In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the end of the cover 20 is provided with a protrusion 23, and the protrusion 23 is separated from the polarity switch 43 when the cover 20 has a first angle with respect to the case 10, and the polarity switch 43 is in a first state; when the cover 20 has the second angle with respect to the case 10, the protrusion 23 abuts against the polarity switch 43 so that the polarity switch 43 is in the second state.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the charging cartridge 100 further includes a second mounting portion 72, the second mounting portion 72 being provided to the receiving groove 11, and the first magnetic member 30 being provided at a side of the second mounting portion 72 near an end of the cover 20. Alternatively, the second mounting portion 72 may be provided as a mounting post. The first magnetic member 30 is disposed on the side of the mounting post near the end of the cover 20. Of course, the specific structure and shape of the second mounting portion 72 may be specifically set according to actual needs.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the charging box 100 further includes a mounting plate 80, the mounting plate 80 is provided on the box body 10, the mounting plate 80 is provided with a jack in communication with the receiving groove 11, the first end of the earphone 50 is located on a first side of the mounting plate 80, and the second end of the earphone 50 is located on a second side of the mounting plate 80 in a state of being plugged into the jack.
In other words, the mounting plate 80 may be disposed within the cartridge 10. Mounting plate 80 may be provided with a receptacle that communicates with receiving slot 11 and earphone 50 may be plugged into the receptacle. The number of the jacks can be specifically set according to actual needs. For example, two insertion holes may be provided on the mounting plate 80 of the charging box 100, so that two headphones 50 worn on the left and right ears may be conveniently inserted into the charging box 100, respectively. Meanwhile, since the second magnetic member 60 is disposed on each earphone 50, the first magnetic members 30 corresponding to each earphone 50 may be disposed in the charging box 100, which is not described in detail in this application.
The end of the earphone 50 extending out of the case 10 may be a first end of the earphone 50, and the end of the earphone 50 inserted into the case 10 may be a second end of the earphone 50. The side of mounting plate 80 facing first magnetic member 30 may be a first side and the side of mounting plate 80 facing first magnetic member 30 may be a second side. The headset 50 is positioned such that a first end of the headset 50 is positioned on a first side of the mounting plate 80 and a second end of the headset 50 is positioned on a second side of the mounting plate 80 when the headset 50 meets the predetermined conditions.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the charging cartridge 100 is provided with the earphone 50, and the earphone 50 is provided with the second magnetic member 60 disposed opposite to the first magnetic member 30. In the case that the cover 20 has the first angle relative to the case 10, the earphone 50 is inserted into the case 10, and the second magnetic member 60 attracts the first magnetic member 30 to charge the earphone 50; in the case that the cover 20 has the second angle with respect to the case 10, the second magnetic member 60 repels the first magnetic member 30, and the earphone 50 is separated from the case 10.
That is, the charging box 100 may be provided with the headphones 50, and the number of the headphones 50 that the charging box 100 may be provided with may be specifically defined according to actual needs. In this application, two headphones 50 are provided in the charging box 100. Each earphone 50 may be provided with a second magnetic member 60, the number of the first magnetic members 30 corresponds to the number of the second magnetic members 60, and each second magnetic member 60 may correspond to one first magnetic member 30.
The earphone 50 is provided with the second magnetic member 60 of the earphone 50 facing the first magnetic member 30 of the charging cartridge 100 under the preset condition. In the case that the cover 20 has the first angle relative to the case 10, the earphone 50 is inserted into the case 10, and the second magnetic member 60 and the first magnetic member 30 attract each other, so as to ensure that the earphone 50 can be attracted to the charging case 100 for charging, and improve the charging reliability of the earphone 50. Under the condition that the cover body 20 has a second angle relative to the box body 10, the second magnetic piece 60 and the first magnetic piece 30 repel each other, and the earphone 50 can be automatically separated from the charging box 100 under the repulsive force, so that a user can conveniently take out the earphone 50 after charging, and user experience is improved.
Alternatively, the second magnetic member 60 may be disposed at the first end of the earphone 50, the first magnetic member 30 is disposed in the receiving groove 11, and the first magnetic member 30 is opposite to the magnetic pole of the second magnetic member 60.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 to 6, when the user does not use the earphone 50, the earphone 50 may be placed in the charging box 100 for charging, at this time, the cover 20 is covered with the box 10, the toothed pattern 21 at the end of the cover 20 drives the gear to be in the first position, and the gear may drive the driving shaft 42 to rotate to a position corresponding to the first position. At this time, the first magnetic pole (e.g., S pole) of the first magnetic member 30 attracts the N pole of the second magnetic member 60 of the earphone 50, so as to ensure that the earphone 50 is attracted by the attraction force after being placed in the charging box 100, and the earphone 50 is more reliably charged.
When the user needs to use the earphone 50, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the cover 20 can be opened relative to the case 10, the insection 21 at the end of the cover 20 drives the rotating member 41 to rotate, and the rotating member 41 drives the driving shaft 42 to rotate, so that the S pole and the N pole of the first magnetic member 30 rotate 180 °. At this time, the driving shaft 42 drives the first magnetic member 30 to rotate, so that the magnetic pole of the first magnetic member 30 opposite to the N pole of the second magnetic member 60 is changed into the second magnetic pole (N pole), the first magnetic member 30 and the second magnetic member 60 repel each other, the earphone 50 is automatically separated from the charging box 100 under the repulsive force action of the earphone 50 under the repulsive force action, so that the earphone 50 is conveniently taken out by a user to be worn, and the user experience is greatly improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the cover 20 has a first angle with respect to the case 10, for example: when the cover 20 is closed, the cover 20 drives the polarity switch 43 to be in a closed state, the polarity switch 43 is closed, the first magnetic piece 30 is charged, and the first magnetic pole of the first magnetic piece 30 faces the notch of the accommodating groove 11 under the action of an electric field. Taking the first magnetic pole as an example of S, the end of the second magnetic piece 60 facing the first magnetic piece 30 is N-pole, and at this time, the first magnetic piece 30 and the second magnetic piece 60 attract each other, so as to ensure that the earphone 50 can be attracted to the charging box 100 for charging. In the case where the cover 20 has a second angle with respect to the case 10, for example: when the cover 20 is fully opened, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the polarity switch 43 is driven by the cover 20 to be in an off state, so that the direction of the electric field received by the first magnetic member 30 is changed, at this time, the magnetic pole of the notch of the first magnetic member 30 facing the accommodating groove 11 is N pole (i.e. the second magnetic pole), the first magnetic member 30 and the second magnetic member 60 repel each other, the earphone 50 can be automatically separated from the charging box 100 under the repulsive force, the earphone 50 is taken out after the user is charged, and the user experience is improved.
In summary, according to the charging cartridge 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the first magnetic member 30 and the transmission mechanism 40 are provided in the cartridge body 10, and the transmission mechanism 40 is driven to rotate by the cover body 20, thereby changing the positions of the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole of the first magnetic member 30. Under the condition that the earphone 50 meets the preset condition, when the cover 20 and the case 10 have the first angle, the second magnetic member 60 in the earphone 50 attracts the first magnetic member in the charging case 100, so as to ensure that the earphone 50 can be attracted to the charging case 100 for charging. When the cover 20 and the box 10 have the second angle, the first magnetic element 30 and the second magnetic element 60 repel each other, and the earphone 50 is automatically separated from the charging box 100 under the repulsive force, so that the earphone 50 is taken out after the user has charged the battery, and the user experience is improved.

Claims (11)

1. A charging cartridge (100), characterized by comprising: the device comprises a box body (10), a cover body (20), a first magnetic piece (30) and a transmission mechanism (40);
the box body (10) is connected with the cover body (20), the box body (10) is provided with a containing groove (11), the transmission mechanism (40) is arranged in the containing groove (11), the transmission mechanism (40) is connected with the cover body (20), and the first magnetic piece (30) is connected with the transmission mechanism (40); the cover body (20) can drive the transmission mechanism (40) to move, and the transmission mechanism (40) can change the positions of the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole of the first magnetic piece (30);
in the case of the cover (20) having a first angle relative to the case (10), the transmission mechanism (40) is in a first position, the first pole of the first magnetic element (30) facing the slot opening of the receiving slot (11);
in the case of the cover (20) having a second angle relative to the case (10), the transmission mechanism (40) is in a second position, the second pole of the first magnetic member (30) facing the slot of the receiving slot (11);
wherein, when the earphone (50) meets the preset condition and the cover body (20) and the box body (10) have a first angle, the second magnetic piece (60) is attracted with the first magnetic piece (30); in case the earphone (50) meets a preset condition and the cover (20) and the box (10) have a second angle, the second magnetic piece (60) and the first magnetic piece (30) repel each other; the preset condition is that the earphone (50) is provided with the second magnetic piece (60) and the earphone (50) is positioned in the accommodating groove (11).
2. The charging cartridge (100) of claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism (40) comprises: the rotating piece (41), the rotating piece (41) is movably connected with the cover body (20), the cover body (20) can drive the rotating piece (41) to rotate, the first magnetic piece (30) is connected with the rotating piece (41), and the rotating piece (41) can drive the first magnetic piece (30) to rotate;
when the cover body (20) has a first angle relative to the box body (10), the cover body (20) drives the rotating piece (41) to rotate to the first position, and the rotating piece (41) drives the first magnetic piece (30) to rotate so that a first magnetic pole of the first magnetic piece (30) faces the notch of the accommodating groove (11);
under the condition that the cover body (20) has a second angle relative to the box body (10), the cover body (20) drives the rotating piece (41) to rotate to the second position, and the rotating piece (41) drives the first magnetic piece (30) to rotate so that the second magnetic pole of the first magnetic piece (30) faces the notch of the accommodating groove (11).
3. The charging cartridge (100) according to claim 2, wherein an end portion of the cover body (20) is provided with a serration (21), the rotating member (41) is a gear, and the serration (21) is engaged with the gear.

A charging cartridge (100) according to claim 3, wherein the transmission mechanism (40) further comprises: the driving shaft (42), the driving shaft (42) is rotationally arranged around the axis of the driving shaft (42) in the accommodating groove (11), the rotating piece (41) is arranged on the driving shaft (42), the rotating piece (41) is in limit fit with the driving shaft (42) in the rotation direction of the driving shaft (42), and the end part of the driving shaft (42) is connected with the first magnetic piece (30).

The charging cartridge (100) of claim 4, wherein the cover (20) further comprises: the rotating shaft (22) is arranged at the end part of the cover body (20) in a penetrating mode, and the cover body (20) is movably connected with the box body (10) through the rotating shaft (22) so as to drive the insection (21) to rotate.
6. The charging cartridge (100) of claim 4, wherein the charging cartridge (100) further comprises:
and a first mounting portion (71), wherein the first mounting portion (71) is provided in the accommodating groove (11), and the drive shaft (42) is rotatably provided in the first mounting portion (71).
7. The charging cartridge (100) of claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism (40) comprises: a polarity switch (43), wherein the polarity switch (43) is arranged in the accommodating groove (11), and the polarity switch (43) is electrically connected with the first magnetic piece (30);
in the case that the cover body (20) has a first angle relative to the box body (10), the cover body (20) drives the polarity switch (43) to be in a first state, and a first magnetic pole of the first magnetic piece (30) faces a notch of the accommodating groove (11);
in the case that the cover body (20) has a second angle relative to the box body (10), the cover body (20) drives the polarity switch (43) to be in a second state, and the second magnetic pole of the first magnetic piece (30) faces the notch of the accommodating groove (11);
wherein the first state is one of a closed state and an open state, and the second state is the other of the closed state and the open state.

The charging cartridge (100) according to claim 7, wherein an end of the cover (20) is provided with a protrusion (23), the protrusion (23) being separated from the polarity switch (43) in a first state with the cover (20) having a first angle with respect to the cartridge (10); the protrusion (23) is abutted with the polarity switch (43) when the cover (20) has a second angle relative to the box (10), so that the polarity switch (43) is in a second state.
9. The charging cartridge (100) of claim 8, further comprising:
and a second mounting part (72), wherein the second mounting part (72) is arranged in the accommodating groove (11), and the first magnetic element (30) is arranged on the side surface of the second mounting part (72) close to the end part of the cover body (20).
10. The charging cartridge (100) of claim 1, further comprising:
