The tool handle overmolding apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the workpiece-holding indexing device comprises: a three-dimensional electric sliding table and a clamping assembly; the clamping assembly includes: the lower end of the clamping seat is detachably connected with the clamping cover at the upper end of the clamping seat; three-dimensional electronic slip table includes: the lifting device comprises a front-back electric linear sliding table, a left-right electric linear sliding table, a lifting electric linear sliding table and a lifting linear sliding table, wherein the front-back electric linear sliding table and the front-back electric linear sliding table are arranged in parallel; the left and right electric linear sliding tables are provided with two sliding blocks; the lower end of the lifting electric linear sliding table is connected with one sliding block of the left-right electric linear sliding table, and the lower end of the lifting electric linear sliding table is connected with the other sliding block of the left-right electric linear sliding table; two ends of the clamping seat are connected with the sliding blocks of the lifting electric linear sliding table and the sliding blocks of the lifting linear sliding table in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the lower end of the clamping cover and the upper end of the clamping seat are surrounded to form a plurality of clamping holes which are arranged in the left-right direction.

The tool handle secondary injection molding device as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the upper lower mold is provided with a positioning recess on each of the left and right sides of the upper end thereof, and the upper mold is provided with a positioning protrusion on each of the left and right sides of the lower end thereof, the positioning protrusion being adapted to the positioning recess.

A tool handle overmolding process using the tool handle overmolding apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 6; the device is characterized in that (1) the using sections of the tools with the number equal to or less than that of the clamping holes are sequentially placed in the clamping holes of the clamping and indexing device from right to left, and the lower end of the clamping cover and the upper end of the clamping seat are connected to clamp the using sections; (2) the three-dimensional electric sliding table drives the clamping assembly to move, so that a handle core section of a first tool on the right side is placed in the one-time injection molding cavity, the upper mold lifting device drives the upper mold to descend, and the rear end of the using section is located in the accommodating hole; hard plastic is extruded from the first injection molding port and injected into the one-time injection molding cavity to complete one-time injection molding of the handle of the first tool; (3) the upper die lifting device drives the upper die to ascend, the three-dimensional electric sliding table drives the clamping assembly to move, so that a handle core section of a first tool on the right side is placed in the secondary injection molding first-color injection molding cavity, the upper die lifting device drives the upper die to descend, and the rear end of the using section is located in the containing hole; extruding the first-color TPE soft rubber from the second injection molding port and injecting the first-color TPE soft rubber into the second-injection molding first-color injection molding cavity to complete the second-injection molding first-color injection molding of the handle of the first tool; the upper side of the handle side wall after the secondary injection molding and the first color injection molding is provided with trademark character depressions; (4) the upper die lifting device drives the upper die to ascend, the three-dimensional electric sliding table drives the clamping assembly to move, so that the handle core section of the first tool on the right side is placed in the secondary injection molding second color injection molding cavity, the upper die lifting device drives the upper die to descend, and the rear end of the using section is located in the containing hole; extruding second-color TPE soft rubber from a third injection molding port and injecting the second-color TPE soft rubber into a second-color injection molding cavity for secondary injection molding, so as to complete secondary injection molding of the trademark character concave part of the handle of the first tool; (5) the handles of the other tools move rightwards along with the handle of the first tool in sequence, and the first injection molding, the second injection molding of the first color injection molding and the second injection molding of the trademark character position of the handles of the tools are completed one by one.
7. A tool handle overmolding process according to claim 6 wherein the trademark characters have a depth of 1.5mm to 2 mm.
