The adjusting projection 821 is inserted into the adjusting groove 811 and is fitted to the inner wall of the adjusting groove 811.
The theory of operation does, during the use, the messenger adjusts the driving piece 81 and rotates, and the inner wall of adjusting groove 811 offsets with adjusting protruding 821 for length comb 3 axial displacement, thereby can adjust the distance between first comb body 31 to movable sword 11, realize keeping the hair of different length as required, and simultaneously, length comb 3 and pruning main part 1 are swing joint integratively, and length comb 3 can not split with pruning main part 1, can reduce length comb 3's quantity, prevent that length comb 3 from losing.
The trimming body 1 is provided with a hinge portion 18 having an arc shape at an edge of a cross section, and the hinge portion 18, the adjusting link 82, and the adjusting driving member 81 are sequentially attached so that the adjusting driving member 81 is hinged to the trimming body 1.
The section of adjusting connecting piece 82 is ring sector, trimming body 1 is provided with the retaining piece (not marked in the drawing, the retaining piece can be gear 14) that offsets with the inner wall of adjusting driving piece 81, the retaining piece has the trend that offsets with the inner wall of adjusting driving piece 81 (can realize with the retaining piece, the spring that trimming body 1 offsets respectively through both ends), the retaining piece sets up the opposite side at adjusting connecting piece 82, when the axle looks, the retaining piece is located, the outside of the centre of a circle angle that the ring sector of the section of adjusting connecting piece 82 corresponds. In a preferred embodiment, the circle center angle of the ring segment of the cross section of the adjusting link 82 is equal to or less than one hundred and eighty degrees. The adjusting connecting piece 82 can move perpendicular to the axial lead of the trimming main body 1 until being attached to the hinge part 18 without elastic deformation (the adjusting connecting piece 82 can be broken due to injection flow lines and the like); the assembly is convenient, and the damage rate of the adjusting connecting piece 82 during the assembly can be reduced.
The inner wall of the connecting part 33 is provided with a connecting clamping groove 338, the adjusting connecting part 82 is provided with an elastic connecting buckle 822, and the connecting buckle 822 is clamped into the connecting clamping groove 338, so that the connecting part 33 and the adjusting connecting part 82 can be detachably connected. During assembly, after the adjusting connecting piece 82 and the shell 19 are assembled, the length comb 3 is assembled without interfering the assembly of the hair trimming device when the length comb 3 is assembled, and the length comb 3 can be assembled in batches, thereby being beneficial to improving the production efficiency.
The adjusting connecting piece 82 is provided with a positioning table 823; the positioning table 823 abuts against the connecting portion 33. The axial position of the fixed-length comb 3 can be ensured to be more accurate, so that the length of the retained hair can be ensured to be more accurate.
The trimming body 1 is provided with an adjustment operation opening 85, the adjustment driving member 81 is exposed from the adjustment operation opening 85, and the adjustment operation openings 85 are respectively located on both sides of a plane passing through an axial line of the trimming body 1. The adjustment driving member 81 can be held by two fingers, and a torsion force in the same rotational direction can be applied to the adjustment driving member 81, thereby ensuring smooth rotation of the adjustment driving member 81. As a preferred embodiment, the adjustment operation opening 85 is rotationally symmetrical about the axial center line of the manicuring body 1.
The trimming body 1 further comprises a storage cover 4 provided with a locking hole 41, the trimming body 1 is provided with a cleaning opening 134, and the storage cover 4 is located in the cleaning opening 134. The cleaning port 134 is communicated with the storage cavity 13, and the storage cover 4 is provided with a ventilation hole 49 which penetrates through, so that the storage cavity 13 is communicated with the outside. The locking hole 41 may be a through hole or a counter hole. The side wall of the storage lid 4 is fitted to the side wall of the cleaning opening 134. The inner wall and/or the outer wall of the storage cover 4 is provided with a dense net sheet 491, and the area of the dense net sheet 491 is smaller than that of the air holes 49. The dense sheet 491 is a woven mesh or other sheet having small pores, and ensures communication between the storage chamber 13 and the outside, thereby preventing cut hair in the storage chamber 13 from leaking through the ventilation holes 49.
The storage cap 4 is provided with a cap stopper 48 which abuts against the inner wall of the trimming body 1 (i.e., the inner wall of the storage chamber 13). The cover stopper 48 abuts against the inner wall of the manicuring part 1, and a locking protrusion 521 described later is inserted into a locking hole 41 described later through the manicuring part 1, so that the storage cover 4 is fixed at two points, the storage cover 4 can be more firmly fixed to the manicuring part 1, and at the same time, the storage cover 4 can be more firmly fixed to the manicuring part 1 only by one set of the cover operating unit 5, thereby simplifying the structure and reducing the cost.
The side of the storage cover 4 opposite to the locking hole 41 is detachably hinged to the trimming body 1. For example, the cover stopper 48 is provided at a side of the storage cover 4 opposite to the locking hole 41. After the locking protrusion 521 described later is pulled out of the locking hole 41, the end of the storage lid 4 where the locking hole 41 is located can rotate outward approximately around the lid stopper 48 as the rotation axis (the edge of the cross section of the end of the storage lid 4 where the locking hole 41 is located can be an arc with the lid stopper 48 as the rotation axis as the center of circle to ensure that the storage lid 4 can be smoothly rotated and opened, or the storage lid 4 can be slightly elastically opened by the storage lid 4, and then the storage lid 4 can be removed from the trimming body 1 by moving the storage lid 4 so that the lid stopper 48 does not abut against the inner wall of the trimming body 1, thereby facilitating the rotational opening of the storage lid 4 and the removal of the storage lid 4 and facilitating the cleaning of the storage cavity 13.
The hair clipping device of the embodiment of the present invention further includes a cover operating assembly 5, the cover operating assembly 5 including an operating member 51, a transmission member 53, and a locking member 52 provided with a locking projection 521; the operating member 51 and the lock member 52 are linearly slidably connected to the trimmer body 1, respectively. In one embodiment, the operating member 51 and the locking member 52 are slidably coupled in a straight line by engaging with a sidewall of a cavity (not shown) of the trimming body 1.
The transmission member 53 has a first transmission surface 531 and a second transmission surface 532, and an included angle is formed between the first transmission surface 531 and the second transmission surface 532.
One of the operating member 51 and the locking member 52 abuts against the first transmission surface 531, and the other abuts against the second transmission surface 532.
The locking protrusion 521 is inserted into the locking hole 41 through the manicuring body 1.
In the operation principle, when the storage cover 4 needs to be opened to clean the cut hairs in the storage cavity 13, the linear sliding operation member 51 (the operation member 51 is moved by hand through a portion exposed from the trimming body 1, which will be described later, or linearly moved by a power device such as a linear motor) is used, the operation member 51 abuts against the first transmission surface 531/the second transmission surface 532 to move the transmission member 53 substantially downward, the second transmission surface 532/the first transmission surface 531 abuts against the locking member 52 to linearly slide the locking member 52 until the locking protrusion 521 is moved out of the locking hole 41, and the storage cover 4 can be opened to clean the cut hairs in the storage cavity 13. Conversely, the storage cover 4 can be mounted on the trimming body 1 to close the storage cover 4. That is, the storage lid 4 can be opened and closed easily.
Meanwhile, the storage cover 4 does not need to be provided with an elastic arm with a U-shaped section, so that no protrusion or groove is formed on the outer wall of the storage cover 4, and the storage cover 4 has better hand feeling when being held.
The outer wall of the storage cover 4 substantially coincides with the outer wall of the trimming body 1. The storage cap 4 has a better feel when held.
The operating member 51 is exposed from the trimmer body 1. The manual operation operating piece 51 is easily slid straight.
One end of the operating member 51 is exposed from one end (i.e., the end cap 199) of the trimming body 1. The outer wall of the storage cover 4 has no protrusion or groove, so that the storage cover 4 has better hand feeling when being held.
The transmission member 53 is provided with a push-lid projection 533, and there is a portion where the push-lid projection 533 overlaps with the storage lid 4 as viewed in a direction in which the linear slide operation member 51 moves the transmission member 53 substantially downward. In the process that the linear sliding operation member 51 moves the transmission member 53 substantially downward, the second transmission surface 532/the first transmission surface 531 abuts against the locking member 52, so that the locking member 52 slides linearly until the locking protrusion 521 moves out of the locking hole 41, and the storage cover 4 can be opened, and at the same time, the cover pushing protrusion 533 moves substantially downward along with the transmission member 53 and abuts against the storage cover 4, so that the storage cover 4 protrudes from the trimming body 1, and the storage cover 4 can be opened and removed continuously.
When the storage lid 4 is closed (i.e. when the locking protrusion 521 is inserted into the locking hole 41 and attached to the top wall of the locking hole 41), a buffer gap 534 is formed between the cover pushing protrusion 533 and the storage lid 4. Compared with the technical scheme that the cover pushing projection 533 is attached to the storage cover 4, and a gap is formed between the locking projection 521 and the top wall of the locking hole 41, so that when the storage cover 4 is abutted by the cover pushing projection 533, the locking projection 521 is drawn out of the locking hole 41, and the storage cover 4 can smoothly protrude from the trimming body 1; among the above-mentioned technical scheme, locking protrusion 521 inserts locking hole 41 and laminates with the roof of locking hole 41, can ensure that storage lid 4 does not rock, can ensure simultaneously that storage lid 4 can be smoothly from pruning main part 1 protrusion.
The cover operating unit 5 further includes a return elastic member 54, and both ends of the return elastic member 54 are connected to the trimming body 1 and the operating member 51, respectively, and/or both ends of the return elastic member 54 are connected to the trimming body 1 and the locking member 52, respectively. The operating member 51 and/or the lock member 52 can be reset without manually resetting the operating member 51 and/or the lock member 52, facilitating the closing of the storage cover 4.

the trimming main body (1) is characterized by further comprising a fixed-length comb (3), the fixed-length comb (3) comprises a first comb body (31) and a connecting part (33) connected with the first comb body (31), the first comb body (31) shields the movable knife (11), and the connecting part (33) and the trimming main body (1) are integrally movably connected or fixedly connected; the trimming main body (1) further comprises a storage cover (4) provided with a locking hole (41), the trimming main body (1) is provided with a cleaning opening (134) communicated with the storage cavity (13), and the storage cover (4) is positioned in the cleaning opening (134); the cover is characterized by further comprising a cover operating component (5), wherein the cover operating component (5) comprises an operating piece (51), a transmission piece (53) and a locking piece (52) provided with a locking protrusion (521); the operating piece (51) and the locking piece (52) are respectively in linear sliding connection with the pruning main body (1); the transmission piece (53) is provided with a first transmission surface (531) and a second transmission surface (532), and an included angle is formed between the first transmission surface (531) and the second transmission surface (532); one of the operating member (51) and the locking member (52) abuts against the first transmission surface (531), and the other abuts against the second transmission surface (532); the locking protrusion (521) passes through the trimming body (1) and is inserted into the locking hole (41); the transmission member (53) is provided with a lid-pushing projection (533), and the lid-pushing projection (533) and the storage lid (4) have a portion overlapping each other when viewed in a direction in which the linear slide operation member (51) moves the transmission member (53) substantially downward.
2. The hair clipping device according to claim 1, wherein the fixed-length comb (3) further comprises a second comb body (32), and the first comb body (31) and the second comb body (32) are respectively located on both sides of the top end of the movable blade (11).
3. The hair clipping device according to claim 2, wherein the suction opening (121) and the second comb body (32) enclose an exposed area (122) in an axial view.
4. A hair-clipping device according to claim 2, characterized in that the second comb body (32) extends inwardly to form a fall-off prevention comb body (321); a gap is arranged between the anti-falling comb body (321) and the inner wall of the air draft cavity (12).

The hair trimming device, according to claim 1, characterized in that the trimming body (1) further comprises an adjusting assembly (8), the adjusting assembly (8) comprising an adjusting drive member (81) and an adjusting connecting member (82); the adjusting driving piece (81) is hinged with the pruning main body (1); the adjusting connecting piece (82) is in linear sliding connection with the pruning main body (1); the adjusting driving piece (81) is provided with an adjusting groove (811), and the adjusting groove (811) is a groove which extends axially along with the circumferential extension; the adjusting connector (82) is provided with an adjusting protrusion (821), and the adjusting protrusion (821) is inserted into the adjusting groove (811).

A hair-clipping device according to claim 5, characterized in that the adjusting attachment (82) has the cross-section of a ring sector, the clipping body (1) being provided with a holder which abuts against an inner wall of the adjusting drive (81), the holder having a tendency to abut against the inner wall of the adjusting drive (81), the holder being arranged on the opposite side of the adjusting attachment (82).
7. A hair-clipping device according to claim 6, characterized in that the ring sector of the cross-section of the adjusting link (82) corresponds to a central angle of less than or equal to one hundred and eighty degrees.
8. The hair clipping device according to claim 1, wherein a buffer gap (534) is provided between the cover pushing projection (533) and the storage cover (4) when the storage cover (4) is closed.
