1. A high strength paper tray, comprising:
the supporting plate comprises a supporting plate and a plurality of corner posts which are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate in a matrix manner;
the supporting plate is provided with a supporting layer, and a protective layer is coated on the outer side of the supporting layer;
the corner post is provided with a corner post sleeve with an open top and a cuboid cavity structure and an inner supporting plate group fixed inside the corner post sleeve;
the corner column sleeve is provided with a corner column bottom plate, a first corner column side plate formed by bending one group of edges opposite to the corner column bottom plate by 90 degrees and a second corner column side plate formed by bending the other group of edges opposite to the corner column bottom plate by 90 degrees, the end part of the second corner column side plate close to the first corner column side plate is bent inwards by 90 degrees to form a corner column connecting plate, and the outer side of the corner column connecting plate is fixedly bonded with the inner side of the first corner column side plate;
the inner supporting plate group is formed by laminating and bonding a plurality of inner supporting plates.
2. The high strength paper tray of claim 1, wherein:
the inner supporting plates are corrugated paper boards, the inner supporting plate groups are formed by bonding a plurality of corrugated paper boards, and the inner supporting plates in the inner supporting plate groups are perpendicular to the corner post bottom plates;
the supporting layer is a honeycomb paperboard, and the protective layer is a waterproof paperboard.
3. The high strength paper tray of claim 1, wherein: and waterproof coatings are arranged on the outer sides of the protective layer and the corner post sleeve.
4. A process for making a high strength paper tray as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
preparing a supporting plate, namely selecting a honeycomb paperboard as a supporting layer, cutting the honeycomb paperboard according to the size, fixing and coating a protective layer on the outer part of the honeycomb paperboard through an adhesive, and drying the honeycomb paperboard for later use;
preparing a corner post, namely laminating and bonding a plurality of inner supporting plates into an inner supporting plate group for later use, cutting a semi-finished corner post sleeve according to the size specification of the inner supporting plate group, brushing glue on one side of the semi-finished corner post sleeve, bonding and molding the semi-finished corner post sleeve and the inner supporting plate group by using a corner post forming machine, and drying for later use;
positioning the corner posts, and marking the mounting positions of the corner posts at the bottom of the supporting plate in a code spraying manner;
mounting a tray, and sequentially bonding the corner posts at the bottom of the supporting plate according to the marked positions at the bottom of the supporting plate;
pre-drying, namely stacking the mounted trays from bottom to top in sequence, applying pressure downwards on the top of the tray at the top, and naturally drying;
and (5) drying and forming, namely conveying the pre-dried tray into drying equipment to finish drying.
5. The high strength paper tray of claim 4, wherein in the step of predrying, a pressure of 15-25N is applied downwards on the top of the uppermost tray and is maintained for 5-12 h.
6. The high-strength paper tray as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step of drying and forming is to send the pre-dried tray into a microwave drying device for drying, the microwave output power is 90-110 kw, and the drying time is 1-1.5 min.
7. The high strength paper tray of claim 4, wherein the corner post forming machine comprises:
the middle part of the forming pipe is provided with a channel matched with the corner post, the forming pipe is provided with a feeding end and a discharging end, and the periphery of the feeding end is provided with a lug corresponding to the corner post connecting plate;
the heating mechanism is coated on the outer side of the forming pipe and used for heating the forming pipe, and is provided with a top heating plate arranged at the top of the forming pipe and side heating plates arranged on two sides of the forming pipe;
the push plate corresponds to the feeding end;
and the pushing mechanism drives the push plate to be close to or far away from the feeding end.

The high strength paper tray of claim 7, wherein: the supporting frame is arranged on the outer side of the forming pipe, a top pressing plate is arranged on the top heating plate, side pressing plates are arranged on the outer sides of the side heating plates, the top pressing plates, the side pressing plates and the supporting frame are connected through detachable supporting mechanisms, the detachable supporting mechanisms are provided with screw rods, the screw rods penetrate through the supporting frame, and the screw rods on the two sides of the supporting frame are fixed through fastening nuts.
