技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗污抗静电弹性外墙涂料及其制备方法,属于多功能涂料领域。
背景技术
传统的外墙乳胶漆属薄涂产品,具有造价低、易翻新、易施工、色彩丰富等优点,但使用一定时间后存在会暴露墙体缺陷(开裂、泛碱)、积尘等问题,因此应用越来越少,80%以上已被仿石涂料取代。
外墙涂料按照原料和制备方法的不同,可分为本征型抗静电和掺杂型抗静电两种。本征型抗静电涂料是以导电聚合物为成膜物质,由于成本高,技术不成熟等限制了其使用;掺杂型抗静电涂料是以绝缘的有机聚合物作为主要成膜物质,均匀地渗入导电填料,利用导电填料的导电作用制成抗静电涂料。传统的导电材料多以碳系(如石墨、炭黑和碳纤维)、金属(如银、铜、镍、锌及铁合金)、金属氧化物等为主要导电填料。大多数颜色较深,不易分散,电性能不稳定,使用受限,难以满足现代涂料的装饰要求。
另外,为提高涂层的抗脏污性能,传统的方法是改变涂层的表面张力,一种方向亲水、一种方向亲油,但无法改变涂层对灰尘的吸附。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种抗污抗静电弹性外墙涂料及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的一种抗污抗静电弹性外墙涂料,按重量份计,包括以下原料:乳液30-50份,有机硅树脂3-10份,钛白粉15-25份,镀银包覆导电材料3-10份,抗静电剂3-5份,纳米氧化锌5-10份,纳米二氧化硅3-5份,填料5-10份,助剂1-2份,色浆0-10份,丙二醇5-10份,水2-10份。
进一步的,所述乳液采用弹性纯丙乳液、丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯乳液、硅丙乳液中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述有机硅树脂采用甲氧基聚硅氧烷或甲基甲氧基聚硅氧烷。

按配方重量计,先把水加入分散缸中,搅拌下加入丙二醇、助剂、钛白粉、填料、纳米二氧化硅,高速分散15-30分钟至细度达到50μm后,中速下加入乳液、有机硅树脂、镀银包覆导电材料、抗静电剂、纳米氧化锌,根据需要加入色浆,调节粘度即得所述抗污抗静电弹性外墙涂料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明选用介电常数较大、价格较低和颜色较浅的物质,如玻璃微珠、滑石粉作为芯核,以金属银作为表面包覆物通过化学电镀制成导电离子,用作导电填料,具有超强的导电性。
2、本发明的纳米氧化锌和纳米二氧化硅具有辅助导电功能,同时二者可以反射紫外光和红外线,可降低涂层表面温度,反射隔热,并提高涂层的热老化性能。
3、本发明的有机硅树脂具有良好的渗透性,能渗入基层与硅酸盐反应产生化学锚固作用,提高涂层附着力和涂层的透气性,同时提高体系的pH,降低VOC排放。同时,有机硅树脂进一步提高了涂层的耐脏污耐老化性能。
