The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a normal-temperature air high-temperature combustion device which adopts a novel physical structure and breaks through the problem that the conventional combustor is insufficient in mixing of fuel gas and combustion air; or the defects of surface premixed combustion, use limitation and the like are overcome, so that the safety and the combustion efficiency of combustion equipment are improved, and the fire barrel is made of novel high-temperature-resistant materials and the like; a combustion device which can be used in a large number of kilns; the technology can fully mix and burn fuel gas and combustion air, the flame temperature is 263 ℃ higher than that of the conventional diffusion type combustion flame, carbon monoxide in the flue gas is 0, meanwhile, the actual measurement of the oxygen content in the flue gas is only 1.8%, and the oxygen content is reduced by 7.4%; the waste heat emission is reduced, the temperature rising speed is improved by 18 percent, and the fuel gas is saved by 20.68 percent.

In order to facilitate the gas and the air to be fully mixed, the pre-mixer 5 is positioned below the gas inlet 1-1 and is communicated with the gas inlet 1-1.

As can be seen from the experimental data shown in the first and second tables, the technical scheme of the invention can ensure that the fuel gas and the combustion air are fully mixed and combusted, the flame temperature is 263 ℃ higher than that of the conventional diffusion combustion flame, the carbon monoxide in the flue gas is 0, and meanwhile, the actual measurement of the oxygen content in the flue gas is only 1.8 percent, and the oxygen content is reduced by 7.4 percent; the waste heat emission is reduced, the temperature rising speed is improved by 18 percent, and the fuel gas is saved by 20.68 percent, so that the invention not only saves energy, but also reduces the environmental pollution.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, an ignition needle and a flame detector extend into a fire barrel through holes of the ignition needle and the flame detector; the whole is firmly installed through the supporting frame, then the gas proportional valve and the air valve are adjusted according to the optimal mixing ratio (the ratio during full combustion) of the gas and the air, so that the mixing ratio of the gas and the air is controlled to enter the pre-mixer, the gas and the air flowing through the pre-mixer reach a certain optimal mixing ratio, so that the mixed gas can be fully combusted in the fire barrel, and the rest phenomena of possible insufficient combustion caused by errors or other reasons are further reduced or reduced after being processed by the post-mixer, so that the energy consumption and the waste gas emission are reduced while the combustion efficiency is effectively improved, and the environment is protected to the maximum extent.
