Abstract

As shown in fig. 1-2, the material sheet conveying mechanism of an automobile punching system of the invention comprises a large arm 1 for conveying material sheets at equal intervals, wherein the large arm can realize multi-station material sheet synchronous conveying through one-time displacement, the inner side of the large arm is provided with a clamp 5 with adjustable position through a clamp position adjusting mechanism, the clamp is used for clamping the material sheets for conveying, the clamp position adjusting mechanism can move along the axial direction relative to the large arm 1, so as to drive the connected clamp 5 to move in the axial direction relative to the large arm 1, and after the material sheets are linearly moved from a position a to a front linear movement position B through the clamp by the large arm, the clamp position adjusting mechanism is operated, so that the clamp and the material sheets are moved backwards together to a position C; the position C is located between the position B and the position a, as shown in fig. 1.
The clamp position adjusting mechanism comprises a translation cylinder 2, and the translation cylinder is fixed on the large arm 1 through a mounting seat 3, as shown in fig. 2.
The two clamp position adjusting mechanisms are oppositely arranged on the large arm 1, so that the material sheets can be clamped at two ends of the material sheets by using the clamps, and when the large arm moves forwards, the material sheets are driven to move forwards along the product conveying direction, a plurality of material sheets are transferred at one time and placed on stations at equal intervals in different working procedures.
The clamps are arranged in the radial direction and are connected with an axially arranged connecting arm 4, and the axially arranged connecting arm is fixedly connected with a moving block driven by the translation cylinder 2.
The translation cylinder 2 is fixedly mounted on the large arm 1 through a corresponding mounting mechanism, and is mainly fixed on the inner side surface of the large arm through a mounting seat 3 mounted on the large arm or directly fixed, and the translation cylinder is not limited specifically.
The translation cylinder 2 is in relative position, and the clamp 5 is connected with a connecting arm 4 connected with a moving block connected with the front end of the piston rod.
During operation, the material piece is picked up in position A to the clamp on a station, then is transmitted to two stations by big arm 1 drive clamp 5, and the material piece is transmitted to position B, then 5 centre gripping material pieces of clamp are passed back to position C by position B under the drive of translation cylinder 2 to realize that traditional multistation is transmitted to position B from position A, change into and transmit position C by position A, and then realize production and fall this.
