Further, a second fixing plate 1201 is arranged on the working platform 11, the second fixing plate 1201 is vertically arranged below the working platform 11, a sliding rail module 1202 is arranged on the second fixing plate 1201, a sliding block module 1203 is slidably arranged on the sliding rail module 1202, and the sliding block module 1203 is connected with the support 121; the support 121 is provided with a sixth driving source 1204 for driving the disassembling mechanism 12 to slide, and as a preferable embodiment, a servo motor is selected as the sixth driving source 1204.
It can be understood that, as a preferable technical solution, the disassembling process of the disassembling mechanism 12 requires a certain time, and in one embodiment of the present invention, only one machine body rotating mechanism 13 is provided, so as to reduce the waiting time of the operator and greatly improve the working efficiency.
Referring to fig. 8, the upper frame 110 is disposed on the working platform 11, and each control button 1101 (an emergency stop switch, a reset switch, a start button, a heating button, a vacuum switch, and the like), a sensor value display 1102 (a pressure sensor value display, a temperature controller), and a touch screen 1103 are further disposed on the upper frame 110. So as to be convenient for the operator to observe and operate.
A safety grating group 1104 is further arranged at the opening of the upper frame to ensure the personal safety of operators.
An electrical control system is also required to realize the above functions, such as a PLC, an industrial personal computer, a program, a circuit, an air circuit arrangement and the like, which can be realized by electrical control in the prior art, and will not be described in detail herein.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in actual operation, the specific process is as follows:
(1) the operator places the smart watch display screen down into the body carrier 122 and then pushes the handle 1234 to secure the smart watch.
(2) After an operator presses the start button 1101, the second driving source 1262 drives the display screen adsorption component 1250 to rise, the negative pressure adsorption component 1250 realizes negative pressure vacuum adsorption, and after the display screen adsorption component 1250 adsorbs and fixes the display screen, the display screen adsorption component 1250 and the machine body carrier 122 are heated simultaneously.
(3) After heating for a period of time, the first driving source 1242 drives the rotating module 124 to start to rotate repeatedly, and meanwhile, the pressure sensor 1259 measures the pressure generated by the profiling sucker 1251, and the maximum rotation angle of the rotating module 124 is 10 degrees; after disassembling, the rotation module 124 resets, and the second driving source 1262 drives the display screen adsorption component 1250 to descend for a certain distance at this moment, so as to ensure that the display screen and the machine body of the smart watch are completely disassembled.
(4) Then, the sixth driving source 1204 drives the detaching mechanism 12 to slide to the adsorption position of the body adsorption module 131, the fifth driving source 1312 drives the body adsorption module 131 to descend, the body profiling suction head 1310 starts negative pressure vacuum adsorption, and when the body profiling suction head 1310 adsorbs and fixes the smart watch body, the display screen adsorption assembly 1250 and the body adsorption module 131 simultaneously ascend to the top of the body carrier 122, so that the operator can further operate the smart watch.
(5) Next, the third driving source 1322 drives the third slider 1321 to slide for a distance, so that the display screen and the machine body of the smart watch are offset for a distance, at this time, the fourth driving source 1324 and the fifth driving source 1312 simultaneously drive the right-angle turntable 1323 and the machine body adsorption module 131 to rotate for a certain angle, preferably 70 degrees, so as to ensure that the smart watch is not damaged and the operation of an operator is facilitated, and finally the operator removes the flat cable between the display screen and the machine body in the smart watch and takes away the display screen and the machine body.
(6) After the disassembly is completed, the operator presses the reset button 1101 to reset the disassembly jig 10.
