Abstract
The invention discloses an application method of RFID data, which comprises the following steps: acquiring coded data, and matching the coded data to an RFID storage area, wherein the coded data is matched with the RFID storage area in a one-to-one manner; extracting the matching relation between the coded data and the RFID storage area, and generating a data column by using the extracted matching relation and encrypting the data column; and uploading the encrypted data column to a cloud end for storage. The invention also discloses a registration method, a device, a cloud server and a system of the RFID data, and the invention forms an incidence relation by matching the automatically generated coded data to the RFID storage area through the technical scheme of establishing the matching relation between the coded data and the RFID storage area, and the RFID storage area is not required to be defined by manual coding, thereby solving the problem that the entity RFID data is possibly generated during coding, and accelerating the initialization speed of the RFID data after the RFID storage area is not required to be defined by manual coding.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of RFID data application, in particular to an application, a registration method, a registration device, a cloud server and a system of RFID data.
Background
Retail sales alone have produced over 100 billion pieces of labels annually, with a value of about $ 500 billion. Through years of development, the process of the slave machines in the industry chain is relatively mature and stable, and the slave machines are considered as the industry standard by the industry. However, the related technologies have some fundamental problems which cannot be broken through, so that the industry of the RFID tag is not stopped, and the industry is in urgent need of new technological breakthroughs to lead the industry to develop forward. The existing problems include the following related problems when applied:
1. failure to ensure uniqueness of the tag code
Even under the same intranet, the label code may be reassigned to a different machine or order. Causing the tag to not find a problem until the production is complete or even to the customer. The existing solution mainly strengthens the monitoring of the IT system on the encoding process to ensure the accuracy of encoding, which also greatly improves the requirements and specifications of the IT system and increases the cost.
2. The label data coding method is not perfect
Encrypting or locking data on the physical tag may occur, resulting in a tag report , and physical tag encryption or locking consumes coding time, which reduces machine speed and throughput.
3. Security issues for background management data
At present, the industry generally adopts a distributed database structure, offline online databases are mixed for use, and data updating is not real-time and asynchronous, so that the credibility of the databases is reduced under the conditions.
4. The problem of the accuracy and uniqueness of label code writing
The code writing process is generally completed by a code writing detection machine, the data of the label is generally matched with the printed information (the bar code is the most common), the code writing detection machine needs to ensure that the code writing is not wrong, the data matching and the equipment debugging process take more time to ensure that the code writing program cannot be wrong (wrong writing, missed writing, repeated code writing, data incompatibility and the like)
5. The problems of the bottleneck of code-writing detection speed, the increase of design complexity and high cost
Due to the importance of code and data accuracy, different inspection parts are added to the process, which reduces the overall production speed or machine throughput. To compensate for the speed, the equipment is developed into a multi-station and multi-reader design, which can improve the productivity of the machine, but the cost of the equipment is greatly increased, and the system becomes more complex.

The invention also discloses an application system of the RFID data, which is characterized by comprising the application device of the RFID data and the cloud server.
According to the application system of the RFID data, the coded data are matched to the RFID storage area by acquiring the coded data, and the coded data are matched with the RFID storage area in a one-to-one mode; extracting the matching relation between the coded data and the RFID storage area, and generating and encrypting a data column by using the obtained matching relation; and uploading the encrypted data column to a cloud end for storage. The technical scheme disclosed by the invention can be realized on the existing production flow, no additional hardware equipment is needed, the problems possibly occurring in the encoding process of the entity RFID data are solved through the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, such as repeated code writing, error code writing and the like, the initialization speed of the RFID data can be accelerated, the data processing and initialization are changed from off-line to on-line processing, and the 5G and block chain technology is combined, so that the expansibility and the safety of an RFID memory are improved, and the method is safer, more reliable and faster than the existing mode in speed and safety.

Claims (10)
1. An application method of RFID data, characterized in that the application method of RFID data comprises the following steps:
acquiring coded data, and matching the coded data to an RFID storage area, wherein the coded data is matched with the RFID storage area in a one-to-one manner;
extracting the matching relation between the coded data and the RFID storage area, and generating a data column by using the extracted matching relation and encrypting the data column;
and uploading the encrypted data column to a cloud end for storage.
2. The method for applying RFID data according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining encoded data is preceded by the step of:
and when the coded data of the RFID storage area is confirmed to be matched with the requirement, generating the coded data in a preset coded data generation format.
3. The method of applying RFID data according to claim 1, wherein the step of matching the encoded data to an RFID storage area comprises:
determining a target RFID and grabbing an RFID storage area of the target RFID;
and storing the coded data in association with the RFID storage area.
4. The method for applying RFID data according to claim 1, further comprising:
confirming whether the coded data is unique coded data;
and when the coded data is confirmed to be the unique coded data, the step of matching the coded data to the RFID storage area is executed.
5. The method for applying RFID data according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating and encrypting the extracted matching relationship into a data column comprises:
calling a preset data column encryption format;
and encrypting the generated data column through the called preset data column encryption format.
6. A registration method of RFID data, characterized by comprising the steps of:
receiving an encrypted data column, and storing the data column to a preset cloud database;
and confirming the data information stored in the cloud database by the data column, and locking the data information.
7. The method of registering RFID data according to claim 6, further comprising:
receiving a data query request, and extracting data screening conditions of the data query request;
and acquiring corresponding data information in a preset cloud database according to the data screening condition, decrypting the data information through a preset cloud analysis algorithm, and issuing the decrypted data information.
8. An apparatus for applying RFID data, the apparatus comprising: memory, a processor and an application of RFID data stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the application of RFID data implementing the steps of the method of applying RFID data according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executed by the processor.
9. A cloud server, the cloud server comprising: memory, a processor and a registration program of RFID data stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor implements the steps of the registration method of RFID data according to any of claims 6 to 7.
10. An application system of RFID data, characterized in that the application system of RFID data comprises the application device of RFID data according to claim 8 and the cloud server according to claim 9.
