本发明涉及运输设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种危废车辆胎压监测方式。
背景技术
带有胎压监测***的车载终端的主要技术在通过车载终端进行显示、查询胎压监测相关信息。通常情况下,胎压监测***的显示和查询都是在其自带的显示设备上,但是如此则需要在驾驶室内仪表台上布置该显示设备,以保证驾驶室可方便操作及查询。
这对驾驶室内操作空间要求较大,安装布置该显示设备后,不仅需要保证驾驶员可便捷操作,而且要保证不影响驾驶室及驾驶员的操作视野。并且,安装布置该显示设备后会导致驾驶室仪表台上方的显示设备过多,需要驾驶员铭记每一个功能的操作位置在哪里,无形中提高了对驾驶员的素质及记忆力的要求,并在一定程度上误导驾驶员的正确操作,大大降低整车的行车安全性。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决背景技术中存在的不足,所以本发明公开了一种危废车辆胎压监测方式。
技术方案:一种危废车辆胎压监测方式,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:设置数个编完号的胎压传感器并将其对应筛入危废车辆的数个车胎内,以对危废车辆的数个车胎胎压值进行检测;
S2:设置数据上传模块将其与数个胎压传感器连接,以将数个胎压传感器所检测的车胎值上传至危废车辆车载平台;
S3:在车载***内设置车胎胎压值显示模块,以对上传模块所上传的各个车胎胎压值进行显示;
S4:设置后台监控平台并将其与车载***通过网络传输模块连接,以将危废车辆车载平台所显示的各个车胎胎压值进行监测显示;
S5:设置数个报警器并将其对应的安装在危废车辆的数个车轱辘上,若车胎胎压值低于固定阈值时,相应的报警器发出报警声。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述显示模块内包括有多个显示单元。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述车载平台内还设置有历史查询模块,用于查取各个车胎的历史车胎胎压值。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述网络传输模块采用4G网络模块/5G网络模块。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述危废车辆车胎数量、胎压传感器、报警器和显示单元的数量相一致。

S4:设置后台监控平台并将其与车载***通过网络传输模块连接,以将危废车辆车载平台所显示的各个车胎胎压值进行监测显示;
S5:设置数个报警器并将其对应的安装在危废车辆的数个车轱辘上,若车胎胎压值低于固定阈值时,相应的报警器发出报警声。

S2:设置数据上传模块将其与数个胎压传感器连接,以将数个胎压传感器所检测的车胎值上传至危废车辆车载平台;
S3:在车载***内设置车胎胎压值显示模块,以对上传模块所上传的各个车胎胎压值进行显示;
S4:设置后台监控平台并将其与车载***通过网络传输模块连接,以将危废车辆车载平台所显示的各个车胎胎压值进行监测显示;
S5:设置数个报警器并将其对应的安装在危废车辆的数个车轱辘上,若车胎胎压值低于固定阈值时,相应的报警器发出报警声。
