1. Detection of content of active ingredient
The effective components in the lemon paste prepared according to the formulas and methods of the above examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4, 7-9 were tested, and the specific test results are shown in table 1 below.

According to the detection data in table 1 above, it can be seen that the content of the effective components of the paste prepared in examples 1 to 5 is high, especially the content of the effective components such as iron element and limonene in the longan paste prepared in example 5 is significantly higher than that in other examples, which indicates that the content and the proportion of each component significantly affect the content of the effective components in the paste, while comparative examples 1 to 4 change the types of the raw materials in the components, or change the mass ratio of the components significantly affects the storage amount of the effective components in the product, so that the content of the effective components is reduced, and comparative example 7 changes the preparation method, so that the content of the iron element and limonene in the paste is significantly reduced, thereby reducing the effectiveness of the paste; comparative example 8 and comparative example 9 change the volume-mass ratio of the bergamot juice to the mixture A in the preparation process, which can obviously affect the storage amount of the effective components in the preparation process, and obviously reduce the content of the effective components.
2. Product viscosity detection
In order to further prove that the paste prepared by the invention has better viscosity, the viscosity of the paste is detected, and the detection result is shown in the following table 2.

According to the detection data of the table 2, the paste prepared in the examples 1 to 5 of the present invention has moderate viscosity, does not have too high viscosity, is not easy to dissolve, does not have too low viscosity, and is suitable for long-term storage, while the comparative examples 5 to 6 change the type of the stabilizer, which obviously affects the viscosity, and obviously reduces the viscosity, so that the viscosity becomes low after long-term storage, and the water seepage phenomenon occurs, thereby affecting the eating.
3. Product color and taste detection
15 men and women were found to perform sensory evaluation (color, taste) on the longan pastes prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4, 7 to 9, and the longan pastes were fully divided by 10 points, to obtain Table 3:

According to the evaluation scores in the table 3, the color and the taste of the paste prepared in the examples 1-5 of the invention are better, especially the paste prepared in the example 5 has the best taste and color, while the color and the taste of the paste are influenced to a certain extent by changing the types of the components and the mass ratio among the components in the comparative examples 1-4, and the taste and the product color are obviously influenced by changing the preparation method or changing the volume mass ratio of the bergamot juice to the mixture A in the preparation process in the comparative examples 7-9.

3. The longan paste of claim 1, wherein: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of longan, 30 parts of tuckahoe, 20 parts of coix seeds, 15 parts of fingered citron and 8 parts of brown sugar.
4. The longan paste of claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the longan to the tuckahoe to the coix seeds is 2-4:1-2: 1.
5. The longan paste of claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the longan to the poria cocos to the coix seeds is 3:2: 1.
6. The longan paste of claim 1, wherein: the longan paste also contains 5-8 parts of a stabilizer; the stabilizer is one or more of agar, sodium alginate, pectin, beta-cyclodextrin and tamarind polysaccharide gum.
7. The longan paste of claim 1, wherein: the stabilizer is a mixture of beta-cyclodextrin and tamarind polysaccharide gum; the mass ratio of the beta-cyclodextrin to the tamarind seed polysaccharide gum is 1-3: 1.
8. The longan paste of claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the stabilizer to the mixture of the longan, the tuckahoe, the coix seed and the fingered citron is 1: 10-25.
9. A method for preparing the longan paste as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the longan paste comprises: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) decocting the fingered citron with water according to the formula dosage to obtain juice, and obtaining the fingered citron juice for later use;
(2) pulverizing Poria and Coicis semen, and sieving;
(3) cleaning longan, mixing longan with the poria cocos powder and the coix seed powder obtained in the step (2) according to the formula amount, stirring to obtain a mixture A, adding the fingered citron juice obtained in the step (1) into the mixture A, heating and stirring to be viscous, adding beta-cyclodextrin and tamarind seed polysaccharide gum, continuously stirring uniformly, and adding brown sugar to obtain a mixture B;
(4) and (4) putting the mixture B obtained in the step (3) into a container, and heating and cooking for 40-50 hours to obtain longan paste.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein: the preparation of the fingered citron juice in the step (1): firstly, cleaning fingered citron, then crushing the fingered citron, wherein the crushed particle size is 3-5mm, then adding water for decoction for 2 times, the mass of the first water addition is 3-5 times of that of the fingered citron, and the decoction time is 1-2 hours; the mass of the water added for the second time is 1 to 3 times of the mass of the fingered citron, and the decoction time is 0.5 to 1 hour;
the volume mass ratio of the fingered citron juice to the mixture A in the step (3) is 2-3: 9-10 (mL/mg).
