Description

Preparation method of chelated copper ion polymer and antibacterial barrier composite paper/paperboard thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of a chelated copper ion polymer and antibacterial barrier composite paper thereof, and belongs to the technical field of production and preparation of antibacterial barrier composite paper/paperboard.
Background
With the development of commodity economy, the commodity packaging paper and the packaging paperboard thereof are used in larger and wider quantities and application ranges.
The existing packaging paper and the packaging paper board thereof have a large part, such as the packaging paper and the packaging paper board like corrugated paper and corrugated board, which have high air permeability and moisture permeability, large fiber void ratio and strong moisture absorption, because the air permeability and the moisture permeability of the packaging paper or the paper board are high, bacteria are easily adsorbed, and because the fiber void ratio of the paper or the paper board is large, external bacteria can enter the inside of a paper box or a paper box made of the packaging paper or the paper board through the void, thereby polluting objects in the paper box or the paper box; in addition, because the paper box or paper box made of the packaging paper or paper board is easy to absorb moisture and is beneficial to the growth of bacteria, the paper box or paper box made of the packaging paper or paper board is easy to mildew, rot and the like in a humid environment or in a yellow plum season, and articles packaged in the box can be possibly affected.
In order to overcome the defects, in the prior art, a method is adopted to coat synthetic resin on packaging paper or a packaging paperboard to prepare composite paper or composite paperboard, and then the composite paper or the composite paperboard is used as paper box or paper box surface paper to prepare a paper box or a paper box; in addition, an antibacterial agent can be added into the synthetic resin, and can effectively kill bacteria attached to the surface of the packing paper or the packing paperboard and avoid the corruption of the paper box or the paper box caused by the propagation of the bacteria; in addition, the synthetic resin film has good water resistance and does not absorb water, and after the synthetic resin film is coated on the packaging paper and the packaging paperboard, water molecules cannot enter the packaging paper and the packaging paperboard, so that the carton or the paper box can have good strength even in a humid environment, and articles in the carton or the paper box can be protected.
In the prior art, two methods are mainly used for manufacturing antibacterial packaging paper and packaging paperboard with antibacterial capacity, wherein:
one method is to prepare antibacterial paper by adding antibacterial agent in the paper making process, such as the invention patent application of an antibacterial paper production process (application number: 201810267079.2), and adopts the method that a series of plant extracting agents are added into white water for paper making to achieve the antibacterial purpose; the invention patent of 'production process of antibacterial paper and antibacterial paper' (application number: 201310020994.9) is to add organic matters such as nano cellulose quaternary ammonium salt and the like into paper pulp as an antibacterial agent to prepare antibacterial packaging paper and packaging paper board;
the other method is that the base paper is post-processed to form antibacterial packaging paper and packaging paperboard, and the method can be divided into two forms, one is that the invention patent of antibacterial paper (application number: 201210497349.1) comprising a paper core tube and roll paper wound on the paper core tube applies volatile antibacterial substance on the paper core tube, so that the volatile substance is added into the paper tube of the base paper and slowly volatilizes to the base paper to realize the antibacterial purpose; secondly, as the invention patent application of an antibacterial paperboard coating and a preparation method thereof (application number: 201711187963.7), the invention is characterized in that a solution mixed with a plurality of antibacterial agents is coated on base paper in a coating mode, and the antibacterial paper is obtained after drying; and the invention patent of antibacterial self-adhesive laminating paper (application number: 201910094959.9) adopts a laminating mode to mix and laminate antibacterial agent and laminating resin on base paper to form antibacterial packaging paper.
The two methods for preparing the antibacterial paper have the main problems that:
the antibacterial paper is prepared by adding the antibacterial agent in the papermaking link, the method is only suitable for being carried out in a paper mill, is matched with large-batch production, is not suitable for the production of small-batch, multi-specification and multi-variety antibacterial paper, and the binding force of the paper is reduced because the antibacterial agent is added into the paper pulp to influence the strength of the paper; in addition, the paper does not solve the problem of water resistance, the paper absorbs water and becomes soft in a humid environment or under the condition of water immersion, and the effective antibacterial agent is dissolved in water and runs off, so that the antibacterial performance is greatly reduced;
the antibacterial paper prepared by the method for post-treating the base paper has the problems of low antibacterial efficiency, slow volatilization of the antibacterial agent from inside to outside, large influence of different storage conditions on the antibacterial effect and the like no matter the antibacterial agent is added externally or coated, wherein in the coating production process, the emission of solvent, waste water, waste gas and the like can be caused, the environment is not protected, and the coated polyethylene wax has the defects of no high temperature resistance and the like; and the antibacterial master batch is added into the laminating film, and the antibacterial agent in the antibacterial master batch slowly migrates to the surface of the paper for antibiosis, so that the paper has a time effect due to the migration of the antibacterial agent, and the antibacterial agent is in a free state, and gradually loses the antibacterial effect along with the lapse of time.
In addition to the preparation of antibacterial paper by adding an antibacterial agent in the paper making process or the base paper post-treatment process, in the prior art, nano-silver is coated on the base paper as an antibacterial agent, for example, the invention patent application, namely nano-silver composite antibacterial paper and the preparation method and application thereof (application number: 201410265256.5).
Obviously, the antibacterial paper prepared by the method is high in price and not economical enough.
