Abstract
A large ocean platform installation vessel comprising: catamaran with propeller, hoisting mechanism and two sets of slide tracks, wherein: the sliding rails are respectively arranged in the ship length directions of two sides of a deck of the ship, and the hoisting mechanism is arranged on the sliding rails through the sliding blocks so as to independently complete the installation, the removal or the transportation of the jacket platform; the hoisting mechanism comprises: at least one set of walking gantry crane, drive arrangement and braking locking device, wherein: the walking gantry crane is arranged on the sliding track, and the driving device is arranged below the walking gantry crane. The invention adopts the catamaran type, has excellent rapidity and wave resistance, and improves the transverse stability of the catamaran compared with a monohull ship; the propeller is arranged, so that the transportation, installation and removal of the jacket can be completed without the cooperation of other auxiliary ships; the construction work system is easy to construct and operate.

Background
The large ocean engineering ship is mostly designed based on a basic function requirement, and on the basis, the use range is widened as much as possible and the competitive power is enhanced. The sliding track is in a T-shaped structure.
The sliding block is U-shaped to match with the sliding track.
The hoisting mechanism comprises: at least one set of walking gantry crane, drive arrangement and braking locking device, wherein: the walking gantry crane is arranged on the sliding track, the driving device is arranged below the walking gantry crane, and the braking locking device is arranged on the sliding track.
The walking gantry crane comprises: hoist, vertical support frame and horizontal beam, wherein: the vertical support frame and the horizontal cross beam form an inverted U-shaped truss main body, and the lifting appliance is located on the horizontal cross beam.
The horizontal cross beam is provided with a walking vehicle matched with the lifting appliance to adjust the lifting position.
The driving device is an oil cylinder, wherein: one end of the oil cylinder is connected with the bottom end of the vertical support frame, and the other end of the oil cylinder is connected with the sliding track through a bolt.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment includes: two single hulls 1, two sets of taxi tracks 3, a power system and a hoisting mechanism 12, wherein: the two single ship bodies 1 are structurally connected through the connecting bridge 2, the sliding tracks 3 are respectively arranged in the ship length direction of the two single ship bodies 1 and cover the whole ship, the power system is positioned on the main ship body and is connected with the hoisting mechanism 12, and the hoisting mechanism 12 is arranged on the sliding tracks 3 through the sliding blocks 7.
The tail part of the deck is provided with a slot, and the two groups of sliding rails 3 are respectively arranged on two sides of the slot.
The bow side of the monohull vessel 1 is provided with a deckhouse 10.
The sliding track 3 is of a T-shaped structure as a whole.
The sliding block 7 is U-shaped to match with the sliding track 3.
The power system is realized by a hydraulic pump station (not shown in the figure), and the power system is connected with an oil cylinder 11 in the hoisting mechanism.
The lifting mechanism 12 comprises: four groups of hoists 8, support base 4, two sets of U font truss main parts, hydro-cylinder 11 and braking locking device fall, wherein: four groups of lifting appliances 8 are divided into two groups and are respectively arranged on two sets of truss main bodies, the supporting base 4 is arranged below the truss main bodies and is connected with the sliding block 7, one end of the oil cylinder 11 is connected with the supporting base 4, the other end of the oil cylinder is connected with the sliding track 3 through a bolt, and the braking locking device is arranged on the walking gantry crane.

Compared with the prior art, the device can independently complete the installation, the removal and the transportation of the jacket platform without the assistance of other ships, greatly reduces the construction time, improves the operation efficiency and increases the operation window period compared with the conventional hoisting operation.

Claims (7)
1. A large ocean platform installation vessel comprising: catamaran with propeller, hoisting mechanism and two sets of slide tracks, wherein: the sliding rails are respectively arranged in the ship length directions of two sides of a deck of the ship, and the hoisting mechanism is arranged on the sliding rails through the sliding blocks so as to independently complete the installation, the removal or the transportation of the jacket platform;
the hoisting mechanism comprises: at least one set of walking gantry crane, drive arrangement and braking locking device, wherein: the walking gantry crane is arranged on the sliding track, the driving device is arranged below the walking gantry crane, and the braking locking device is arranged on the walking gantry crane;
the walking gantry crane comprises: hoist, vertical support frame and horizontal beam, wherein: the vertical support frame and the horizontal cross beam form an inverted U-shaped truss main body, and the lifting appliance is located on the horizontal cross beam.
2. A large ocean platform installation vessel according to claim 1, wherein the horizontal beams are provided with traveling vehicles cooperating with the lifting tools for adjusting the lifting position.

A large ocean platform installation vessel according to claim 1, wherein said driving means is a cylinder, wherein: one end of the oil cylinder is connected with the bottom end of the vertical support frame, and the other end of the oil cylinder is connected with the sliding track through a bolt.
4. A large ocean platform installation vessel according to claim 1, wherein the deck is provided with a slot at the aft portion.
5. A large ocean platform installation vessel according to claim 1, wherein a deck room is provided on a head side of one of said hulls.
6. A large ocean platform installation vessel according to claim 1, wherein said planing track is of T-shaped configuration.
7. A large ocean platform installation vessel according to claim 6, wherein the slider is U-shaped to fit the planing track.
