2) and (3) fresh-keeping warehouse treatment: smoking for 60-120min by adopting a forage composed of dry wormwood, houttuynia cordata and semen cuscutae in equal ratio, after smoking is finished, spraying a potassium permanganate solution with the concentration of 0.1-0.2mol/L on the inner side wall, the ground and the top of the fresh-keeping warehouse, after spraying is finished, sealing for 12-24 hours, ventilating for 3 days, and exchanging air with the outside;
3) selecting sweet potatoes: selecting normal sweet potatoes without insect eyes, damage and deterioration;
4) and (3) sweet potato treatment: washing the selected sweet potatoes by a spraying mode, controlling the spraying water pressure at the washing temperature of 20-30 ℃ to prevent the potato skins from being damaged; placing the cleaned sweet potato on a sieve plate, draining off water, air-drying the water on the surface of the sweet potato by using a fan with the air-out temperature of 30-40 ℃, and controlling the air-out pressure to prevent the potato skin from being damaged; uniformly mixing the air-dried sweet potatoes and the preservative according to the weight ratio of 150-;
5) sweet potato placement: placing the processed sweet potatoes on a storage rack, laying a layer of straws at the positions of the storage rack where the sweet potatoes are placed, soaking the straws in the preservative for 1-2h, and drying;
6) daily management: controlling the temperature in the sweet potato fresh-keeping storehouse to be 10-15 ℃ and the relative humidity to be 75-85%, keeping the sweet potato ventilated during the storage period, carrying out spot inspection on the sweet potatoes every 2 weeks, and timely removing the germinated or rotten sweet potatoes.
2. The method for keeping sweet potatoes fresh as claimed in claim 1, wherein the length of the fresh-keeping storehouse is 30-40m, the width of the fresh-keeping storehouse is 15-20 m, and the height of the fresh-keeping storehouse is 4-6 m.

The sweet potato preservation method according to claim 1, wherein the active ventilation device comprises a hollow shaft (10), a driving mechanism (11) for driving the hollow shaft (10) to rotate, a first fan (8), an air injection pipe (13), a driving rod (12), a moving cam (15) and a tension spring (14), the hollow shaft (10) is rotatably mounted on one side wall of the preservation warehouse, the driving mechanism (11) is mounted on the side wall of the preservation warehouse and is in driving connection with the hollow shaft (10), the driving mechanism (11) comprises a driving motor and a gear pair, the driving motor is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the preservation warehouse, the driving motor is in driving connection with the hollow shaft (10) through the gear pair, one end of the hollow shaft (10) in the preservation warehouse is hinged with a plurality of air injection pipes (13) in an annular manner, a hose is connected between the hollow shaft (10) and the air injection pipes (13), and the tension spring (14) is further, the other end of the hollow shaft (10) penetrates and is rotatably connected with a connecting air pipe (9), the air outlet of the connecting air pipe (9) and the air outlet of the first fan (8) are communicated, the first fan (8) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the fresh-keeping warehouse, one side of the air injection pipe (13) close to the inner wall of the fresh-keeping warehouse is fixedly provided with a driving rod (12), the inner wall of the fresh-keeping warehouse is fixedly provided with a moving cam (15), and the driving rod (12) is in contact with the inclined plane of the moving cam (15).
