a discount calculation unit 304, configured to perform discount calculation on the fueling income amount when the total fueling amount of the vehicle to which the license plate of the fueling recommender belongs at the gas station in a specified historical time exceeds a specified target amount, so as to obtain a reduced income amount;
a communication unit 305, configured to report the first account, the reduced amount of collected money, and the second account of the gas station to a payment platform, where the payment platform deducts the reduced amount of collected money from the first account and adds the deducted amount of collected money to the second account of the gas station.

the query unit 303 is further configured to query whether the total number of times of refueling at the gas station by the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommender belongs exceeds the specified target number of times within the specified historical time after querying out the license plates of the customers, which are pre-registered with the license plate of the refueling recommender and are associated with the license plate of the refueling recommender, and before querying whether the total number of times of refueling at the gas station by the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommender belongs exceeds the specified target number of times within the specified historical time, and if not, taking a preset basic amount as the specified target amount of money; if the number of times of refueling exceeds the preset target number of times, calculating a number difference obtained by subtracting the specified target number of times from the total number of times of refueling; acquiring the amount of money adjustment in direct proportion to the frequency difference according to the frequency difference; wherein the amount adjustment amount is more than 0 and less than the preset basic amount; and calculating a sum difference obtained by subtracting the sum adjustment amount from the preset basic sum to serve as the appointed target sum.

The implementation of the gasoline station charging device described in fig. 3 is advantageous for attracting the customer to the gasoline station for refueling, thereby facilitating the customer service guide of the gasoline station and reducing the risk of the gasoline station being closed due to the lack of a sufficient amount of stable customers.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a second embodiment of a customer service diversion method for a gas station disclosed in the embodiment of the present application. The gasoline station charging apparatus shown in fig. 4 is optimized by the gasoline station charging apparatus shown in fig. 3, and compared with the gasoline station charging apparatus shown in fig. 3, the gasoline station charging apparatus shown in fig. 4 may further include:
an updating unit 306, configured to report the first account, the preferential payment amount, and the second account of the gas station to a payment platform at the same time through the communication unit 305, and add 1 to the recorded total number of recommended fueling times corresponding to the license plate of the fueling recommender after the payment platform deducts the preferential payment amount from the first account and adds the preferential payment amount to the second account of the gas station, so as to obtain the total number of currently recommended fueling times corresponding to the license plate of the fueling recommender;

The implementation of the gas station charging device described in fig. 4 is more beneficial to attract the customer to the gas station for refueling, thereby facilitating the customer service guide of the gas station and reducing the risk of the gas station being closed due to the lack of a sufficient amount of stable customers.

Claims (9)

1. A customer-rubbing drainage method for a gas station is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a gas station charging device scans a payment code displayed by an APP of any client to generate a collection interface; the money receiving interface comprises an oiling payment amount key entry column, an oiling recommending person license plate key entry column and a first account bound by the APP;
the gas station charging equipment detects the refueling collection amount keyed in the refueling collection amount key column and the refueling recommender license plate keyed in the refueling recommender license plate key column by the customer;
the charging equipment of the gas station inquires whether a license plate of the refueling recommender is registered in advance and is associated with the license plate of the client, if so, inquires whether the total refueling amount of the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommender belongs in the specified historical time in the gas station exceeds a specified target amount; if the refuelling receiving amount exceeds the set refuelling receiving amount, carrying out discount calculation on the refuelling receiving amount to obtain the receiving amount after discount;
the charging equipment of the gas station reports the first account number, the preferential charge amount and the second account number of the gas station to a payment platform, and the payment platform deducts the preferential charge amount from the first account number and adds the preferential charge amount to the second account number of the gas station;
the charging equipment of the gas station adds 1 to the recorded historical recommended total refueling times corresponding to the license plate of the refueling recommender to obtain the current recommended total refueling times corresponding to the license plate of the refueling recommender;
the charging equipment of the gas station determines a license plate number adjusting coefficient x which is in a direct proportional relation with the total number of the current recommended refueling history times corresponding to the license plate of the refueling recommending person; wherein the number of license plates is more than 0 and the adjustment coefficient x is less than 1;
the charging equipment of the gas station increases the maximum number of the license plates which are currently allowed to be associated with the license plate of the refueling recommending person according to the license plate number adjusting coefficient x;
and the service equipment of the cooperative maintenance party sends the maintenance discount authority to the refueling recommending party service equipment of the refueling station charging equipment after determining that the number of the license plates associated with the refueling recommending party license plate is the same as the increased maximum number of the license plates allowed to be associated currently with the refueling recommending party license plate, and establishes the association relationship between the refueling recommending party license plate and the identification of the maintenance discount authority, so that when the vehicle to which the refueling recommending party license plate belongs is maintained by the cooperative maintenance party, the service equipment of the cooperative maintenance party gives the corresponding maintenance discount to the vehicle to which the refueling recommending party license plate belongs according to the association relationship between the refueling recommending party license plate and the identification of the maintenance discount authority.
2. The method for customer service diversion of a gasoline station according to claim 1, wherein said gasoline station charging device after querying the license plate of said customer with said license plate of said gasoline recommender registered in advance and associated with said license plate of said gasoline recommender, and before said querying whether the total amount of the vehicle to which said license plate of said gasoline recommender belongs at said gasoline station in a specified historical time exceeds a specified target amount, said method further comprises:
the charging equipment of the gas station inquires whether the total refueling times of the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommending person belongs in specified historical time exceeds a specified target time, and if not, a preset basic amount is used as a specified target amount; if the number of times of refueling exceeds the preset target number of times, calculating a number difference obtained by subtracting the specified target number of times from the total number of times of refueling; acquiring the amount of money adjustment in direct proportion to the frequency difference according to the frequency difference; wherein the amount adjustment amount is more than 0 and less than the preset basic amount; and calculating a sum difference obtained by subtracting the sum adjustment amount from the preset basic sum to serve as the appointed target sum.
3. The gas station customer service drainage method according to claim 2, wherein the gas station charging device performs discount calculation on the refuelling collection amount to obtain a preferential collection amount, and the method comprises the following steps:
the gas station charging equipment determines a first discount rate; the first discount rate is in direct proportion to the total refueling times of the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommending person belongs at the refueling station within the specified historical time;
the gas station charging equipment determines a second buckling rate; the second discount rate is in direct proportion to the total refueling amount of the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommending person belongs at the refueling station within the specified historical time;
the charging equipment of the gas station performs primary discount calculation on the refueling collection amount according to the first discount rate to obtain a collection amount after primary discount;
and the charging equipment of the gas station performs secondary discount calculation on the charge amount after the primary discount according to the second discount rate to obtain the preferential charge amount.
4. The gas station customer service drainage method according to claim 2, wherein the gas station charging device performs discount calculation on the refuelling collection amount to obtain a preferential collection amount, and the method comprises the following steps:
the charging equipment of the gas station inquires the consumption level corresponding to the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommending person belongs; the consumption level is in direct proportion to the total refueling amount of the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommending person belongs at the refueling station in the specified historical time;
the gas station charging equipment judges whether the consumption level exceeds a specified target level, and if so, a first discount rate is determined; the first discount rate is in direct proportion to the consumption level;
the gas station charging equipment determines a second buckling rate; the second buckling rate is in direct proportion to the total refueling times of the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommending person belongs at the refueling station within the specified historical time;
the charging equipment of the gas station performs primary discount calculation on the refueling collection amount according to the first discount rate to obtain a collection amount after primary discount;
and the charging equipment of the gas station performs secondary discount calculation on the charge amount after the primary discount according to the second discount rate to obtain the preferential charge amount.
5. A gasoline station charging apparatus, comprising:
the scanning generation unit is used for scanning the payment code displayed by the APP of any client to generate a collection interface; the money receiving interface comprises an oiling payment amount key entry column, an oiling recommending person license plate key entry column and a first account bound by the APP;
the detection unit is used for detecting the refueling collection amount which is input by a toll collector in the refueling collection amount key column and the number plate of the refueling recommender which is input by the customer in the refueling recommendation number plate key column by the refueling collection device of the refueling station;
the query unit is used for querying whether the license plate of the refueling recommender is registered in advance and is associated with the license plate of the client; if yes, inquiring whether the total refueling amount of the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommending person belongs in the specified historical time exceeds a specified target amount;
the discount calculation unit is used for carrying out discount calculation on the refueling collection amount when the total refueling amount of the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommender belongs in the specified historical time exceeds a specified target amount in the query unit, and obtaining the collection amount after discount;
the communication unit is used for reporting the first account, the preferential collection amount and the second account of the gas station to a payment platform, and the payment platform deducts the preferential collection amount from the first account and adds the preferential collection amount to the second account of the gas station;
the gas station charging apparatus further comprises:

the service station charging equipment is also used for configuring maintenance discount authority for the license plate of the refueling recommender after the number of the license plates associated with the license plate of the refueling recommender is determined to be the same as the maximum number of the license plates allowed to be associated currently of the license plate of the refueling recommender after the number of the license plates associated with the license plate of the refueling recommender is determined to be increased, and sending the license plate of the refueling recommender to the service equipment of a cooperative maintenance party of the service station charging equipment after the incidence relation between the license plate of the refueling recommender and the identification of the maintenance discount authority is established, so that when the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommender belongs reaches the cooperative maintenance party to be maintained, the service equipment of the cooperative maintenance party gives the corresponding maintenance discount to the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommender according to the incidence relation between the license plate of the refueling recommender and the identification of the maintenance discount authority.

the query unit is further configured to query whether the total refueling frequency of the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommender belongs in the specified historical time exceeds the specified target frequency or not after querying the license plate of the customer, which is pre-registered with the license plate of the refueling recommender and is associated with the license plate of the refueling recommender, and before querying whether the total refueling frequency of the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommender belongs in the specified historical time exceeds the specified target frequency or not in the specified historical time, and if not, taking a preset basic amount as the specified target amount; if the number of times of refueling exceeds the preset target number of times, calculating a number difference obtained by subtracting the specified target number of times from the total number of times of refueling; acquiring the amount adjustment quantity in direct proportion to the frequency difference value according to the frequency difference value, wherein the amount adjustment quantity is more than 0 and less than the preset basic amount; and calculating a sum difference obtained by subtracting the sum adjustment amount from the preset basic sum to serve as the appointed target sum.
7. The gas station charging device of claim 6, wherein the discount calculating unit performs discount calculation on the refuelling collection amount, and the collection amount after obtaining the discount is specifically:
the discount calculation unit determines a first discount rate; the first discount rate is in direct proportion to the total refueling times of the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommending person belongs at the refueling station within the specified historical time;
the discount calculation unit determines a second discount rate; the second discount rate is in direct proportion to the total refueling amount of the vehicle to which the license plate of the refueling recommending person belongs at the refueling station within the specified historical time;

and the discount calculation unit performs secondary discount calculation on the charge amount after the primary discount according to the second discount rate to obtain the preferential charge amount.
