Based on the above mobile terminal hardware structure and the communication network system, various embodiments of the method of the present invention are provided.
First embodiment
In order to solve the problem that in the related art, frequent registration failure of IMS even results in a network side separation (detach) terminal, and further results in failure of UE to register to a mobile network side, and affect user experience, the embodiment provides an information management system registration method, referring to fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a basic flowchart of the information management system registration method provided in the embodiment, where the information management system registration method includes:
s301, after the terminal is registered in the mobile network, a session establishment request message is sent to the information management system.
It should be appreciated that the mobile network in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to: at least one of a fifth Generation mobile communication technology (english: 5th Generation mobile networks or 5th Generation wireless systems, 5th-Generation, abbreviated as 5G or 5G technology), a fourth Generation mobile communication technology (4 th Generation, abbreviated as 4G), a second Generation mobile communication technology (2-Generation, abbreviated as 2G) or a third Generation mobile communication technology (3 rd-Generation, abbreviated as 3G), it should be understood that a session establishment request message is transmitted to an Information Management System (IMS) after a terminal is registered to a mobile network; for example, after a user first registers with the LTE network of the fourth generation mobile communication technology, IMS registration is initiated.
S302, when the session establishment with the information management system fails, the number of times of the session establishment with the information management system is calculated.
In some embodiments, when the session establishment with the information management system fails, calculating the number of times of the session establishment failure with the information management system includes: the information management system refuses to establish a session with the terminal; or the terminal fails to send a session establishment request message to the information management system. That is, here the failure may be that the information management system refuses the request for establishing the session sent by the terminal. For example, the terminal opens a volte switch, sends a session establishment request message to the information management system, and refuses the session establishment request message when the information management system does not recognize the session establishment request sent by the terminal; the failure may be that the terminal side fails to send the session establishment request message, for example, the terminal side cannot identify the information management system currently, so that the session establishment request message cannot be sent invasively, and thus the session cannot be established with the information management system, or that the current terminal mobile network signal is weak, so that the session establishment request message cannot be sent successfully, and thus the session cannot be established with the information management system.
In some embodiments, before the session is successfully established with the information management system, monitoring the condition of establishing the session with the information management system each time, and calculating the number of times of establishing the session with the information management system when the session is failed to be established with the information management system; and stopping monitoring after the session is successfully established with the information management system. And if the session establishment request message is sent to the information management system once, and the session is not successfully established, judging that the session establishment between the terminal and the information management system fails, and adding 1 to the failure times.
And S303, stopping sending the session establishment request message to the information management system when the failure times reach a preset failure threshold value.
In some examples, stopping sending the session establishment request message to the information management system when the number of failures reaches a preset failure threshold includes: when the failure times reach a preset failure threshold, stopping sending a session establishment request message to the information management system at a first frequency, and changing to a second frequency to send the session establishment request message to the information management system, wherein the first frequency is higher than the second frequency; for example, when the failure times do not reach the preset failure threshold, a session establishment request message is sent to the information management system 10 times per second at a first frequency, when the failure times reach the preset failure threshold, the session establishment request message is stopped being sent to the information management system 10 times per second at the first frequency, and is sent to the information management system 3 times per second at a second frequency instead of the first frequency, wherein the first frequency is higher than the second frequency in 10 times per second, and the effect of reducing the registration frequency is achieved.
In some examples, stopping sending the session establishment request message to the information management system when the number of failures reaches a preset failure threshold may further be: and when the failure times reach a preset failure threshold value, completely stopping sending the session establishment request message to the information management system, namely, not sending the session establishment request message to the information management system before receiving the next instruction.
It should be appreciated that the preset failure threshold may be flexibly set according to requirements.
S304, when the recovery registration strategy is met, recovering to send a session establishment request message to the information management system.
In some examples, restoring the sending of the session establishment request message to the information management system when the restore registration policy is satisfied includes: when the terminal changes a service cell, judging that the terminal meets the recovery registration strategy, and recovering to send a session establishment request message to the information management system; in some examples, when the terminal moves to change the serving cell, or when the terminal does not move to switch the cell, determining that the terminal meets the recovery registration policy, and recovering to send a session establishment request message to the information management system; it should be appreciated that in some examples, when a terminal moves and a location is changed greatly, it may still be determined that the terminal satisfies the recovery registration policy even if the serving cell is not handed over, and the session establishment request message is recovered to the information management system. It should be understood that whether the location of the terminal is changed may be determined by GPS or the like, whether the current serving cell of the terminal is changed may be determined by cell identification or the like, and the embodiment is not limited.
In some examples, restoring the sending of the session establishment request message to the information management system when the restore registration policy is satisfied includes: and when the session establishment request message stops sending to the information management system and exceeds the preset stop time, judging that the terminal meets the recovery registration strategy, and recovering to send the session establishment request message to the information management system. It should be understood that the timing is started when the session establishment request message is stopped from being sent to the information management system, and when the timing time reaches the preset stopping time, the terminal is judged to meet the recovery registration policy, and the session establishment request message is recovered to be sent to the information management system. The stopping may be a complete stopping, or the sending frequency may be changed from the first frequency to the second frequency.
In some examples, restoring the sending of the session establishment request message to the information management system when the restore registration policy is satisfied includes: and after the terminal is disconnected with the mobile network and re-registered to the mobile network, judging that the terminal meets the recovery registration strategy, and recovering to send a session establishment request message to the information management system. It should be understood that the terminal may restart, turn on, turn off the flight mode, etc. to disconnect from the mobile network, and after re-registering to the mobile network after disconnection, determine that the terminal satisfies the recovery registration policy, and resume sending the session establishment request message to the information management system.
In some examples, restoring the sending of the session establishment request message to the information management system when the restore registration policy is satisfied includes: when the terminal receives any message sent by the mobile network side, the terminal is judged to meet the recovery registration strategy, and the session establishment request message is recovered to the information management system. For example, the terminal receives the payment information of the network side, and at this time, determines that the terminal meets the recovery registration policy, and resumes sending the session establishment request message to the information management system.
In some examples, when the recovery registration policy is satisfied, recovering the sending of the session establishment request message to the information management system further includes: judging whether the session establishment with the information management system is successful or not; if not, sending a pseudo message to the terminal, wherein the pseudo message is used for indicating that the information management system is successfully registered. It should be understood that after the session establishment request message is sent to the information management system, the restoration registration time is preset, and when the terminal still fails to establish a session with the information management system beyond the preset restoration registration time, a dummy message is sent to the terminal, where the dummy message is used to indicate that the information management system is successfully registered.
The invention provides a registration method of an information management system, which aims at the defects that the prior information management system frequently fails in registration and even leads to a network side separation (detach) terminal, thereby leading to the failure of UE registration to a mobile network and affecting user experience, and a session establishment request message is sent to the information management system after the terminal is registered to the mobile network; when the establishment of the session with the information management system fails, calculating the number of times of the session establishment failure with the information management system; stopping sending the session establishment request message to the information management system when the failure times reach a preset failure threshold value; when the recovery registration strategy is met, the recovery sends a session establishment request message to the information management system, so that the problem that the user experience is affected due to the fact that the UE is failed to register to the mobile network due to the fact that the information management system frequently registers and even a network side separation (detach) terminal is solved, the effect of mobile network connection is not affected when the information management system is registered is achieved, and the user experience is improved.

s401, after registering to the LTE network, IMS registration is initiated.
In some examples, the terminal supports an LTE network and when the user powers on or inserts a card, the terminal will register with the LTE network and then initiate IMS registration.
S402, when IMS registration fails, recording the registration failure times.
In some examples, before the session is successfully established with the information management system, monitoring the condition of establishing the session with the information management system each time, and calculating the number of times of establishing the session with the information management system when the session is failed to be established with the information management system; and stopping monitoring after the session is successfully established with the information management system. And if the session establishment request message is sent to the information management system once, and the session is not successfully established, judging that the session establishment between the terminal and the information management system fails, and adding 1 to the failure times.
S403, stopping IMS registration when the failure times reach a threshold value.
In some examples, IMS registration is stopped when the number of failures reaches a threshold, and in some examples, registration frequency may also be reduced.
S404, when the recovery registration policy is satisfied, the recovery initiates registration to the IMS.
In some examples, when the terminal switches locations, the terminal is determined to satisfy a resume registration policy, and resume initiates registration to the IMS, where the determination of whether the terminal location has changed may be based on LAC, TAU, TAI, TAC or the like changes; or restarting, and restarting IMS registration after switching on and off the flight mode and the like to access the network again; or after the user pays the fee, the network sends a message to the mobile phone, and the mobile phone restarts IMS registration.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and sending a pseudo message to enable the IMS registration of the mobile phone to be successful. And further, the situation that the IMS registration fails due to the fact that the mobile phone actually supports the IMS and sometimes the standard network has wrong judgment is avoided.
The information management system registration method provided by the embodiment solves the problem that the user experience is affected due to the fact that the User Equipment (UE) is failed to register to the mobile network due to the fact that the information management system frequently registers to the network side separation (detach) terminal even is caused, and achieves the effect of not affecting mobile network connection when the information management system is registered, and user experience is improved.
