Referring to fig. 1, the ecological enclosure 100 in the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a support frame 110, a planting frame 120 and a sprinkler system 130.
The support frame 110 can support the planting frame 120 and the sprinkler 130, and is generally made of metal material, so that it is not easy to deform and has higher support stability. Specifically, in this embodiment, the planting frame 120 and the sprinkler system 130 are both detachably mounted to the support frame 110. In use, the support frame 110 is fixedly mounted about a construction site. Specifically, the concrete foundation 200 may be poured along the periphery of the construction site, and then the supporting frame 110 may be fixedly mounted on the concrete foundation 200.
Generally, the support frame 110 is detachably mounted to the concrete foundation 200 by means of screw fastening or the like. Also, various portions of the support frame 110 may be detachable. After the construction at the previous construction site is completed, the planting frame 120 and the sprinkler irrigation system 130 can be detached from the support frame 110, and then the support frame 110 is detached and disassembled into a plurality of parts to be detached and transported away, so as to be assembled, installed and used again at the next construction site. Thus, the ecological fence 100 can be repeatedly used, so that the construction cost of urban construction projects can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the supporting frame 110 includes a vertical column 111 and a supporting rod 112. Wherein:
the upright posts 111 are multiple and arranged at intervals. Also, each upright 111 extends in a first direction. The first direction refers to the vertical direction shown in fig. 2. A plurality of columns 111 are typically spaced circumferentially about the job site. As a framework of the support frame 110, the columns 111 are columnar structures having high support strength, and may be hollow steel columns. Thus, the support strength is ensured, and meanwhile, the support structure has smaller mass.
The supporting rods 112 are also plural, and each supporting rod 112 extends in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The second direction refers to the horizontal direction shown in fig. 2. Similarly, the support rods 112 are required to have high support strength and may be flat steel. Further, a plurality of support bars 112 are disposed at intervals in the first direction and detachably mounted to the column 111. Thus, the plurality of columns 111 and the plurality of support rods 112 are crossed with each other and supported with each other, and the structural strength of the support frame 110 is high. The support rod 112 and the upright 111 can be connected through a threaded fastener, so that the disassembly is convenient.
In addition, the bottom of the upright 111 is provided with a mounting plate (not shown), and the main body of the upright 111 extends perpendicular to the surface of the mounting plate. A plurality of screw holes are formed in the mounting plate to facilitate the installation of the upright posts 111 on the concrete foundation 200 in a threaded fastening manner.
Further, in the present embodiment, the supporting rods 112 are mounted on two opposite sides of the plurality of upright columns 111, and the supporting rods 112 on the two sides are connected by the cross-brace 113. The supporting rods 112 can be used as carriers of the planting frame 120, and therefore, the supporting rods 112 are arranged on both sides of the upright 111, which is beneficial to increasing the installation positions of the planting frame 120 and is beneficial to keeping the balance of both sides of the supporting frame 110.
The cross brace 113 may be a steel bar with a smaller diameter, and two ends of the cross brace may be respectively inserted into the two support rods 112 at two sides of the upright 111 and locked by nuts or buckles. The wale 113 can further enhance the supporting strength of the support frame 110. When the support frame 110 is removed, the wale 113 may be removed first.
In order to improve the stability of the installation of the supporting frame 110, please refer to fig. 1 again, in this embodiment, the ecological fence 140 further includes a stay cable 140. The stay cable 140 may be a wire rope having a mounting structure provided at one end thereof. One end of the stay cable 140 is pre-fixed to the pillar 111, and the other end is fixed to the bottom surface by a mounting structure and a threaded fastener. Thus, the stay cable 140 can provide an oblique supporting force to the support frame 110, so that the support frame 110 has a stronger anti-toppling capability.
The planting frame 120 is provided with a plurality of planting frames 120, and green plants can be planted in each planting frame 120. The planting frame 120 is generally a box-shaped structure having an opening for receiving soil or other types of culture media. The planting frame 120 is required to have good corrosion resistance because it is required to be frequently contacted with soil and water. Therefore, the planting frame 120 may be formed of a material having high durability, such as resin, plastic, and PVC (Polyvinyl chloride).
The plurality of planting frames 120 are installed at the support frame 110, and the plurality of planting frames 120 are arranged in a plane on the support frame 110. Specifically, the plurality of planting frames 120 may be regularly or irregularly distributed on the support frame 110 as long as the plurality of planting frames 120 are not arranged in a line. In this way, the plurality of planting frames 120 may form a planar structure on the supporting frame 110, thereby serving as a barrier and isolation.
Furthermore, after the green plants are planted in the planting frame 120, a three-dimensional greening wall can be formed on the supporting frame 110. So, not only make ecological rail 100's appearance pleasing to the eye, and utilize the absorption of green plant to the dust and to the separation effect of noise, can also realize removing dust and fall the noise. Therefore, the ecological fence 100 can protect safety, prevent and control air pollution, noise pollution and environmental landscape, and the protection effect is better than that of the traditional enclosure system.
In this embodiment, the planting frames 120 are installed on opposite sides of the support frame 110. That is, a greening wall may be formed at both sides of the support frame 110, thereby forming two partitions. Therefore, the protection, noise reduction and dust removal effects of the ecological fence 100 can be further improved.
Specifically, the supporting rods 112 are disposed on two opposite sides of the supporting frame 110 in this embodiment, so the planting frame 120 can be installed on the supporting rods 112 on two sides.
In this embodiment, the planting frame 120 is detachably mounted to the support frame 110. Accordingly, the planting frames 120 can be detached from the support frame 110 when the ecological fence 100 is transferred from a previous construction site to a next construction site, thereby preventing the planting frames 120 from being damaged during transportation. Meanwhile, if one of the planting frames 120 is damaged in the using process, the planting frame can be replaced conveniently.
Further, referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, hooks 121 are disposed on the planting frames 120, and each planting frame 120 is hung on the supporting rod 112 through the hook 121. The opening of the hook 121 faces downwards, and the hook 121 is hung on the support rod 112 from top to bottom, so that the planting frame 120 can be installed. Therefore, the disassembly and assembly efficiency of the planting frame 120 is high.
In the present embodiment, the plurality of planting frames 120 are distributed on the support frame 110 in a matrix form of a plurality of rows and columns. That is, the plurality of planting frames 120 are regularly arranged on the support frame 110 in a matrix form, which brings the following two advantages: firstly, the installation is convenient; secondly, the formed three-dimensional greening wall is more beautiful as a whole.
Obviously, in other embodiments, the plurality of planting frames 120 may be distributed on the supporting frame 110 in other manners or irregular arrangement manners, as long as the plurality of planting frames 120 can form a planar distribution.
Further, in this embodiment, the planting frames 120 in two adjacent rows are nested. The nesting means that the bottom of the planting frame 120 of the upper layer (closer to the bottom of the supporting frame 110) extends into the planting frame 120 of the lower layer, so that the upper and lower layers of planting frames 120 are partially overlapped. Thus, the planar structure formed by the planting frames 120 on the supporting frame 110 is more compact, so that the protection and isolation effects of the ecological fence 100 can be further improved.
Referring also to fig. 4, the sprinkler system 130 includes a drip irrigation assembly 131 and a spray assembly 132. More specifically, the sprinkler system 130 generally further includes filters, solenoid valves, booster pumps, etc. to effect the supply of water to the drip irrigation assembly 131 and the spray assembly 132. The drip irrigation assembly 131 includes a drip irrigation head 1311, and the drip irrigation head 1311 is used for drip irrigation of the plurality of planting frames 120 by the drip irrigation head 1311. Thus, the normal growth of the green plants in the planting frame 120 can be ensured.
The spray assembly 132 includes a plurality of spray heads 1321 that are capable of spraying. The water mist sprayed from the spray head 1321 can adsorb dust, so that the dust removal effect can be further improved. Moreover, the water mist sprayed from the spray head 1321 can also wash the leaves of the green plants. So, can in time wash away the dust on green plant surface, make green plant keep lasting adsorption efficiency.
Because the mist is able to fall under gravity, the sprayer assembly 132 is generally disposed on top of the support frame 110, and the direction of the spray from the head 1321 is generally in a diagonally upward direction. So, spun water smoke can form the water curtain when subsiding from the top down to can promote the probability of contact with dust in the air, with further improvement dust removal effect.
Referring to fig. 3 again, in the present embodiment, the bottom of each planting frame 120 is provided with a drainage hole 123, the drip irrigation head 1311 is disposed on the top of the supporting frame 110, and the plurality of drip irrigation heads 1311 drip irrigation to the row of planting frames 120 on the top of the supporting frame 110.
The excess water in the planting frame 120 of the previous layer can be discharged through the water discharge hole 123 and flows into the planting frame 120 of the next layer. Therefore, the drip irrigation head 1311 only needs to drop enough moisture into the top planting frames 120, and the excess moisture can flow into the next row of planting frames 120 through the drainage holes 123 in sequence until the moisture is distributed to all the planting frames 120. As such, the drip irrigation assemblies 131 need only be located at the top of the support frame 110, the number of drip emitters 1311 can be significantly reduced, and the number of piping in the nozzle system 130 can be correspondingly reduced, which will allow for a simpler construction and more convenient assembly of the ecological fence 100.
Moreover, to facilitate installation of the drip irrigation assembly 131, the support frame 110 further includes a lateral mounting plate 114. A transverse mounting plate 114 is removably attached to the top of the upright 111 and is aligned with the direction of extension of the support bar 112. Drip irrigation assembly 131 and spray assembly 132 may be mounted on lateral mounting plate 114.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4 again, in the present embodiment, the sprinkler irrigation system 130 includes a water collection tank 133 disposed at the bottom of the supporting frame 110 and a purification device 134 connected to the water collection tank 133, and a water outlet of the purification device 134 is connected to the drip irrigation assembly 131 and the spray assembly 132.
Specifically, the water collecting groove 133 may be a U-shaped metal or plastic groove-shaped structure, and the extending direction thereof is the same as the extending direction of the supporting rod 112. The drip emitter 1311 drips excess water and drops of condensed water from the spray fall are collected by the water collection sump 133. The purification device 134 then purifies the collected water and redistributes the purified water to the drip irrigation module 131 and the spray module 132 for drip irrigation or spraying.
On the one hand, the water recycling can be realized, the water is saved, and the waste is avoided. On the other hand, the excess water is collected, which can prevent the water flow formed in the construction site, thereby avoiding the pollution of the materials of the construction site and ensuring the dryness of the construction site.
In the ecological fence 100, the support frame 110 may be fixedly installed around a construction site, and the plurality of planting frames 120 are arranged in a plane on the support frame 110, thereby functioning as a barrier and an insulator. Moreover, green plants can be planted in the planting frame 120 to form a three-dimensional greening wall. So, not only make ecological rail appearance pleasing to the eye, and utilize the absorption of green plant to the dust and to the separation effect of noise, can also realize removing dust and fall the noise. In addition, the sprinkler irrigation system 130 performs drip irrigation on the plurality of planting frames 120 through the drip irrigation head 1311, so that the normal growth of green plants in the planting frames 120 can be ensured. And spray by shower nozzle 1321, then not only can further remove dust, can also wash the blade of green plant for the green plant keeps lasting adsorption efficiency. Therefore, the protection effect of the ecological fence 100 is better.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
