secondly, when the small hydraulic telescopic rod 21 is contracted, the small hydraulic telescopic rod 21 pushes the push rod 25 upwards through the linkage rod 9, the push rod 25 pushes the first piston block 8 upwards, the first piston block 8 presses air in the piston air cylinder 7 out from the air outlet pipe head 53 and guides the air into the air cavity 14 through the air pipe 10, then the second piston block 15 in the air chamber 14 slides downward due to the increase of the air pressure, the top ring 16 is pushed downward by the ejector pin 54, the top ring 16 is translated downward to press the rubber-filled ring 24, because the rubber filling ring 24 is a compressible elastic hollow body, the rubber filling ring can be conveniently expanded and extended transversely after being compressed, further tightly push the inner wall of the connecting cylinder 2 for resealing, when the small hydraulic telescopic rod 21 extends and resets, the first piston block 8 is pulled to descend and reset through the linkage rod 9, so that the piston air cylinder 7 sucks air from the outside through the first one-way air valve 6 again;
