The working principle of the environment-friendly automatic grain screening machine is as follows: grain enters the screening main body 15 from the feeding port 1, under the action of the exciting force of the vibrating motor, the vibrating screen body vibrates according to a certain motion track, so that the grain is forced to continuously move forwards in the vibrating process, in the process, the material is layered through the screen lattice structure of the vibrating screen body, namely, the impurity material with the particle diameter larger than that of a screen mesh is separated from the grain on the screen surface of the vibrating screen body, the impurity material is discharged from the impurity discharge port 12 on the side surface of the tail end of the screen body, the screened grain is discharged from the discharge port 7 and falls into the conveyor belt 8 through the discharge inclined plate 9 for conveying, the dust removal box 5 also starts to work, the fan 2 starts to work to generate negative pressure, the negative pressure is transmitted to the dust removal box 5 through the air outlet pipe 3, then dust is sucked from the discharge port 7 along a connecting pipeline, dust and grass clippings enter the dust removal box 5 upwards and are filtered through the plurality of filter bags, the air passes through the filter bag 16 and enters the air outlet pipe 3 to be discharged from the air outlet of the fan 2, the fan 2 stops working, the electronic pulse mechanism 4 starts working, gas is sprayed out from the plurality of spray heads 17, dust on the plurality of filter bags 16 is shaken off, and the dust is collected and discharged at the bottom end of the dust removal box 5.
