A500 kV circuit breaker hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism overhauling and replacing method comprises the following steps:
s1: after a supporting block, a supporting plate and a maintenance and replacement platform are sequentially placed on the hydraulic trolley, pushing the hydraulic trolley to the position below a hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism to be maintained and replaced;
s2: pressing a handle of the hydraulic trolley for multiple times to enable the height of the hydraulic trolley to rise until a disc spring part of the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism is contacted with a support module at the upper part of the maintenance and replacement platform;
s3: starting a telescopic module at the upper part of the maintenance and replacement platform to stably support an energy storage part of the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism;
s4: dismantling a fixing bolt for connecting the 500kV circuit breaker and the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism, and rotatably dismantling the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism through a 360-degree rolling module at the lower part of the overhaul and replacement platform;
s5: pushing the hydraulic trolley out of the maintenance station, fixing the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism on the maintenance and replacement platform by using a packing belt, screwing a plurality of supporting legs on the maintenance and replacement platform downwards to be in contact with the supporting plate, and locking the maintenance and replacement platform;
s6: the support plate, the overhaul replacement platform and the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism are integrally handed over and transported by using a forklift, the new hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism, the overhaul replacement platform and the support plate are moved to the front side of the hydraulic trolley by using the other forklift, the new hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism, the overhaul replacement platform and the support plate are placed on two support blocks on the hydraulic trolley, the hydraulic trolley is pulled back, the new hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism is positioned on one side of a 500kV circuit breaker, the heights of the hydraulic trolley and a jack are adjusted, a mounting flange of the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism is aligned to a mounting flange of the 500kV circuit breaker, and the mounting is carried out by using a fixing bolt, so that the overhaul replacement of the 500kV circuit breaker hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism is completed.
Two supporting blocks are placed on the hydraulic trolley, the supporting plate is located on the two supporting blocks, the maintenance and replacement platform is located on the supporting plate, and when the hydraulic trolley is handed over and conveyed, the front fork part of another hydraulic trolley or forklift is inserted between the two supporting blocks.
The maintenance replacement platform comprises a platform body, two nylon rollers arranged in parallel on the platform body serve as supporting modules, a jack arranged on the platform body serves as a telescopic module, and a plurality of eyelet idler wheels uniformly distributed on the bottom surface of the platform body serve as 360-degree rolling modules.
The two sides of the supporting module are provided with two fastening rings, the two fastening rings on different sides are fixedly connected through a packing belt, and a rope tightener is arranged on the packing belt.
As shown in fig. 8, the overhauling and replacing method for the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism of the 500kV circuit breaker according to the embodiment of the invention is different from the second embodiment in that: the four corners of the platform body 101 are provided with through holes, threads are arranged on the supporting legs 106, the upper ends of the supporting legs 106 penetrate through the screw holes and are connected with a nut 107, nylon cushion blocks 108 are arranged at the lower ends of the supporting legs 106, springs 109 are sleeved on the supporting legs 106, and the springs 109 are located between the nylon cushion blocks 108 and the platform body 101.
In the embodiment of the invention, the nut is screwed down, the supporting leg moves upwards, the distance between the platform body and the supporting plate is shortened, so that the bull eye roller is contacted with the supporting plate, the nut is unscrewed, the supporting leg extends downwards under the action of the spring, so that the nylon cushion block is contacted with the supporting plate, and further the maintenance and replacement platform is prevented from moving.

s1: after a supporting block, a supporting plate and a maintenance and replacement platform are sequentially placed on the hydraulic trolley, pushing the hydraulic trolley to the position below a hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism to be maintained and replaced;
s2: pressing a handle of the hydraulic trolley for multiple times to enable the height of the hydraulic trolley to rise until a disc spring part of the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism is contacted with a support module at the upper part of the maintenance and replacement platform;
s3: starting a telescopic module at the upper part of the maintenance and replacement platform to stably support an energy storage part of the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism;
s4: dismantling a fixing bolt for connecting the 500kV circuit breaker and the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism, and rotationally dismantling the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism through a 360-degree rolling module at the lower part of the overhauling and replacing platform;
s5: pushing the hydraulic cart out of the maintenance station, fixing the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism on the maintenance and replacement platform by using a packing belt, screwing a plurality of supporting legs on the maintenance and replacement platform downwards to be in contact with the supporting plate, and locking the maintenance and replacement platform;
s6: and the supporting plate, the maintenance and replacement platform and the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism are integrally handed over and conveyed by using another hydraulic cart or forklift.
2. The overhaul and replacement method for the hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism of the 500kV circuit breaker as recited in claim 1, characterized in that: two supporting blocks are placed on the hydraulic trolley, the supporting plate is located on the two supporting blocks, the maintenance and replacement platform is located on the supporting plate, and when the hydraulic trolley is handed over and conveyed, the front fork part of another hydraulic trolley or forklift is inserted between the two supporting blocks.
