Buffer wall 124 is located between clamping wall 123 and fixing wall 122, and buffer space 126 is provided between buffer wall 124 and clamping wall 123. Preferably, the buffer wall 124 is an arc-shaped wall, and the arc-shaped wall protrudes toward the fixed wall 122. Also, the second connecting wall 124 and the buffering wall 125 form a second card opening 1241 at a position opposite to the first card opening 1231.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 4, the aftermarket installer snaps attachment member 12 of caster assembly 1 from first snap opening 1231 and second snap opening 1241 onto foot 2, support foot 21 being positioned between fixed wall 122 and cushioning wall 124, and foot nut 22 being positioned above snap wall 123. In the moving state, the supporting legs 21 directly abut against the fixed wall 122, or the supporting legs 21 abut against the fixed wall 122 through an intermediate connector, that is, in the moving state, the caster bears the weight of the home appliance through the fixed wall 122 to support the home appliance. When the caster wheel passes through uneven ground, the caster wheel is impacted, the impact force is directly transmitted to the supporting leg 21 through the fixed wall 122, the supporting leg 21 moves upwards, at the moment, the buffer wall 124 relieves the impact force, and the damage to the connecting piece 12 caused by the direct contact of the supporting leg 21 and the clamping wall 123 is avoided.
The connecting member 12 of the present embodiment includes a buffer wall 124, and a buffer space is formed between the buffer wall 124 and the clamping wall 123 to buffer the impact received by the caster, so as to prevent the caster from directly receiving rigid impact, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the caster. Moreover, when the connecting piece 12 is damaged along with the increase of the service time, the connecting piece 12 can be replaced without replacing the caster, which is beneficial to reducing the cost of the caster component.
In one possible embodiment, the fixing wall 122, the first connecting wall 121, the clamping wall 123, the second connecting wall 125 and the buffering wall 124 are integrally formed as a single piece. For example, the connecting member 12 is a metal member, and is formed by a sheet metal process, and has structural strength, and the buffer wall 124 has certain elasticity to alleviate the impact force. In addition, the connecting piece 12 has simple structure and small volume, so that the caster wheel assembly 1 is convenient to carry, and the burden of after-sale installation personnel can not be increased. The embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific manufacturing process of the connecting member 12 and the metal material used.
In one possible embodiment of the connection of the connecting member 12 to the caster, with reference to fig. 2 to 3, the connecting member 12 is provided with a first mounting hole 1221; the caster assembly 1 of the present embodiment further includes a lock nut 14, and an upper end surface of the lock nut 14 abuts against the footing 2; the caster includes a stud 111, and the stud 111 is threaded with the lock nut 14 after passing through the first mounting hole 1221.
It should be noted that, for convenience of description, in the first embodiment provided in fig. 1 to 3, the caster is defined as a first caster 11; in the second embodiment provided in fig. 4 to 6, the caster is defined as the second caster 13.
In the first embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first caster 11 comprises a stud 111, a mounting top plate 112 and a bearing cover 117, wherein the bearing cover 117 is fixed on the mounting top plate 112, the stud 111 is located in the bearing cover 117, and the stud 111 protrudes a preset height from the top surface of the bearing cover 117.
The lock nut 14 includes a connecting portion 141 and a support portion 142, and the connecting portion 141 and the support portion 142 are provided with a screw hole 143 to which the stud 111 is screw-coupled. The connecting portion 141 is located at the bottom of the supporting portion 142, and the connecting portion 141 is a cylindrical structure and passes through the first mounting hole 1221 to be in threaded connection with the stud 111. The support portion 142 is used to abut against the support leg 21 of the foot 2. In order to facilitate the threaded connection between the locking nut 14 and the stud 111, the supporting portion 142 may be a hexagonal plate structure, and may support the supporting leg 21 of the bottom foot 2, or may be connected to a wrench. Of course, the supporting portion 142 may also include a supporting plate and an operating handle provided at one side of the supporting plate.
In order to prevent the support portion 142 from contacting the support leg 21 due to the height of the stud 111 being too high, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the height H between the top surface of the stud 111 and the top surface of the bearing cap 117 is less than or equal to the sum L between the thickness of the support portion 142 and the thickness of the fixing wall 122, i.e., the top surface of the stud 111 and the top surface of the support portion 142 are not guaranteed.
The fixing wall 122 of the connecting member 12 is provided with a first mounting hole 1221, and the connecting portion 141 of the lock nut 14 is inserted into the first mounting hole 1221. In order to increase the contact area between the fixing wall 122 and the bearing cover 117 and the supporting portion 142, the end of the fixing wall 122 away from the first connecting wall 121 may be rounded.
In this embodiment, the connecting member 12 is fixedly connected to the first caster 11 through the lock nut 14, and has a simple structure and is convenient to disassemble and maintain.
In another possible embodiment of the connection of the link 12 to the caster, referring to fig. 5 to 6, the link 12 is provided with a second mounting hole 1222; the caster comprises a connecting flange 131, and the connecting flange 131 is provided with a third mounting hole 1311 corresponding to the second mounting hole 1222; in this embodiment, the caster assembly 1 further includes a bolt 15 and a fixing nut 16, wherein the bolt 15 sequentially penetrates through the second mounting hole 1222, the third mounting hole 1311 and the fixing nut 16 for threaded connection.
In the second embodiment shown in fig. 4 to 6, the second caster 13 includes a connecting flange 131, and the connecting flange 131 may be circular, polygonal, or the like, and optionally, the connecting flange 131 is a rectangular plate. The edge region of the connecting flange 131 is provided with a second mounting hole 1311, and optionally, the edge region of the connecting flange 131 is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes 1311, for example, one second mounting hole 1311 is provided at each of four corners of the rectangular connecting flange 131.
The fixing wall 122 of the connecting member 12 is provided with second mounting holes 1222, and the number and the positions of the second mounting holes 1222 are corresponding to the number and the positions of the third mounting holes 1311 one by one, for example, the fixing wall 122 is a rectangular plate, and one second mounting hole 1222 is disposed at each of the four vertex angles of the fixing wall. The intermediate area of the fixing wall 122 is intended to abut against the supporting foot 21 of the foot 2.
In this embodiment, the bolt 15 passes through the second mounting hole 1222 and the third mounting hole 1311 and then is screwed with the fixing nut 16, so that the connecting member 12 and the second caster 13 are fixedly connected, and the connecting member 12 and the second caster 13 are stably and reliably connected and are not easily disconnected. Furthermore, the plurality of bolts 15 and the plurality of fixing nuts 16 are fixedly connected so that there are a plurality of fixed connection points between the link 12 and the second caster 13, further stabilizing the connection between the link 12 and the second caster 13.
On the basis of the above-described embodiments, the structure of the caster is further described. Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the caster comprises a mounting base, a rolling wheel 114 and a rotating shaft 115; the mounting seat comprises a mounting top plate 112, and a first side plate 113 and a second side plate which are oppositely arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting top plate 112 at intervals, wherein the mounting top plate 112 is connected with the connecting piece 12, a first rotating hole is formed in the first side plate 113, and a second rotating hole which is coaxial with the first rotating hole is formed in the second side plate; the rolling wheel 114 is positioned in the space between the first side plate 113 and the second side plate; the rotating shaft 115 is inserted into the first rotating hole, the rolling wheel 114 and the second rotating hole.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first caster 11 includes a mounting seat, a rolling wheel 114, and a rotating shaft 115, wherein the mounting seat includes a mounting top plate 112, a first side plate 113, and a second side plate, the first side plate 113 and the second side plate are fixed to a bottom surface of the mounting top plate 112 at a relatively spaced distance, and a space for accommodating the rolling wheel 114 is formed between the first side plate 113 and the second side plate. The top mounting plate 112 is provided with a bearing cover 117. The first caster 11 may be an existing caster structure with a bearing cap 117 for connection to a connection foot of another device. The specific shapes of the top mounting plate 112, the first side plate 113 and the second side plate are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. A first rotating hole is formed in the first side plate 113, and a second rotating hole coaxial with the first rotating hole is formed in the second side plate; the rolling wheel 114 is positioned in the space between the first side plate 113 and the second side plate; the rotating shaft 115 penetrates through the first rotating hole, the rolling wheel 114 and the second rotating hole, the two ends of the rotating shaft 115 are respectively connected with a limiting nut 116, and the rotating shaft 115 is placed to be separated from the first rotating hole and the second rotating hole.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the second caster 13 includes a mounting seat, a rolling wheel 114 and a rotating shaft 115, wherein the mounting seat includes a mounting top plate, a first side plate 113 and a second side plate, the first side plate 113 and the second side plate are fixed on the bottom surface of the mounting top plate at intervals, and a space for accommodating the rolling wheel 114 is formed between the first side plate 113 and the second side plate. A connecting flange 131 is fixed to the mounting top plate. A first rotating hole is formed in the first side plate 113, and a second rotating hole coaxial with the first rotating hole is formed in the second side plate; the rolling wheel 114 is positioned in the space between the first side plate 113 and the second side plate; the rotating shaft 115 penetrates through the first rotating hole, the rolling wheel 114 and the second rotating hole, the two ends of the rotating shaft 115 are respectively connected with a limiting nut 116, and the rotating shaft 115 is placed to be separated from the first rotating hole and the second rotating hole.
In addition, the second caster 13 further includes a first connecting plate 132 connected to the first side plate 113 and a second connecting plate connected to the second side plate, and a brake piece 133 is disposed at one end of the first connecting plate 132 and one end of the second connecting plate away from the first side plate 113. When the household appliance is moved to a certain position, the second caster 13 can be braked by operating the brake member 133 so that the second caster 13 is stationary and does not roll. When the household appliance needs to be moved continuously, the brake piece 133 is operated to release the brake on the second caster 13, so that the second caster 13 can roll continuously, and the household appliance is driven to move. It should be understood that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific structure of the braking member 133, and it may be the braking member of the existing caster, and those skilled in the art can arrange the braking member according to the actual structure of the caster.
In summary, the moving device of the invention comprises at least three caster assemblies, the caster assemblies are detachably fixed at the bottom of the household appliance, and a supporting plane is formed at the bottom of the household appliance, so that the household appliance is moved, time and labor are saved, and the installation efficiency of the household appliance is improved. Even in narrow and small installation space, mobile device steadily supports domestic appliance to make domestic appliance steadily remove, reduce the probability that scratch floor and wall, domestic appliance collided with the problem, improve user's experience degree. In addition, mobile device includes at least three truckle subassembly, for the removal shallow among the prior art, truckle subassembly is small, portable, makes things convenient for after-sale installer's carrying, can not increase after-sale installer's work burden. The truckle of truckle subassembly can adopt current truckle structure, reduces mobile device's development research cost.

Claims (10)

1. A mobile device, comprising at least three caster assemblies detachably secured to a bottom of a household appliance;
the caster assembly forms a support plane that supports the household appliance.
2. The mobile device according to claim 1, wherein the mobile device comprises four caster assemblies, and the four caster assemblies are detachably and fixedly connected with feet of the household appliance respectively.
3. The mobile device of claim 2, wherein the caster assembly is snap-fit to the foot.
4. The mobile device according to claim 3, wherein the caster assembly comprises a caster and a connector fixedly connected to the caster, the connector configured to snap fit with the foot.
5. The mobile device of claim 4, wherein the connector includes a first connecting wall and opposing spaced apart fixed and snap walls, first ends of the fixed and snap walls being connected by the first connecting wall;
the fixed wall with truckle fixed connection, first joint opening has been seted up to the second end of joint wall for with footing joint.
6. The mobile device according to claim 5, wherein the connecting member further comprises a buffer wall and a second connecting wall, two ends of the second connecting wall are respectively connected with the second end of the clamping wall and the buffer wall, the buffer wall is located between the clamping wall and the fixed wall, and a buffer space is arranged between the buffer wall and the clamping wall;
and a second clamping opening is formed in the position, opposite to the first clamping opening, of the second connecting wall and the buffer wall.
7. The mobile device according to claim 6, wherein the fixed wall, the first connecting wall, the snap-fit wall, the second connecting wall, and the bumper wall are an integrally formed unitary piece.
8. The mobile device according to claim 4, wherein the connector is provided with a first mounting hole;
the caster wheel assembly further comprises a locking nut, and the upper end face of the locking nut is abutted to the bottom foot;
the caster comprises a stud, and the stud penetrates through the first mounting hole and then is in threaded connection with the locking nut.
9. The mobile device according to claim 4, wherein the connector is provided with a second mounting hole;
the caster comprises a connecting flange, and the connecting flange is provided with a third mounting hole which is axially corresponding to the second mounting hole;
the caster wheel assembly further comprises a bolt and a fixing nut, and the bolt sequentially penetrates through the second mounting hole and the third mounting hole to be in threaded connection with the fixing nut.
10. The mobile device according to any one of claims 4 to 9, wherein the caster comprises a mount, a roller wheel, and a rotational shaft;
the mounting seat comprises a mounting top plate, a first side plate and a second side plate, wherein the first side plate and the second side plate are oppositely arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting top plate at intervals;
the rolling wheel is positioned in a spacing space between the first side plate and the second side plate;
the rotating shaft penetrates through the first rotating hole, the rolling wheel and the second rotating hole.
