Detailed Description
< present embodiment > [ peripheral configuration of the vehicle body structure 2 ]
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a state of a vehicle provided with a vehicle body structure 2 according to the present embodiment. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing the structure of a partial region of the floor panel 21 and the reinforcing member 22. Fig. 2 is a view showing a structure in which a portion of the area a of the floor panel 21 shown in fig. 1 is viewed from below in the height direction of the vehicle.
The vehicle has a frame 1, a vehicle body structure 2, and an elastic member 3. The frame 1 extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The frame 1 includes, for example, a plurality of side members extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and a plurality of cross members extending in the vehicle width direction between the plurality of side members. The frame 1 is provided with a vehicle body structure 2 described later, and components of a vehicle such as an engine and a transmission, not shown, for example. The vehicle body structure 2 is a vehicle body provided above the frame 1 in the height direction of the vehicle. The vehicle body structure 2 constitutes, for example, an engine room, a cabin, a cargo compartment, and the like. Details of the vehicle body structure 2 will be described later.
The elastic member 3 is provided between the frame 1 and the vehicle body structure 2. Specifically, the plurality of elastic members 3 are provided between each of the plurality of mounting portions 211 of the floor panel 21 described later and the frame 1. The elastic member 3 is formed of rubber, for example. By providing the elastic member 3 between the frame 1 and the vehicle body structure 2 in this manner, for example, by allowing the elastic member 3 to absorb vibrations generated by the frame 1 when the vehicle is traveling, the vehicle body structure 2 can be restrained from vibrating due to vibrations of the frame 1. Details of the elastic member 3 will be described later.
[ Structure of vehicle body Structure 2 ]
The vehicle body structure 2 has a floor panel 21 and a reinforcing member 22. The floor panel 21 is a member that forms the floor of the cabin of the vehicle. The floor panel 21 is, for example, a flat plate shape, and forms a lower surface of the vehicle body structure 2 in the height direction of the vehicle. The floor panel 21 is provided above the frame 1 in the height direction of the vehicle. The floor panel 21 is, for example, a flat plate shape, but may be formed with irregularities.
The floor panel 21 has a plurality of mounting portions 211 and coupling portions 213. The mounting portion 211 is a portion for coupling the frame 1 and the floor panel 21. As the plurality of attachment portions 211, for example, 2 columns of frame portions are provided in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle, and 4 columns of frame portions are provided in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, so that the attachment portions 211 are provided at 8 portions of the floor panel 21.
Specifically, as the plurality of mounting portions 211, a 1 st left mounting portion 211a, a 2 nd left mounting portion 211b, a 3 rd left mounting portion 211c, and a 4 th left mounting portion 211d are provided in this order from the front to the rear in the vehicle width direction on the left side of the vehicle. Further, as the plurality of mounting portions 211, a 1 st right mounting portion 211e, a 2 nd right mounting portion 211f, a 3 rd right mounting portion 211g, and a 4 th right mounting portion 211h are provided in this order from the front to the rear in the vehicle width direction on the right side of the vehicle.
The 1 st left mounting portion 211a and the 1 st right mounting portion 211e are provided near the front end of the vehicle in the floor panel 21, for example. The 2 nd left mounting portion 211b and the 2 nd right mounting portion 211f are provided, for example, in the vicinity of the front wheel between the front wheel and the rear wheel of the vehicle in the floor panel 21. The 3 rd left mounting portion 211c and the 3 rd right mounting portion 211g are provided, for example, in the vicinity of the rear wheel between the front wheel and the rear wheel of the vehicle in the floor panel 21. The 4 th left mounting portion 211d and the 4 th right mounting portion 211h are provided near the rear end of the vehicle in the floor panel 21, for example.
The mounting portion 211 has a hole 212. Specifically, the 8-position mounting portions 211 have holes 212, and the 1 st left mounting portion 211a to the 4 th right mounting portion 211h have 1 st left holes 212a to 4 th right holes 212h, respectively. The hole 212 is, for example, a hole into which a bolt is inserted. The floor panel 21 is fixed to the frame 1 with the elastic member 3 interposed therebetween by inserting bolts into holes formed in the frame 1, holes formed in the elastic member 3, and holes 212 formed in the mounting portion 211, and fastening nuts to the inserted bolts.
As the elastic member 3, for example, 8 elastic members, that is, 1 st left elastic member 3a to 4 th right elastic member 3h are provided. Specifically, the 1 st left elastic member 3a to the 4 th right elastic member 3h are provided below the 1 st left mounting portion 211a to the 4 th right mounting portion 211h in the height direction of the vehicle, respectively.
The coupling portion 213 couples the plurality of mounting portions 211. Specifically, the coupling portion 213 extends in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle at the rear end of the floor panel 21 in the vehicle front-rear direction, and couples the 4 th left mounting portion 211d to the 4 th right mounting portion 211h.
The reinforcing member 22 reinforces the floor panel 21. The reinforcing member 22 has a reinforcing piece 221 and a 1 st joint 224. The reinforcement 221 is, for example, convex toward the lower side in the height direction of the vehicle, and is fixed to the lower surface of the floor panel 21. The reinforcement 221 is provided in 2 rows in the vehicle width direction, for example. Specifically, the 1 st stiffener 221a and the 2 nd stiffener 221b are provided as the stiffener 221. The 1 st stiffener 221a is a stiffener provided on the left side of the vehicle. The 2 nd stiffener 221b is a stiffener provided on the right side of the vehicle.
Since the reinforcement member 22 has 2 rows of reinforcements 221, i.e., the 1 st reinforcement 221a and the 2 nd reinforcement 221b, in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle, the vehicle body structure 2 can further improve the rigidity of the floor panel 21 in the vicinity of the mounting portion 211.
Stiffener 221 includes a 1 st region 222 and a 2 nd region 223. The 1 st region 222 is a region extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. Specifically, the 1 st region 222 extends rearward of the 3 rd left mounting portion 211c and the 3 rd right mounting portion 211g in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, for example.
The 2 nd region 223 is a region that is provided between the rear end of the 1 st region 222 in the vehicle longitudinal direction and the rearmost rear end mounting portion of the plurality of mounting portions 211, and that decreases in distance from the rear end mounting portion in the vehicle width direction toward the rear of the vehicle. Specifically, in the case of the 1 st stiffener 221a provided on the left side of the vehicle, the rear end mounting portion is the 4 th left mounting portion 211d. In the case of the 2 nd reinforcement 221b provided on the right side of the vehicle, the rear end attachment portion is the 4 th right attachment portion 211h. An end portion of the 2 nd region 223 opposite to the side to which the rear end of the 1 st region 222 is joined is fixed to the joining portion 213.
The 1 st joining portion 224 joins the 1 st reinforcing member 221a and the 2 nd reinforcing member 221b at the joint position between the 1 st region 222 and the 2 nd region 223. The 1 st joint 224 is convex toward the lower side in the height direction of the vehicle, for example, and extends in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle. The 1 st joint 224 is fixed to the lower surface of the floor panel 21.
In the vehicle body structure 2, the 1 st stiffener 221a and the 2 nd stiffener 221b are joined by the 1 st joining portion 224 at the joint position between the 1 st region 222 and the 2 nd region 223 in this manner, whereby the bent portion of the stiffener 221 can be reinforced. Thus, the vehicle body structure 2 has the 1 st joint 224, and thus the rigidity of the floor panel 21 can be further improved.
In the above embodiment, the example in which the reinforcing member 22 has 2 rows of the reinforcements 221 in the vehicle width direction is shown, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The reinforcing member 22 may have 3 or more rows of reinforcements 221 in the vehicle width direction.
Effect of the vehicle body structure 2 of the present embodiment
The vehicle body structure 2 of the present embodiment includes: a floor panel 21 provided above the frame 1 extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle in the height direction of the vehicle; and a reinforcing member 22 that reinforces the floor panel 21. The floor panel 21 has a plurality of attachment portions 211 for coupling the frame 1 to the floor panel 21. Further, the reinforcing member 22 has a stiffener 221 including a 1 st region 222 and a 2 nd region 223, the 1 st region 222 extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, the 2 nd region 223 being provided between the rear end of the 1 st region 222 in the front-rear direction of the vehicle and the rearmost rear end mounting portion of the plurality of mounting portions 211, and the distance from the rear end mounting portion in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle decreasing toward the rear of the vehicle.
The vehicle body structure 2 has a reinforcing member 22, the floor panel 21 is reinforced by the reinforcing member 22, the reinforcing member 22 has a stiffener 221 including a 1 st region 222 and a 2 nd region 223, wherein the 1 st region extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, the 2 nd region 223 is provided between the rear end of the 1 st region 222 and the rear end mounting portion provided rearmost of the plurality of mounting portions 211, and the distance from the rear end mounting portion in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle decreases as going toward the rear of the vehicle.
In this way, the vehicle body structure 2 can increase the rigidity of the floor panel 21 by bringing the reinforcing member 221 close to the rear end mounting portion of the floor panel 21. As a result, the vehicle body structure 2 can suppress the vibration of the floor panel 21 and suppress the sound generated by the vibration of the floor panel 21 by increasing the rigidity of the floor panel 21.
