With continued reference to fig. 2, the plugging assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a plugging member 2, where the plugging member 2 is in sealing connection with the liquid injection tube 51, and the plugging member 2 is located in the stop collar 3, so as to prevent the heat exchange medium in the cavity 5 from leaking through the liquid injection tube 51. Wherein the plugging piece 2 can be a rubber plug, a screwed plug and the like. In a specific embodiment, the plugging member 2 is in threaded connection with the liquid injection pipe 51, for example, the plugging member 2 has a columnar structure, which is provided with external threads, the liquid injection pipe 51 is provided with internal threads, and the plugging member 2 is positioned in the liquid injection pipe 51 to plug the liquid injection pipe 51; for another example, the plugging member 2 has a tubular structure, one end of which is provided with an internal thread, the other end of which is provided with an end cap, the liquid injection tube 51 is provided with an external thread, the plugging member 2 is sleeved outside the liquid injection tube 51, and the liquid injection tube 51 is plugged by the end cap. The first connecting portion 11 is fixedly connected with the inner side of the outer shell 4, and in order to avoid the first connecting portion 11, an avoidance opening 31 is formed in the limiting sleeve 3, so that the first connecting portion 11 can penetrate through the avoidance opening 31 formed in the limiting sleeve 3 and is fixedly connected with the inner side of the outer shell 4. The second connecting portion 12 is located outside the outer case 4, and the second connecting portion 12 is fixedly connected with the outer case 4 from outside.
It should be explained here that the azimuth term "inner" here refers to the side facing the inside of the water tank 6, and the azimuth term "outer" refers to the side facing the outside of the outer housing 4.
The first connection portion 11 and the second connection portion 12 may be connected to the outer case 4 in the same manner or in different manners. The first connection portion 11 and the second connection portion 12 may be engaged with, screwed with, adhered to, or the like, with respect to the outer case 4, and are not limited thereto.
The two connecting parts of the decorative cover 1 of the embodiment are fixedly connected with the outer shell 4, so that the stability and the reliability of the installation of the decorative cover 1 are improved, and the influence on the attractiveness caused by the falling off of the decorative cover 1 is avoided. The decorative cover 1 not only shields the inner structure of the outer shell 4 and has an attractive effect, but also can be provided with a warning sign, such as 'non-professional people do not open', so as to avoid leakage of heat exchange medium caused by incorrect disassembly of non-professional people and improve the safety performance of the water heater. In addition, the device cover 1 can also adopt the same material and surface treatment as those of the outer shell 4 so as to further improve the appearance aesthetic degree of the water heater.

The following details the specific structure of the decorative cover 1 of the present invention, referring to fig. 7 to 9, wherein fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the decorative cover of the plugging assembly of the present invention; FIG. 8 is a top view of the decorative cover of FIG. 7; fig. 9 is a sectional view taken along line B-B in fig. 8.
Referring to fig. 7 and 9, the decorative cover 1 includes an end wall 14 and a side wall 13, wherein the end wall 14 is a flat wall, the side wall 13 is enclosed around the end wall 14 to form a shell structure that is open towards the inside of the outer shell 4, so that an installation position can be reserved for the abutment ring 33 provided at the first end of the limiting sleeve 3.
The first connection 11 of the decorative cover 1 comprises at least one claw 111, which claw 111 is arranged on the end wall 14, and the claw 111 is located on the side of the end wall 14 facing the outer housing 4. The claw 111 passes through the avoidance opening 31 and is clamped with the inner side of the outer shell 4. Referring to fig. 1, a buckle matched with a claw 111 is provided on one side of the outer housing 4 facing the heat exchanger 5, so as to realize the fixed connection between the decorative cover 1 and the outer housing 4.
With continued reference to fig. 7, the claw 111 has an L-shaped structure, which is beneficial to improving the fastening firmness. In addition, in order to improve the structural strength of the clamping jaw 111, the reinforcing edges 112 are respectively arranged at two sides of the clamping jaw 111, and the reinforcing edges 112 deviate from the clamping surface, so that the structural strength of the clamping jaw 111 can be improved, and the clamping between the clamping jaw 111 and the clamping buckle can not be influenced.
In some examples, the first connection 11 comprises one jaw 111; correspondingly, the limit sleeve 3 is provided with the avoidance opening 31, so that the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
In other examples, referring to fig. 7, the first connection portion includes two claws 111, the two claws 111 being spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the decorative cover 1; correspondingly, referring to fig. 5, two avoidance openings 31 are provided on the stop collar 3. Referring to fig. 3 to 6, the abutment ring 33 on the stop collar 3 is provided with a relief notch 38 to relieve the screw 8 so that the screw 8 can be screwed with the threaded hole on the outer housing 4.
In this way, the decorative cover 1 is respectively clamped with the outer shell 4 through the clamping jaw 111 and is connected with the outer shell 4 through a screw in a threaded manner, and is connected with the outer shell 4 in two different manners, so that the stability and reliability of the installation of the decorative cover 1 are improved.
In an alternative example, two claws 111 are arranged on opposite sides of the connecting hole 121, and a line between the center of the connecting hole 121 and the center line of the end wall 14 is used as a center line, and the two claws 111 are symmetrical about the center line. At this time, in combination with fig. 1, the decorative cover 1 and the outer shell 4 form a fixed connection plugging piece 2 in the vertical space, and the connection is stable and reliable and is not easy to fall off.
In summary, in the solar water heater of the present invention, the plugging assembly 10 is disposed at the liquid injection pipe 51 of the heat exchanger 5 and the liquid injection port of the outer housing 4, specifically, the plugging assembly 10 includes the decorative cover 1, the plugging member 2 and the stop collar 3, wherein the plugging member 2 is in sealing connection with the liquid injection pipe 51 to plug the liquid injection pipe 51, so as to avoid leakage of the heat exchange medium in the liquid injection pipe 51; the limiting sleeve 3 is sleeved on the outer sides of the liquid injection pipe 51 and the blocking piece 2, and the first end of the limiting sleeve 3 is fixedly connected with the outer shell 4, so that the positions of the liquid injection pipe 51 and the liquid injection port can be relatively limited, the liquid injection pipe 51 is prevented from moving relative to the liquid injection port, and the convenience of heat exchange medium injection is prevented from being influenced; the decorative cover 1 is provided with first connecting portion 11 and second connecting portion 12, and first connecting portion 11 and second connecting portion 12 all are connected with outer shell 4, are favorable to improving stability and the reliability of decorative cover 1 installation, avoid decorative cover 1 to drop and lose to, first connecting portion 11 and the relative interval of second connecting portion 12 set up, make decorative cover 1 be connected with outer shell 4 in different positions, further improve stability and the reliability of decorative cover 1 installation, avoid decorative cover 1 to drop and influence the aesthetic property of water heater.

A solar water heater, comprising: the plugging device comprises a plugging assembly, an outer shell and a heat exchanger positioned at the inner side of the outer shell, wherein the heat exchanger is provided with a liquid injection pipe, and the outer shell is provided with a liquid injection port opposite to the liquid injection pipe;
the plugging assembly comprises a limiting sleeve, the limiting sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the liquid injection pipe, and the first end of the limiting sleeve is fixedly connected with the outer shell;
the limiting sleeve is provided with an avoidance opening;
the plugging assembly further comprises a decorative cover and a plugging piece, the plugging piece is in sealing connection with the liquid injection pipe, and the plugging piece is positioned in the limiting sleeve;
the decorative cover is provided with a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are opposite in interval, the first connecting part penetrates through the avoidance opening to be fixedly connected with the inner side of the outer shell, the second connecting part is positioned on the outer side of the outer shell, and the second connecting part is fixedly connected with the outer shell.

The solar water heater according to claim 1, wherein a limiting ring is arranged on the inner side surface of the second end of the limiting sleeve, the limiting ring is sleeved on the outer side of the liquid injection pipe, and the limiting ring is fixedly connected with the liquid injection pipe; and a space is reserved between the limiting sleeve and the liquid injection pipe.
3. The solar water heater according to claim 2, wherein the stop collar is in interference connection with the liquid injection tube; or the limiting ring is clamped with the liquid injection pipe.
4. The solar water heater according to claim 1, wherein an outer side surface of the first end of the stop collar is provided with an abutment ring, and the abutment ring is located outside the outer housing, and the abutment ring abuts against the outer housing;
a clamping groove is formed between the abutting ring and the limiting sleeve, and the clamping groove is clamped with the liquid injection port.
5. The solar water heater according to claim 4, wherein a positioning column is arranged on one side of the abutting ring facing the outer shell, and the positioning column is matched with a positioning hole arranged on the outer shell.
6. The solar water heater according to claim 4, wherein the limit sleeve is a circular sleeve, and the outer side surface of the limit sleeve is a conical surface; the outer diameter of the first end of the limiting sleeve is larger than that of the second end of the limiting sleeve.
7. The solar water heater of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the first connection portion includes at least one jaw that is snapped into engagement with an inner side of the outer housing through the relief opening.
8. The solar water heater according to claim 7, wherein the first connection portion includes at least two of the claws, the at least two of the claws being arranged at intervals along a circumferential direction of the decorative cover.
9. The solar water heater according to claim 1, wherein the second connection portion is connected to the outer housing by a screw.
