In this embodiment, the one-way valve 610 is disposed at the bottom edge of the casing 600 to cooperate with the bottom of the conical casing 600, so that the liquid in the casing 600 can smoothly flow out and is not easily accumulated in the casing 600.
Referring to fig. 25 to 27, another embodiment of the pressure relief device 10 of the present invention includes a centrifugal impeller 700 and an anti-blocking cover 800, wherein the centrifugal impeller 700 is capable of rotating around a predetermined axis; anti-blocking cover 800 covers and is established on centrifugal impeller 700, prevents that blocking cover 800 includes first bottom plate 810 and annular curb plate 820, and annular curb plate 820 is connected with first bottom plate 810 and extends to the side direction of first bottom plate 810 to form the holding chamber that is used for holding centrifugal impeller 700, is provided with a plurality of through-holes 821 on the annular curb plate 820, and through-hole 821 is used for keeping off the particulate matter in the gas-liquid mixture to the liquid that allows to separate from the gas-liquid mixture through centrifugal impeller 700 flows out through-hole 821.
In the embodiment of the invention, the anti-blocking cover 800 which comprises the centrifugal impeller 700 and is covered on the centrifugal impeller 700 is arranged, so that gas-liquid separation can be realized in the pressure release process through the rotation of the centrifugal impeller 700, the pressure release device 10 can continuously exhaust to release pressure, the uncovering time of the pressure cooker is effectively shortened, the safety is higher, particles in the gas-liquid mixture can be blocked through the anti-blocking cover 800, a bubble breaking effect can be realized, bubbles can be broken at a position far away from an air outlet of the pressure release device, the pot overflow phenomenon is reduced, part of liquid can not reach the air outlet, and the gas-liquid separation is facilitated.
The structure of the centrifugal impeller 700 is referred to the centrifugal impeller 100 in the above embodiment of the pressure relief device 10, and will not be described herein again.
Referring to fig. 28 and 29 together, in the present embodiment, the through hole 821 is a strip-shaped hole whose length direction is arranged parallel to the axis.
In the present embodiment, the number of the strip-shaped holes is plural, and the strip-shaped holes are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the annular side plate 820.
In the present embodiment, the width of the strip-shaped hole along the circumferential direction of the annular side plate 820 is 0.8mm to 3mm, for example, 0.8mm, 2mm, or 3 mm.
In this embodiment, the first base plate 810 is tapered such that liquid on the first base plate 810 collects toward the outer edge of the first base plate 810.
In the present embodiment, the included angle between the generatrix direction of the first base plate 810 and the reference plane perpendicular to the axis is 3 ° to 45 °, for example, 3 °, 20 °, or 45 °.

The specific structure of the pressure release device 10 is described in the above embodiments of the pressure release device, and is not described herein again.
According to the pressure release device 10, the centrifugal impeller and the upper cover are matched in structure, so that gas-liquid separation is realized during the process of pressure release by rotating the centrifugal impeller and the upper cover, the pressure release device can continuously exhaust gas to release pressure, the cover opening time of the pressure cooker is effectively shortened, and the safety is high.

Claims (10)

1. A pressure relief device, comprising:
the centrifugal impeller can rotate around a preset axis;
the cover is covered on the periphery of the centrifugal impeller and used for forming an isolation cavity, a flow guide part corresponding to the centrifugal impeller is arranged on the cover, one end of the flow guide part is communicated with the isolation cavity, the other end of the flow guide part is communicated with the outside of the cover, and a gas-liquid mixture flows into the isolation cavity and acts on the centrifugal impeller through the flow guide part under the action of the internal-external pressure difference of the cover, so that the centrifugal impeller is driven to rotate to realize gas-liquid separation of the gas-liquid mixture.
2. The pressure relief device of claim 1, wherein the centrifugal impeller comprises:
a base plate;
first blades provided on one main surface of the base plate for generating a centrifugal force during rotation of the centrifugal impeller to separate gas and liquid of the gas-liquid mixture;
and the second blades protrude out of the periphery of the bottom plate along the radial direction of the axis, and the gas-liquid mixture acts on the second blades so as to enable the centrifugal impeller to rotate.
3. The pressure relief device of claim 2, wherein the number of second vanes is less than the number of first vanes, and wherein the second vanes are attached to a portion of the first vanes.
4. The pressure relief device of claim 3, wherein each of the second vanes is connected to at least two of the first vanes, respectively, that are adjacently disposed in a circumferential direction of the axis.
5. The pressure relief device according to claim 2, further comprising an upper cover, wherein the upper cover is disposed on a side of the first vane away from the bottom plate, the housing is connected to the upper cover so that the centrifugal impeller is accommodated in the isolation cavity, the centrifugal impeller further comprises a first guide ring disposed on a side of the first vane away from the bottom plate, and the upper cover comprises a second guide ring radially disposed on an inner side of the first guide ring along the axis, so that the gas-liquid mixture flows to the first vane through a space between the first guide ring and the second guide ring, thereby achieving gas-liquid separation by a centrifugal force generated by the rotating first vane.
6. The pressure relief device according to claim 5, wherein the upper cover further comprises a main body plate and a gas outlet provided on the main body plate, the second deflector ring is provided on a main surface of a side of the main body plate facing the centrifugal impeller, the gas after gas-liquid separation of the gas-liquid mixture is discharged from the gas outlet, and the liquid after gas-liquid separation is discharged in a circumferential direction of the centrifugal impeller.

The pressure relief device of claim 6, wherein the upper cover further comprises a third flow guide ring disposed on the main surface of the main body plate, the third flow guide ring is located outside the first flow guide ring along the radial direction of the axis, and the third flow guide ring and the first flow guide ring overlap in projection on the axis, such that the gas-liquid mixture flows to the first vane and the second vane through the third flow guide ring and the second flow guide ring and then through the first flow guide ring and the second flow guide ring.
8. The pressure relief device of claim 7, wherein the distance between the second deflector ring and the third deflector ring is 1mm to 5mm, and the distance between the first deflector ring and the body plate is 1mm to 5 mm.

Pressure relief device according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the casing is conically arranged so that the liquid on the bottom of the casing is gathered towards the outer edge of the bottom of the casing, the casing being further provided with a one-way valve for opening when the amount of liquid in the casing reaches a threshold value so that the liquid flows out.
10. A pressure cooker, comprising a cooker body, a cooker cover and the pressure release device of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the cooker cover is covered on the cooker body, and the pressure release device is arranged on one side of the cooker cover close to the cooker body.
