, 2-7% of anti-rust pigment, 10-15% of inorganic filler, 1-3% of pH value regulator, 1-5% of cosolvent, 5-12% of dispersant, 1-5% of thickener, 0.5-1.3% of defoamer and 0.5-1.7% of flatting agent; although the coating has better salt spray resistance, the coating needs higher coating thickness, needs multiple spraying, has low construction efficiency and loses the advantages of the primer-topcoat coating.
Therefore, the water-based environment-friendly primer-topcoat coating for ship buildings and cabins has important application value.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the water-based environment-friendly primer-topcoat integrated coating for ship buildings and cabins, so that the application of the water-based environment-friendly primer-topcoat integrated coating in the ship buildings and cabins is realized, the bottleneck that the traditional primer and the finish coat need to be constructed separately is overcome, the performances of the water-based primer and the water-based finish coat are integrated, the number of coating construction tracks is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the material cost and the labor cost are reduced; the coating is more environment-friendly and healthy, and a reliable choice is provided for replacing the traditional solvent-based coating for building and cabins on ships.

Preferably, the pigment is one or a mixture of more of titanium dioxide, iron oxide red, carbon black, iron yellow, aluminum paste and water-based color paste; the titanium dioxide is in a rutile structure, such as DuPont R706; the selected pigment has excellent film covering power, weather resistance, ultraviolet yellowing resistance and decorative property.
Preferably, the functional filler is one or a mixture of more of zinc phosphate, aluminum tripolyphosphate, precipitated barium sulfate, talcum powder, mica powder and wollastonite powder; the selected functional filler has excellent corrosion resistance, water resistance and sealing property; the zinc phosphate is environment-friendly zinc phosphate, the zinc content is more than or equal to 45 percent, the phosphate radical content is 43 to 47 percent, and the whiteness is more than or equal to 95 percent, such as environment-friendly zinc phosphate in Shijiaxinsheng chemical industry; the phosphate content of the aluminum tripolyphosphate is 48-52%, and the whiteness is more than or equal to 90%, such as environmental-friendly zinc phosphate of Changzhou plastics; the wollastonite content of the wollastonite powder is not less than 90%, and the average particle size is 800-1000 meshes, for example, the wollastonite powder is used for a coating produced by Shijiazhuanina chemical industry.

Claims (8)

The water-based environment-friendly primer-topcoat coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the self-crosslinking acrylate modified copolymer emulsion has a solid content of 40-45 wt%, a pH value of 7.5-8.5, a minimum film-forming temperature of 34 ± 2 ℃, and a viscosity of less than 200 mPa.s; the water-based acrylic acid epoxy hybrid emulsion comprises 50-52% of solid by weight, has a pH value of 8.5-9.5 and has a minimum film-forming temperature of 15 +/-2 ℃; the water-based nano hybrid resin has the weight solid content of 30-35%, the pH value of 8.5-9.5, the lowest film-forming temperature of 0 +/-2 ℃ and the viscosity of less than 100 mPa.s.
