Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a special-shaped structural part, in particular to a special-shaped structural part such as a hearing aid, an earphone shell and the like and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Earphones, hearing aids and the like are wearable devices which are often seen in daily life of people, and shells of the existing earphones, hearing aids and other devices are usually made of materials such as reinforced epoxy resin, thermosetting resin, phenolic resin and the like through pre-curing for a certain time. Because such equipment directly contacts with human skin, the current shell material can lead to some skin sensitive crowd to produce the allergic phenomenon, influences user's use experience. And when the shell is prepared by adopting materials such as reinforced epoxy resin, thermosetting resin, phenolic resin and the like, long-time pre-curing is needed, the production efficiency is low, the product appearance is monotonous, and an improved space exists.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a resin carbon fiber structural member with light weight and special style and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical solutions:
a resin carbon fiber structural member comprising: an outer layer of UV light-curable resin; the carbon fiber layer is arranged on the UV light-cured resin outer layer; and the UV light curing resin inner layer is arranged on the carbon fiber layer.
Further, the carbon fiber layer is formed by uniformly or randomly distributing carbon fiber materials on the surface of the outer layer of the UV light-cured resin.
Further, the carbon fiber layer is one or more layers of stacked layers.
Further, the outer layer of the UV light-cured resin and/or the inner layer of the UV light-cured resin are formed by medical UV light-cured resin.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the resin carbon fiber structural member, which comprises the following steps:
preparing a female die;
pouring UV light-cured resin into the female die, and curing the UV light-cured resin through illumination to form a UV light-cured resin outer layer;
manufacturing a carbon fiber layer on the UV light-cured resin outer layer, distributing carbon fiber materials on the UV light-cured resin outer layer, and curing and molding the carbon fiber layer;
and pouring the UV light-cured resin into the female die, curing the UV light-cured resin through illumination, forming a UV light-cured resin inner layer on the surface of the carbon fiber layer, finishing the manufacture of the structural member, and taking out the structural member.
Further, the preparation steps of the female die are as follows: fixing the prototype mold in a container, injecting curing glue into the injection container and completely immersing the prototype mold, taking out the prototype mold after the curing glue is completely cured, and treating the outer surface of the prototype mold to be smooth.
Furthermore, inert gas is introduced during the preparation of the UV light-cured resin inner layer.
Furthermore, a cleaning agent is added after the UV light-cured resin inner layer is formed, and the surface of the UV light-cured resin inner layer is cleaned.
According to the technical scheme, the inner layer and the outer layer of the structural part are made of the UV light-cured resin, compared with materials needing longer pre-curing time, such as reinforced epoxy resin and thermosetting resin, the preparation time can be shortened, the production efficiency is improved, the carbon fiber layer is arranged between the inner layer and the outer layer of the UV light-cured resin, the product can have a unique texture effect through the carbon fiber material, and the structural part is light in weight, higher in glossiness, resistant to fading, capable of shielding electromagnetic interference, resistant to high and low temperatures and the like, and suitable for manufacturing ear earphones or hearing aid shells.
Detailed Description
The invention adopts UV light-cured resin and carbon fiber material to prepare special-shaped structural members such as earphone and hearing aid shells, and the carbon fiber material is distributed between an inner layer and an outer layer which are made of the UV light-cured resin. The UV light-cured resin is a medical-grade UV light-cured material, can safely contact human skin, and avoids allergy of a user. Meanwhile, the carbon fiber material is distributed between the inner layer photocuring resin layer and the outer layer photocuring resin layer, so that the surface of the structural member can present forging lines and carbon fiber texture effects, the product is more personalized, and meanwhile, the carbon fiber material has the characteristics of toughness, light weight, high temperature resistance, heat conduction and signal shielding, so that the comprehensive performance of the structural member can be improved.
The method of making the structural member of the present invention is described below, and the method of making the structural member of the present invention is as follows:
making a female die, wherein the female die is made of transparent AB glue in the embodiment, and the method comprises the following specific steps: fixing the prototype mold in a container, injecting AB glue into the container and completely immersing the prototype mold, and taking out the prototype mold after the AB glue is completely cured to obtain a female mold; the female die can be made of normal-temperature curing glue such as transparent AB glue and the like, and can also be made of other curing glue with the same property. The 3d printing or hand mould can be used for manufacturing a prototype mould of a product, and the outer surface of the prototype mould needs to be processed to be smooth.
And pouring the UV light-cured resin into the female die, and curing the UV light-cured resin by illumination to form the UV light-cured resin outer layer.
Manufacturing a carbon fiber layer on the UV light-cured resin outer layer, distributing carbon fiber materials on the UV light-cured resin outer layer, and curing and molding the carbon fiber layer; the carbon fiber material can be conventional carbon fiber materials such as carbon fiber cloth, the carbon fiber material can be uniformly or randomly distributed on the UV light-cured resin outer layer, the carbon fiber layers can be stacked in a multi-layer mode, and layering is formed through the carbon fiber layers;
and pouring the UV light-cured resin into the female die, curing the UV light-cured resin through illumination, forming a UV light-cured resin inner layer on the surface of the carbon fiber layer, finishing the manufacture of the structural member, and taking out the structural member shell.
When the UV light-curable resin outer layer and the UV light-curable resin inner layer are manufactured, the thickness of the UV light-curable resin layer can be controlled by controlling the UV exposure time and the UV light intensity. The thickness of UV photocuring resin layer and carbon fiber layer can be according to the corresponding setting of specification and dimension demand of product. In addition, inert gas can be introduced into the UV light-cured resin inner layer during the preparation of the UV light-cured resin inner layer, or a cleaning agent is added into the UV light-cured resin inner layer after the UV light-cured resin inner layer is formed, so that the viscous oxide on the surface layer of the resin can be eliminated.
The resin carbon fiber special-shaped structural part prepared by the method has safe product surface, can increase the strength and toughness and the signal shielding function of the product through the carbon fiber material, has the characteristics of lightness and high temperature resistance, can realize quick small-batch production only by replacing a die, and has high production efficiency.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
