S2, stirring and mixing the weighed amino silicone oil, maleic anhydride, tributyl citrate, chlorinated paraffin and vegetable oil at the rotating speed of 400rpm to obtain the plasticizer.
Experimental example:
1. under the same experimental conditions, high-density polyethylene is mixed with the plasticizers prepared in the examples 11 to 15 and the comparative examples 1 to 8 according to the mass ratio of 100 to 10 to prepare 13 groups of plastics, and then the 13 groups of plastics are subjected to tensile strength tests according to the standard GB/T1040.1-2018 respectively, and the test results are shown in Table 1.
2. Under the same experimental conditions, the temperature at which the thermal weight loss of the plasticizers prepared in examples 11 to 15 and comparative examples 1 to 8 reached 50% was measured by a thermogravimetric analyzer of HTG-4, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the tributyl citrate can be compounded and modified by adding the maleic anhydride and the amino silicone oil, so that the mechanical property and the heat resistance of the plasticizer can be improved. The maleic anhydride added in the embodiment of the invention can be subjected to acylation reaction with amino silicone oil to obtain siloxane containing carboxyl, and then tributyl citrate can be modified through the siloxane containing carboxyl, so that the carboxyl in the siloxane containing carboxyl reacts with hydroxyl of the tributyl citrate to introduce a high-functional siloxane bond and a flexible group, and the mechanical property and the heat resistance of the plasticizer can be improved.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention can generate a synergistic effect by adding the castor oil and the soybean oil so as to further improve the mechanical property and the heat resistance of the plasticizer.
Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment may contain only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should integrate the description, and the embodiments may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.

Claims (9)

1. The plasticizer for plastic processing is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 to 300 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 100 to 300 parts of tributyl citrate, 50 to 150 parts of vegetable oil, 10 to 50 parts of maleic anhydride and 10 to 50 parts of amino silicone oil;
the preparation method of the plasticizer for plastic processing comprises the following steps:
weighing chlorinated paraffin, tributyl citrate, vegetable oil, maleic anhydride and amino silicone oil according to the weight parts of the components;
mixing amino silicone oil and an organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution;
adding maleic anhydride into the mixed solution for reaction, and then performing heating treatment to remove the organic solvent to obtain a modifier;
and mixing the modifier with tributyl citrate to perform modification treatment, and then mixing the modified mixture with chlorinated paraffin and vegetable oil to obtain the plasticizer.
2. A plasticiser for plastics processing according to claim 1, characterised in that said plasticiser comprises the following components in parts by weight: 150-250 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 150-250 parts of tributyl citrate, 80-120 parts of vegetable oil, 20-40 parts of maleic anhydride and 20-40 parts of amino silicone oil.

A plasticiser according to claim 2, characterised in that said plasticiser comprises the following components in parts by weight: 180-220 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 180-220 parts of tributyl citrate, 90-110 parts of vegetable oil, 25-35 parts of maleic anhydride and 25-35 parts of amino silicone oil.
4. A plasticiser for plastics processing according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that said vegetable oil is at least one of castor oil, soybean oil, linseed oil.
5. The plasticizer for plastic processing according to claim 4, wherein the vegetable oil is castor oil and soybean oil, and the mass ratio of castor oil to soybean oil is (5-7) to (3-5).
6. The plasticizer for plastic processing according to claim 1, wherein in the step (A), the mass ratio of the amino silicone oil to the organic solvent is 1 (1-3); the organic solvent is carbon tetrachloride.
7. A plasticizer for plastic processing according to claim 1, wherein the reaction temperature in said step is 50 to 70 ℃ and the temperature of heat treatment is 80 to 100 ℃.
8. A plasticiser according to claim 1, characterised in that in said step, the temperature of the modification treatment is between 50 and 70 ℃.
9. A plasticizer prepared by the preparation method as described in claim 1.
