Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of PET waste discharge, in particular to a PET waste discharge device and a PET waste discharge method.
Background
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is prepared by exchanging dimethyl terephthalate with ethylene glycol or esterifying terephthalic acid with ethylene glycol to synthesize dihydroxy ethyl terephthalate, and then performing polycondensation reaction. PET belongs to crystalline saturated polyester, is milk white or light yellow and highly crystalline polymer, and has smooth and glossy surface. PET is low in price, has the characteristics of excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, high mechanical strength and the like, and is widely used in the fields of synthetic polyester fiber and film manufacturing, civil blow molding and the like. The PET protective film material is transparent and colorless, the surface of the PET protective film material is hardened, the surface hardening value of the common PET protective film material is between 3H and 4H according to different production places, the better the surface hardening is, and the stronger the wear resistance is.
In the application of the PET original film, it is necessary to discharge waste from the PET original film by the PET protective film. As shown in fig. 1, the existing PET waste discharging device includes a first rubber roller 1, a first cutting die 2, a second cutting die 3, a second rubber roller 4, a first steel roller 5, a second steel roller 6, a third steel roller 7, a fourth steel roller 8, a first PET original film 9, and a second PET original film 10. In the prior art, the first waste 13 generated when the first PET original film 9 is punched needs to be discharged by the first PET protective film 11, and the second waste 14 generated when the second PET protective film 12 is punched for the second PET original film 10 is discharged, namely, the waste discharge is completed by 2 PET protective films in the traditional process, so that the product cost is high.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a PET waste discharging apparatus and a PET waste discharging method to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide a PET waste discharge device and a PET waste discharge method to solve the problems that in the prior art, 2 PET protective films are needed to complete waste discharge and the product cost is high.
The invention provides a PET waste discharging device, comprising: the first rubber roll, the first cutting die, the second rubber roll, the first steel rod, the second steel rod, the third steel rod, the fourth steel rod, the first PET original film, the second PET original film, the PET protective film and the circular pressure rod; the first rubber roll, the first cutting die, the second cutting die and the second rubber roll are sequentially arranged along the horizontal direction, the first steel rod is positioned below the first rubber roll, the second steel rod is positioned below the first cutting die, the third steel rod is positioned below the second cutting die, the fourth steel rod is positioned below the second rubber roll, and the circular pressure rod is positioned between the second steel rod and the third steel rod; the first PET raw film is conveyed to a position between a first rubber roller and a first steel rod, a position between a first cutting die and a second steel rod, a position between a second cutting die and a third steel rod and a position between a second rubber roller and a fourth steel rod from one end of the first rubber roller and the first steel rod in sequence along the horizontal direction; the second PET original film is conveyed to a position between the second cutting die and the third steel rod and between the second rubber roller and the fourth steel rod from a position above one side of the second cutting die and forming an acute included angle; the PET protection film is from the position that one side below of second steel rod is the acute angle contained angle, in proper order to between first cutting die and the second steel rod, the below of circular depression bar to and carry between second cutting die and the third steel rod, with the first waste material of the former membrane of first PET of discharge and the second waste material of the former membrane of second PET.

As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a PET waste discharging device, including: the first rubber roll 1, the first cutting die 2, the second cutting die 3, the second rubber roll 4, the first steel rod 5, the second steel rod 6, the third steel rod 7, the fourth steel rod 8, the first PET original film 9, the second PET original film 10, the PET protective film 100 and the circular compression bar 101.
The structure comprises a first rubber roller 1, a first cutting die 2, a second cutting die 3 and a second rubber roller 4, wherein the first rubber roller 1, the first cutting die 2, the second cutting die 3 and the second rubber roller 4 are sequentially arranged along the horizontal direction, a first steel rod 5 is positioned below the first rubber roller 1, a second steel rod 6 is positioned below the first cutting die 2, a third steel rod 7 is positioned below the second cutting die 3, and a fourth steel rod 8 is positioned below the second rubber roller 4. In the invention, the circular pressing rod 101 is positioned between the second steel rod 6 and the third steel rod 7 and is used for changing the relative position between the PET protective film 100 and the first PET raw film 9, and the position of the circular pressing rod 101 can be adjusted, so that the pressing height of the circular pressing rod 101 can be adjusted according to actual conditions to change the relative positions of the first waste material 201 and the second waste material 202 on the PET protective film 100.
Specifically, the first PET original film 9 is sequentially conveyed from one end of the first rubber roll 1 and one end of the first steel rod 5 to the position between the first rubber roll 1 and the first steel rod 5, the position between the first cutting die 2 and the second steel rod 6, the position between the second cutting die 3 and the third steel rod 7, and the position between the second rubber roll 4 and the fourth steel rod 8 along the horizontal direction. The second PET original film 10 is conveyed to the position between the second cutting die 3 and the third steel roller 7 and between the second rubber roller 4 and the fourth steel roller 8 from the position of an acute included angle formed above one side of the second cutting die 3. In this embodiment, the first and second PET original films 9 and 10 have a thickness of 0.1 mm.
Specifically, the PET protection film 100 is sequentially conveyed between the first cutting die 2 and the second steel rod 6, below the circular compression bar 101, and between the second cutting die 3 and the third steel rod 7 from a position of an acute included angle formed below one side of the second steel rod 6, so as to discharge a first waste 201 of the first PET original film 9 and a second waste 202 of the second PET original film 10. In the present embodiment, the thickness of the PET protective film 100 is 0.05mm, and the adhesion of the PET protective film 100 is less than 30 gf/inch.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the sum of the diameters of the horizontally adjacent first scrap 201 and second scrap 202 discharged from the PET protective film 100 is less than half of the horizontal distance between the first scrap 201 and second scrap 202, i.e., L1+ L2< L/2. In the same L-region, first scrap 201 and second scrap 202 are non-overlapping.
In the present embodiment, the first scrap 201 and the second scrap 202 are regular or irregular.
Based on the PET waste discharge device, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a PET waste discharge method, including: the first PET original film 9 is conveyed between the first cutting die 2 and the second steel roller 6 through the first rubber roller 1 and the first steel roller 5. The first PET original film 9 is die-cut by the first cutting die 2 so that the first waste 201 of the first PET original film 9 is stuck to the PET protection film 100 (position a) and is discharged, and the developed view of position a is shown in fig. 3. The relative position of the PET protection film 100 and the first PET original film 9 is changed through the circular pressing rod 101, the second PET original film 10 is punched on the PET protection film 100 through the second cutting die 3, the PET protection film 100, the first waste material 201 and the second waste material 202 are discharged below (at a position B) between the third steel rod 7 and the fourth steel rod 8, and the development view at the position B is shown in figure 4. According to the invention, 1 PET protective film is used for the second time, so that the function of improving the first 2 PET protective films is realized, and the cost is saved.

the first PET raw film (9) is conveyed between the first rubber roller (1) and the first steel rod (5), between the first cutting die (2) and the second steel rod (6), between the second cutting die (3) and the third steel rod (7) and between the second rubber roller (4) and the fourth steel rod (8) in sequence along the horizontal direction from one end of the first rubber roller (1) and one end of the first steel rod (5);
the second PET original film (10) is conveyed to a position between the second cutting die (3) and the third steel roller (7) and between the second rubber roller (4) and the fourth steel roller (8) from a position above one side of the second cutting die (3) and forming an acute included angle;
the PET protection film (100) is conveyed between the first cutting die (2) and the second steel rod (6) and below the circular pressing rod (101) and between the second cutting die (3) and the third steel rod (7) in sequence from the position of an acute included angle below one side of the second steel rod (6) to discharge first waste materials (201) of the first PET original film (9) and second waste materials (202) of the second PET original film (10).
