This embodiment provides a fabric with an open mesh structure, comprising a face layer, a bottom layer, a connecting layer, and a jacquard layer.
The surface layer comprises a plurality of first yarns, the surface layer is formed by interweaving the first yarns, a plurality of mesh structures are formed on the surface layer, each mesh structure comprises a plurality of open meshes and a plurality of closed meshes, and the open meshes are circular, oval, crescent or polygonal.
The mesh structures are arranged in parallel, and the length of each mesh structure is the same, and is gradually changed or alternately changed.
Each mesh structure is internally provided with a diversion trench, the diversion trench is in an open state in the open mesh, and the diversion trench is in a closed state in the closed mesh.
The bottom layer is arranged below the surface layer and comprises a plurality of second yarns, the colors of the second yarns are at least one, and the bottom layer is formed by the second yarns in a crossed weaving mode.
The connecting layer is arranged between the surface layer and the bottom layer and comprises a plurality of third yarns, and the third yarns are woven in a crossed mode to form the connecting layer and are used for connecting the surface layer and the bottom layer.

Claims (11)

1. A fabric having an open mesh structure, comprising:
the surface layer comprises a plurality of first yarns, the surface layer is formed by interweaving the first yarns, a plurality of mesh structures are formed on the surface layer, and each mesh structure comprises a plurality of open meshes and a plurality of closed meshes;
the bottom layer is arranged below the surface layer and comprises a plurality of second yarns, and the second yarns are interwoven to form the bottom layer;
the connecting layer is arranged between the surface layer and the bottom layer and comprises a plurality of third yarns, and the third yarns are interwoven to form the connecting layer and are used for connecting the surface layer and the bottom layer;
a jacquard layer comprising a plurality of fourth yarns interwoven and forming a jacquard layer on the face layer and/or the bottom layer.
2. A fabric having an open cell structure according to claim 1, wherein channels are provided in each of the cell structures.
3. The fabric having an open mesh structure of claim 2, wherein the channels are open in the open mesh and the channels are closed in the closed mesh.
4. The fabric having an open mesh structure of claim 1, wherein the second yarn has at least one yarn color.
5. A web having an open cell structure according to claim 1, wherein the individual cells are arranged parallel to one another.
6. The fabric having an open mesh structure of claim 1, wherein each of the mesh structures is of the same length, of a graduated length, or of an alternating length.
7. The fabric having an open cell structure according to claim 1, wherein the open cell shape is one or a combination of two or more of a circular shape, an oval shape, and a crescent shape.
8. A method of making a fabric having an open mesh structure according to claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:
s1, setting a guide bar: selecting a machine for weaving, wherein the machine at least comprises 8 guide bars, and the 8 guide bars are sequentially arranged into a ground guide bar GB1, a ground guide bar GB2, a jacquard guide bar JB1.1, a jacquard guide bar JB1.2, a jacquard guide bar JB2.1, a jacquard guide bar JB2.2, a ground guide bar GB5 and a ground guide bar GB6 from a front needle bed to a back needle bed;
s2, warping; ground guide bars GB1, GB2, jacquard guide bars JB1.1, JB1.2, JB2.1, JB2.2, ground guide bars GB5 and GB6 are warped to contain one or more than two of nylon, CD, terylene and spandex;
s3, threading: the ground guide bar GB1 is threaded on the machine platform in a full-threading mode, the ground guide bar GB2 is threaded on the machine platform in a 2-threading 1-empty mode, the jacquard guide bar JB1.1, the jacquard guide bar JB1.2, the jacquard guide bar JB2.1 and the jacquard guide bar JB2.2 are all threaded on the machine platform in a 1-threading 1-empty mode, and the ground guide bar GB5 and the ground guide bar GB6 are all threaded on the machine platform in a full-threading mode;

9. A method of making a fabric having an open mesh structure according to claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:
s1, setting a guide bar: selecting a machine table for weaving, wherein the machine table at least comprises 6 guide bars, and the 6 guide bars are sequentially arranged as a ground guide bar GB1, a ground guide bar GB2, a jacquard guide bar JB1.1, a jacquard guide bar JB1.2, a ground guide bar GB3 and a ground guide bar GB4 from a front needle bed to a back needle bed;
s2, warping; ground guide bars GB1, GB2, jacquard guide bars JB1.1, JB1.2, ground guide bars GB3 and GB4 are warped to contain one or more than two of chinlon, CD, terylene and spandex;
s3, threading: the ground guide bar GB1 is threaded on the machine platform in a full-threading mode, the ground guide bar GB2 is threaded on the machine platform in a 2-threading-1-empty mode, the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 and the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 are all threaded on the machine platform in a 1-threading-1-empty mode, and the ground guide bar GB3 and the ground guide bar GB4 are all threaded on the machine platform in a full-threading mode;

s1, setting a guide bar: selecting a machine table for weaving, wherein the machine table at least comprises 7 guide bars, and the 7 guide bars are sequentially arranged as a ground guide bar GB1, a ground guide bar GB2, a jacquard guide bar JB1.1, a jacquard guide bar JB1.2, a ground guide bar GB3, a ground guide bar GB4 and a ground guide bar GB5 from a front needle bed to a back needle bed;
s2, warping; ground guide bar GB1, GB2, jacquard guide bar JB1.1, JB1.2, ground guide bar GB3, GB4, GB5 warping contains one or more than two of chinlon, CD, terylene and spandex combination;
