In conclusion, by means of the technical scheme, the device can be effectively guaranteed to be capable of well cleaning the contaminated chicken manure organic fertilizer and fully and uniformly stirring the chicken manure organic fertilizer, the device can well clean the chicken manure organic fertilizer contaminated on the inner wall of the stirring tank in the whole working process, and meanwhile, the stirring device can fully and uniformly stir the chicken manure organic fertilizer by utilizing progressive matching of a plurality of cleaning structures, so that the structure of the stirring device can realize good cleaning and fully and uniformly stir the chicken manure organic fertilizer, and the device is more practical.

Claims (10)

The stirring equipment with the cleaning function for processing the chicken manure organic fertilizer is characterized by comprising a stirring tank (1), a feeding hole (2) and a discharging hole (3), wherein the feeding hole (2) is formed in the left side of the top of the stirring tank (1), the discharging hole (3) is formed in the middle of the bottom of the stirring tank (1), a cleaning device is arranged inside the stirring tank (1), a connecting port (4) is fixedly connected in the middle of the top of the stirring tank (1), a round rod (5) is inserted in the middle of the connecting port (4) in a penetrating manner, a stirring rod (6) is fixedly connected at the bottom end of the round rod (5), sliding grooves (7) are formed in the left side and the right side of the top and the bottom of the stirring rod (6), embedded rods (8) are embedded in four groups of the sliding grooves (7), and a first cylindrical rod (9) is fixedly connected, two sets of first cylinder pole (9) one side of the back of the body all has inserted second cylinder pole (10), and is two sets of the one end of the relative one side of first cylinder pole (9) all fixedly connected with spring (11), two sets of the other end of spring (11) all fixedly connected with connecting plate (12), two sets of the relative one side of connecting plate (12) all fixedly connected with second cylinder pole (10), two sets of connecting plate (12) one side of the back of the body all fixedly connected with wash pad (13).

The processing of chicken manure fertilizer is with agitated vessel that has cleaning function of claim 1, characterized in that, the outer wall cover in round bar (5) bottom has a lantern ring (14), lantern ring (14) both sides all fixedly connected with connecting block (15), two sets of connecting block (15) back of the body one side all fixedly connected with threaded sleeve (16), two sets of threaded sleeve (16) back of the body one side all is connected with the one end of connecting rod (17) through the pivot, two sets of the other end of connecting rod (17) all is connected with embedding pole (8) through the pivot.

The processing of a chicken manure fertilizer is with agitated vessel that has cleaning function of claim 2, characterized in that, threaded sleeve (16) middle all threaded connection has first threaded rod (18), two sets of first threaded rod (18) bottom all fixedly connected with baffle (19), two sets of first threaded rod (18) run through and insert inside annular connector (20), annular connector (20) are seted up in agitator tank (1) top, two sets of first threaded rod (18) top all fixedly connected with handle (22), two sets of first threaded rod (18) all run through and insert inside the spliced pole, two sets of fixedly connected with round bar (5) of relative one side of spliced pole.

The processing of a chicken manure organic fertilizer is with agitated vessel that has cleaning function of claim 1, characterized in that, round bar (5) top fixed connection is in first motor (23) output, all fixedly connected with backup pad (21) in the first motor (23) left and right sides, two sets of threaded hole (24) is seted up to the one side of keeping away from first motor (23) of backup pad (21), two sets of threaded hole (24) inner wall all threaded connection has second threaded rod (25), two sets of second threaded rod (25) top all fixedly connected with dog (26).

The stirring device with the cleaning function for processing the chicken manure organic fertilizer as defined in claim 4, wherein the bottom ends of the two sets of second threaded rods (25) are fixedly connected with first gears (27), the bottom ends of the two sets of first gears (27) are fixedly connected with supporting pillars (28), the bottom ends of the two sets of supporting pillars (28) are fixedly connected with embedded blocks (29), the two sets of embedded blocks (29) are embedded in the slots (30), and the two sets of slots (30) are arranged inside the base (31).

The stirring equipment with the cleaning function for the processing of the chicken manure organic fertilizer as recited in claim 5, wherein the embedded block (29) is circular in shape, the diameter of the embedded block (29) is equal to that of the slotted hole (30), and the height of the embedded block (29) is equal to that of the slotted hole (30).

The processing of a chicken manure organic fertilizer has agitated vessel of cleaning function of claim 5, characterized in that, two sets of first gear (27) back to back one side all have engaged with second gear (32), two sets of second gear (32) bottom all fixed connection in second motor (33) output, two sets of second motor (33) bottom all fixed connection in agitator tank (1) top left and right sides.

The processing of chicken manure fertilizer is with agitated vessel that has cleaning function of claim 1, characterized in that, agitator tank (1) right-hand member fixed connection is in water tank (34), water tank (34) top left side fixedly connected with water pump (35), the one end of water pump (35) water inlet fixedly connected with first water pipe (36), inside water tank (34) was arranged in to the other end of first water pipe (36), the one end of water pump (35) delivery port fixedly connected with second water pipe (37), inside the other end embedding agitator tank (1) of second water pipe (37).
9. The stirring equipment with the cleaning function for processing the chicken manure organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the opposite sides of the two groups of cleaning pads (13) are arc-shaped, and the radian is consistent with that of the bottom of the stirring tank (1).
10. The stirring equipment with the cleaning function for processing the chicken manure organic fertilizer as recited in claim 1, wherein the height of the embedded rod (8) is equal to that of the stirring rod (6), and the width of the embedded rod (8) is equal to that of the stirring rod (6).
