A PAM automation device with a water break protection function comprises a main box body and an electric control cabinet, and is characterized in that the main box body comprises a configuration box, a curing box and a medicine storage box which are sequentially communicated, an overflow channel is arranged between the configuration box and the curing box, an overflow channel is arranged between the curing box and the medicine storage box, a water inlet pipeline is arranged on the configuration box, one end of the water inlet pipeline, which is far away from the configuration box, is a water inlet, a water flow switch, a water inlet electromagnetic valve and a flowmeter are sequentially arranged on the water inlet pipeline in a direction close to the configuration box, stirring machines are arranged on the configuration box, the curing box and the medicine storage box, a dry powder box for storing PAM dry powder is arranged on the configuration box, a dry powder conveyor is arranged on the dry powder box, and a premixer is arranged between the dry powder conveyor and the water inlet pipeline, the output end of the premixer is communicated to the inside of the configuration box, the medicine storage box is provided with a liquid level meter, the configuration box, the curing box and the medicine storage box are connected with a liquid outlet pipeline through a liquid outlet branch pipe, one end of the liquid outlet pipeline is a sewage discharge port, the other end of the liquid outlet pipeline is a medicine outlet, a second ball valve is arranged on the liquid outlet branch pipe connected with the configuration box, a third ball valve is arranged on the liquid outlet branch pipe connected with the curing box, a fourth ball valve is arranged on the liquid outlet branch pipe connected with the medicine storage box, a first ball valve is arranged on the liquid outlet pipeline close to the sewage discharge port, and a fifth ball valve is arranged on the liquid outlet pipeline close to the medicine outlet.
2. The PAM automation device with the function of water cut-off protection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water inlet pipeline is provided with a filter near the water inlet.
3. The PAM automation device with water break protection function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flow meter is a float flow meter.
4. The PAM automation device with water cut-off protection function as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the liquid level meter is a floating ball liquid level meter.

The PAM automation device with the water cut-off protection function as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the configuration box is provided with an overflow pipe, and one end of the overflow pipe far away from the configuration box is communicated with one side of the liquid outlet pipeline close to the sewage outlet.
6. The PAM automation device with the function of water cut-off protection as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a pressure reducing valve is arranged on the water inlet pipeline between the water flow switch and the water inlet solenoid valve.
7. The PAM automation device with water break protection function as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the filter is a Y-type filter.
8. The PAM automation device with the function of water cut-off protection as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that a level meter is arranged on the dry powder box.
9. The operating method of a PAM automation unit with water break protection as set forth in any of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, the whole device is divided into a manual working mode and an automatic working mode, wherein the manual working mode is used when the device is debugged, and the normal using state is the automatic working mode;
step two, when the machine is ready to start, firstly closing all ball valves, switching on water inlets, filling PAM dry powder in a dry powder box, switching a change-over switch of an electric control cabinet to an automatic mode, outputting a low liquid level signal by a liquid level meter when the water level is low, automatically opening a water inlet electromagnetic valve, enabling water flow to enter a configuration box after passing through a water inlet pipeline, and simultaneously starting stirring work by a stirrer;
step three, when the water level slowly rises to a middle liquid level, the liquid level meter outputs a middle liquid level signal, the electric control cabinet receives the middle liquid level signal, the dry powder conveyor starts to work, PAM dry powder in the dry powder box is conveyed into the premixer through a spiral pipeline on the dry powder conveyor and is premixed with clear water in a water inlet pipeline, then the wetted material enters the configuration box to be stirred and diluted and is configured according to the required concentration, in the preparation process, the water inlet quantity must be relatively stable under the observation of the flowmeter, so that the concentration of the prepared solution is constant in the whole working process, when the solution in the configuration box is more, the solution enters the curing box through an overflow channel, the solution is continuously stirred to be more fully mixed, the medicament is fully dissolved, the solution is prevented from precipitating, when the solution in the curing box is more, the solution enters the medicine storage box, the fourth ball valve and the fifth ball valve are opened, PAM liquid medicine in the medicine storage box flows out from the medicine outlet after passing through the liquid outlet branch pipe and the liquid outlet pipeline under the action of an external screw pump and is output to a medicine feeding point, so that a flocculant solution with required concentration is obtained;
step four, in the configuration process, the liquid level of the solution in the medicine storage box is continuously reduced until the liquid level reaches a middle liquid level, the liquid level meter outputs a middle liquid level signal, the electric control cabinet automatically opens the water inlet electromagnetic valve and the dry powder conveyor after receiving the middle liquid level signal, the medicine dispensing work is continuously started until a high liquid level signal is received, and the reciprocating circulation work is stopped;
step five, when the whole equipment normally runs, the external equipment is suddenly cut off, the electric control cabinet can process the water, within 10 seconds, under the condition that the water inlet electromagnetic valve is opened, the water flow switch does not receive a water inlet signal, namely the water cut-off condition occurs, the PLC system of the electric control cabinet can give a water cut-off alarm prompt and stop dispensing work until the water inlet signal is received and then the water cut-off is recovered;
and step six, when sewage is required to be discharged, closing the fifth ball valve, and opening the first ball valve, the second ball valve, the third ball valve and the fourth ball valve, so that the waste liquid medicine can flow out of the sewage discharge port.
