Abstract
The invention discloses a tray recycling and stacking device, which comprises: the stacking support is provided with at least one stacking channel; each jacking mechanism is arranged right below one corresponding stacking channel; wherein, the edge of each stacking channel is provided with a material tray falling-stopping mechanism in pairs. In the non-standard automation field, stacking devices with different structural forms are well known to achieve stacking of trays. According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, it can be seen that the tray recovery stacking device 1 comprises:
the stacking support 11 is provided with at least one stacking channel 112; and
at least one set of jacking mechanisms 14, wherein each set of jacking mechanisms 14 is arranged right below a corresponding one of the stacking channels 112;
wherein the edge of each stacking channel 112 is provided with a tray falling-stopping mechanism 13 in pairs.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the tray falling prevention mechanism 13 includes:
an installation seat 131 fixedly arranged at the edge of the stacking channel 112, wherein the installation seat 131 is provided with an installation groove 1311 which is opened towards the stacking channel 112; and
a locking tongue 132, the root 1321 of which is inserted into the mounting groove 1311 and pivoted with the mounting seat 131;
wherein the free end 1322 of the locking tongue 132 extends outward from the mounting groove 1311; the length of the free end 1322 is greater than the length of the root 1321, so that the center of gravity G of the locking tongue 132 is located on the free end 1322. Further, a pivot 1312 is disposed in the mounting groove 1311, and a root 1321 of the locking tongue 132 is pivotally connected to the mounting seat 131 through the pivot 1312.
Referring to fig. 6, the free end 1322 is formed with a seating plane 1322a on an upper surface thereof; when the locking tongue 132 is not subjected to an external force other than its own weight, it is in a horizontal state such that the seating plane 1322a is flush with a horizontal plane. When the locking tongue 132 is in the horizontal state, it can lift the tray smoothly.
Referring again to fig. 6, the lower surface of the free end 1322 is formed with a guiding inclined surface 1322b extending from the outer side thereof in a direction inclined downward along the length thereof, and the guiding inclined surface 1322b forms an angle α with the horizontal plane when the locking tongue 132 is in the horizontal state.
Further, the included angle alpha is 15-75 degrees. In one embodiment, the included angle α has an angular magnitude of 15 °; in another embodiment, the included angle α has an angular magnitude of 75 °; in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the angle of the included angle α is 60 °.
Referring to fig. 5, an irregular contour line is formed on the inner side of the longitudinal cross section of the mounting groove 1311, and the contour line includes a first contour line 1311a, a second contour line 1311b and a third contour line 1311c which are connected in sequence from outside to inside and extend downward, wherein the first contour line 1311a extends downward in an inclined manner, so that the caliber of the mounting groove 1311 is gradually expanded from inside to outside; the locking tongue 132 rotates upward to switch to the avoidance state upon receiving an upward holding force, and the angle of upward rotation of the locking tongue 132 is limited by the first contour line 1311a, so that the projection of the center of gravity G of the locking tongue 132 in the vertical direction always falls outside the pivot 1312.
In the actual stacking process of the trays, two sets of tray falling stopping mechanisms 13 are usually arranged on two sides of the bottom of the tray stack in pairs, when the lifting mechanism at the bottom of the tray stack lifts and stacks the trays from the bottom of the tray stack, the edge of the tray contacts with the lower surface of the free end 1322 in a horizontal state, and then the locking tongues 132 are pushed to rotate upwards to avoid, when the locking tongues 132 avoid to the outer side of the stacking channel S (as shown in fig. 3), the tray is lifted to the upper part of the locking tongues 132 and separated from the lower surface of the free end 1322, then the tray is merged into the tray stack from the bottom of the tray stack to form a part of the tray stack, the lifting mechanism supports the tray stack to keep the height position unchanged, the locking tongues 132 starts to reset and rotate back to the horizontal state under the action of the self gravity thereof, at the moment, the free ends 1322 of the locking tongues 132 invade into the stacking channel S (as shown in fig. 4), then the lifting mechanism lifts the tray stack to start to descend until the edge of the tray stack is placed on the locking tongues 132, and the stacking process of stacking the trays from bottom to the top is finished.
Referring to fig. 7, the first contour 1311a forms an angle β with the vertical direction, and the angle β is 14 ° to 75 °. In one embodiment, the included angle β has an angular magnitude of 14 °; in another embodiment, included angle β has an angular magnitude of 75 °; in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the angle of included angle β is 30 °.

Referring again to fig. 2, the jacking mechanism 14 includes a jacking bracket 141, a jacking plate 143 slidably connected to the jacking bracket 141 in the vertical direction, and a jacking driver 142 in transmission connection with the jacking plate 143, wherein the jacking plate 143 is driven by the jacking driver 142 to reciprocate in the vertical direction, so as to enter or withdraw from the separation channel 112.

the upper surface of the free end (1322) is provided with a bearing plane (1322 a); when the locking tongue (132) is not subjected to external force except for the self gravity, the locking tongue is in a horizontal state, so that the bearing plane (1322 a) is flush with the horizontal plane;
