in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the present application discloses a command and dispatch method based on a mobile communication law enforcement instrument, which is applied to communication interaction among a dispatch desk, a server and a law enforcement terminal, and the method includes:
s11: the method comprises the steps of acquiring position information of all law enforcement personnel on a law enforcement site in real time and sending the position information to a dispatching desk, so that the dispatching desk displays the position distribution conditions of all the law enforcement personnel on a preset map system in real time.
In this embodiment, the position information of the law enforcement officer is geographical longitude and latitude information of the law enforcement officer, the law enforcement terminal has a GPS positioning function, each law enforcement officer in the law enforcement site is provided with one law enforcement terminal, in this embodiment, the law enforcement terminal can be a law enforcement instrument, and the law enforcement officer is not limited to public inspection officers, medical staff, police officers, soldiers and other staff.
The position information of all law enforcement personnel is uploaded in real time through the law enforcement terminal and stored in the server, the server sends the position information of all law enforcement personnel to the dispatching desk, and the dispatching desk can display the position distribution conditions of all law enforcement personnel in a preset map system, wherein in the embodiment, the preset map system is a high-grade map, a Baidu map or a dog searching map. In the embodiment, the dispatching desk, the server and the law enforcement terminal can communicate with each other through 3G/4G/5G.
S12: and receiving the information of the dispatching position range selected according to the position distribution condition of law enforcement personnel at the dispatching desk based on the dispatcher.
In the present embodiment, the scheduling position range information refers to scheduling area information defined on the map system.
Specifically, a dispatcher checks the position distribution situation of all law enforcement personnel on a map system through a dispatching desk, the dispatcher plans a selected frame on the map system of the dispatching desk by taking the dispatching destination as a base point according to the actual dispatching destination and the position distribution situation of the law enforcement personnel, the selected frame can be circular, rectangular or any other shape, the dispatcher can determine the shape of the selected frame according to the actual situation, and the geographical area information selected by the selected frame is dispatching position range information. In this embodiment, the dispatcher can determine the range of the selected box according to the distribution convergence degree of the law enforcement officers on the map system and the distance condition of the law enforcement officers from the dispatching destination.
Furthermore, after the dispatching person selects the dispatching position range information at the dispatching desk, the dispatching desk sends the dispatching position range information to the server, and the dispatching position range information is the geographical latitude and longitude range information selected for dispatching.
S13: and selecting the law enforcement personnel in the dispatching position range as dispatching executive personnel according to the position information and the dispatching position range information of all the law enforcement personnel to generate a dispatching executive personnel list.
In the embodiment, the server sends the external scope information to the law enforcement officer according to the position information and the scheduling external scope information of all the law enforcement officers,
and comparing the position information of each law enforcement officer with the dispatching position range information, and if the position of each law enforcement officer is within the dispatching position range, taking the corresponding law enforcement officer as a dispatching executive officer. In this embodiment, the geographical latitude and longitude information of the law enforcement officer and the geographical latitude and longitude range information selected for scheduling are compared according to the latitude and longitude, and if the geographical latitude and longitude of one law enforcement officer is within the geographical latitude and longitude range, the law enforcement officer is taken as a scheduling executive officer.
In this embodiment, a scheduling mapping table is preset and stored in a server, the scheduling mapping table includes law enforcement personnel identity information and law enforcement terminal numbers bound with the law enforcement personnel identity information, and when acquiring the position information of the law enforcement personnel, each law enforcement personnel position information is accompanied by a corresponding law enforcement terminal number.
According to the law enforcement terminal number of the scheduling executive, the server calls a scheduling mapping table, and the identity information of the scheduling executive is obtained through mapping; and generating a scheduling executive personnel list according to the law enforcement terminal number and the identity information of the scheduling executive personnel. In this embodiment, the scheduling enforcement officer list may be stored in the server, and records the scheduling enforcement officer name and the mapping table corresponding to the law enforcement instrument number.
S14: and receiving scheduling command information sent by the scheduling desk in real time, wherein the scheduling command information at least comprises scheduling destinations and task information, and sending the scheduling command information of the scheduling desk to law enforcement terminals of corresponding law enforcement personnel on a scheduling executive personnel list so that the scheduling executive personnel uniformly go to the scheduling destinations and execute tasks.
In this embodiment, the scheduling command information is a scheduling message for commanding scheduling executives; the scheduling destination refers to a destination for scheduling executive personnel to go to execute tasks; the task information refers to the task content which needs to be specifically done by the scheduling executive.
Specifically, the dispatcher inputs dispatching command information through the dispatching desk according to the selected dispatching executive, in this embodiment, the dispatcher can input the dispatching command information in a manual input or voice input mode, then the dispatching desk sends the dispatching command information to the server in real time, and the server forwards the dispatching command information to a law enforcement instrument corresponding to the dispatching executive, so that the dispatching executive knows the dispatching command information, and thus can listen to dispatching commands and uniformly go to dispatching destinations to execute tasks.
Optionally, in step S14, after the dispatching command information of the dispatching desk is sent to the law enforcement terminal of the corresponding law enforcement officer on the dispatching executive list, the method for commanding and dispatching in this embodiment further includes:
1.1, receiving a talkback request instruction sent by a dispatching desk, and sending the talkback request instruction to a law enforcement terminal corresponding to law enforcement personnel on a dispatching executive personnel list.
And 1.2, receiving a feedback message of receiving the talkback request sent by a law enforcement terminal corresponding to the law enforcement personnel on the scheduling executive personnel list, and sending the feedback message of receiving the talkback request to the scheduling station so that the scheduling station carries out talkback command with the law enforcement terminal through the talkback equipment.
In this embodiment, the talkback request instruction refers to an instruction for requesting a law enforcement instrument of a scheduling executive to talkback; the receiving of the talkback request feedback message refers to a message which is sent to the server by the scheduling executive personnel by using the law enforcement instrument and used for receiving the talkback request.
Specifically, in an actual scheduling scenario, when a dispatcher remotely directs, the position distribution condition of a dispatching executive can be checked at a dispatching desk. In this embodiment, the dispatch station may be provided with a communicatively connected intercom, such as a walkie-talkie or law enforcement instrument. The dispatcher talkbacks by using the talkback equipment of the dispatching desk, talkback request instructions are sent to the law enforcement instrument of the dispatching executive by the server, and the law enforcement instrument of the dispatching executive receives the talkback request instructions.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment provides another command scheduling method based on a mobile communication law enforcement instrument, which is applied to communication interaction among a dispatch desk, a server and a law enforcement terminal, and the method includes:

In this embodiment, the geographical longitude and latitude information of the law enforcement officer is compared with the geographical longitude and latitude range information selected for scheduling according to the longitude and latitude, if the geographical longitude and latitude of one law enforcement officer is within the geographical longitude and latitude range, the law enforcement officer is determined to be within the scheduling position range, otherwise, the law enforcement officer is determined to be outside the scheduling position range.
Taking law enforcement personnel within the range of the dispatching position as dispatching execution initial personnel, and counting the quantity of the dispatching execution initial personnel; according to the law enforcement terminal number of the initial scheduling execution personnel, the server calls a scheduling mapping table, and the identity information of the initial scheduling execution personnel is obtained through mapping; and generating a scheduling executive initial list according to the law enforcement terminal number, the identity information and the personnel number of the scheduling executive initial personnel.
Further, the implementation manner of adjusting the scheduling executor initial list in this embodiment is specifically described as follows:
and if the number of the scheduling execution initial personnel is larger than the number of the required personnel, deleting the corresponding redundant scheduling execution initial personnel from the scheduling execution personnel initial list according to the inward distance between the position of the law enforcement personnel in the scheduling execution personnel initial list and the scheduling destination in a mode that the inward distance is gradually reduced.

And taking the scheduling executive initial list after the deletion/addition of the number of people as a scheduling executive list.
In this embodiment, the server compares the selected number of the scheduling execution initial staff and the number of the demand staff input by the scheduling console, and performs a compensation process on the number of the scheduling execution initial staff according to the comparison result, so that the number of the scheduling execution staff list after adjustment meets the number of the demand staff, thereby realizing accurate scheduling, and simultaneously avoiding scheduling resource waste. In this embodiment, the inside-outside distance/outside-outside distance is determined by calculating a latitude and longitude coordinate distance value between the position of the law enforcement officer and the scheduling destination. In this embodiment, the scheduling executive list may be stored in the server, and records the scheduling executive name and a mapping table corresponding to the law enforcement instrument number, where the mapping table facilitates information interaction between the scheduling desk and the scheduling executive.
In this embodiment, step S25 is the same as the implementation principle of step S14 in the first embodiment, the dispatcher station inputs the dispatching command information, and the dispatcher can input the dispatching command information manually or by voice, and then the dispatcher station sends the dispatching command information to the server in real time, and the server forwards the dispatching command information to the corresponding law enforcement instrument on the list of dispatching executives, so that the dispatching executives can know the dispatching command information, listen to the dispatching command, and go to the dispatching destination to execute the task in a unified manner.
Optionally, in step S25, after the dispatching command information of the dispatching desk is sent to the law enforcement terminal of the corresponding law enforcement officer on the dispatching executive list, the method for commanding and dispatching in this embodiment further includes:

Specifically, in an actual scheduling scenario, when a dispatcher remotely directs, the position distribution of the dispatch executive may be checked at the dispatch desk. The dispatcher talkbacks by utilizing the talkback equipment of the dispatching desk, talkback request instructions are sent to the law enforcement instrument of the dispatching executive by the server, and the law enforcement instrument of the dispatching executive receives the talkback request instructions.
In the embodiment, the number of required personnel during actual dispatching is considered, the number of required personnel and the position distribution condition of law enforcement personnel, which are conveniently dispatched by a dispatcher according to actual needs, are determined, dispatching position range information is defined in a preset map system of a dispatching desk, and the number of dispatching executive personnel is automatically adjusted through a server, so that the law enforcement personnel can be intelligently dispatched at the dispatching desk more flexibly and more accurately, and the resource waste of dispatching is reduced.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
Example three:
in this embodiment, a command and dispatch system based on a mobile communication law enforcement instrument is provided, and the command and dispatch system based on the mobile communication law enforcement instrument corresponds to the command and dispatch method based on the mobile communication law enforcement instrument in the above embodiments one to one. 1. A command scheduling method based on a mobile communication law enforcement instrument is applied to communication interaction among a scheduling desk, a server and a law enforcement terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring position information of all law enforcement personnel on a law enforcement site in real time and sending the position information to a dispatching desk so that the dispatching desk displays the position distribution condition of all the law enforcement personnel on a preset map system in real time;
receiving scheduling position range information selected according to the position distribution condition of law enforcement officers on the basis of a dispatcher;
selecting the law enforcement personnel in the dispatching position range as dispatching executive personnel according to all the position information of the law enforcement personnel and the dispatching position range information so as to generate a dispatching executive personnel list;
and receiving scheduling command information sent by a scheduling desk in real time, wherein the scheduling command information at least comprises a scheduling destination and task information, and sending the scheduling command information of the scheduling desk to a law enforcement terminal of a corresponding law enforcement officer on the scheduling executive personnel list so that the scheduling executive officers uniformly go to the scheduling destination and execute tasks.
2. The command scheduling method based on mobile communication law enforcement instrument according to claim 1, characterized in that a scheduling mapping table is preset, the scheduling mapping table includes law enforcement personnel identity information and law enforcement terminal numbers bound with the law enforcement personnel identity information, when acquiring the position information of law enforcement personnel, each law enforcement personnel position information is accompanied by a corresponding law enforcement terminal number, and according to all the law enforcement personnel position information and scheduling position range information, law enforcement personnel in a scheduling position range are selected as scheduling executives to generate a scheduling executives list, comprising:
comparing the position information of each law enforcement officer with the dispatching position range information, and if the position information of the law enforcement officer is within the dispatching position range information, taking the corresponding law enforcement officer as a dispatching executive officer;
according to the law enforcement terminal number of the scheduling executive, the identity information of the scheduling executive is mapped and obtained by utilizing a scheduling mapping table;
and generating a scheduling executive personnel list according to the law enforcement terminal number and the identity information of the scheduling executive personnel.

The command and dispatch method based on mobile communication law enforcement instrument of claim 2, wherein after the dispatch command information of the dispatch station is sent to the law enforcement terminal of the corresponding law enforcement officer on the list of the dispatch enforcement officers, the method further comprises:
receiving a talkback request instruction sent by a dispatching desk, and sending the talkback request instruction to a law enforcement terminal corresponding to law enforcement personnel on the list of dispatching executive personnel;
and receiving a feedback message of receiving the talkback request sent by the law enforcement terminal of the corresponding law enforcement personnel on the scheduling executive personnel list, and sending the feedback message of receiving the talkback request to the dispatching desk so that the dispatching desk carries out talkback command with the law enforcement terminal through talkback equipment.
4. A command scheduling method based on a mobile communication law enforcement instrument is applied to communication interaction among a scheduling desk, a server and a law enforcement terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring position information of all law enforcement personnel on a law enforcement site in real time and sending the position information to a dispatching desk so that the dispatching desk displays the position distribution condition of all the law enforcement personnel on a preset map system in real time;
receiving scheduling position range information selected according to the position distribution condition of law enforcement officers on the basis of a dispatcher;
receiving the number of required personnel input by a dispatcher at a dispatching desk;
determining a scheduling executive personnel list according to the position information, the scheduling position range information and the quantity of required personnel of all the law enforcement personnel;
and receiving scheduling command information sent by a scheduling desk in real time, wherein the scheduling command information at least comprises a scheduling destination and task information, and sending the scheduling command information of the scheduling desk to a law enforcement terminal of a corresponding law enforcement officer on the scheduling executive personnel list so that the scheduling executive officers uniformly go to the scheduling destination and execute tasks.
5. The command and dispatch method based on mobile communication law enforcement officer of claim 4 wherein determining a dispatch executive list based on all the law enforcement officer location information, dispatch location range information and the number of required officers comprises:
determining a scheduling executive initial list according to the position relation between each law enforcement personnel position and a scheduling position range, wherein the scheduling executive initial list at least comprises the number of scheduling executive initial personnel;
and adjusting the scheduling executive personnel initial list according to the scheduling executive initial personnel number and the demand personnel number, and taking the adjusted corresponding scheduling executive personnel initial list as a scheduling executive personnel list.

The command scheduling method based on mobile communication law enforcement instrument according to claim 5, characterized in that a scheduling mapping table is preset, the scheduling mapping table comprises law enforcement personnel identity information and law enforcement terminal numbers bound with the law enforcement personnel identity information, when acquiring law enforcement personnel location information, each law enforcement personnel location information is accompanied by a corresponding law enforcement terminal number, and the determination of an initial list of scheduling executives according to the location relationship between each law enforcement personnel location and a scheduling location range comprises:
comparing each piece of the law enforcement officer position information with the dispatching position range information to obtain a comparison result, wherein the comparison result comprises that the law enforcement officer is in the dispatching position range and the law enforcement officer is in the non-dispatching position range;
taking law enforcement personnel within the range of the dispatching position as dispatching execution initial personnel, and counting the quantity of the dispatching execution initial personnel;
according to the law enforcement terminal number of the initial scheduling execution personnel, utilizing a scheduling mapping table to map and acquire the identity information of the initial scheduling execution personnel;
and generating a scheduling executive personnel initial list according to the law enforcement terminal number, the identity information and the personnel number of the scheduling executive initial personnel.
7. The mobile communication law enforcement instrument based command and dispatch method according to claim 6 wherein comparing each of the law enforcement personnel location information and the dispatch location range information to obtain a comparison result comprises:
the position information of the law enforcement officer is geographical longitude and latitude information of the law enforcement officer, and the dispatching position range information is geographical longitude and latitude range information selected to be dispatched;
and comparing the geographical longitude and latitude information of the law enforcement personnel with the geographical longitude and latitude range information selected for scheduling according to longitude and latitude, wherein if the geographical longitude and latitude of the law enforcement personnel are within the geographical longitude and latitude range, the comparison result is that the law enforcement personnel are within the scheduling position range, and if the geographical longitude and latitude of the law enforcement personnel are not within the geographical longitude and latitude range, the comparison result is that the law enforcement personnel are within the non-scheduling position range.

The command and dispatch method based on mobile communication law enforcement instrument of claim 5, wherein the step of adjusting the initial list of the scheduling enforcement personnel according to the initial number of the scheduling enforcement personnel and the number of the required personnel and using the adjusted corresponding initial list of the scheduling enforcement personnel as the list of the scheduling enforcement personnel comprises:
if the number of the scheduling execution initial personnel is larger than the number of the required personnel, deleting the corresponding redundant scheduling execution initial personnel from the scheduling execution personnel initial list according to the inward distance between the position of the law enforcement personnel in the scheduling execution personnel initial list and the scheduling destination in a mode that the inward distance is from large to small;
if the number of the scheduling executives is smaller than the number of the required workers, adding the law enforcement workers in the non-scheduling position range into the scheduling executives initial list according to the outward distance between the position of the law enforcement workers in the non-scheduling position range and the scheduling destination in a mode that the outward distance is from small to large;
and taking the scheduling executive initial list after the deletion/addition of the number of people as a scheduling executive list.
9. A command and dispatch system based on a mobile communication law enforcement instrument, the system comprising:
the system comprises a position information acquisition module, a dispatching desk and a display module, wherein the position information acquisition module is used for acquiring the position information of all law enforcement personnel on a law enforcement site in real time and sending the position information to the dispatching desk so that the dispatching desk displays the position distribution condition of all the law enforcement personnel on a preset map system in real time;
the scheduling range determining module is used for receiving scheduling position range information selected by a scheduler on a scheduling table;
the scheduling personnel determining module is used for determining a scheduling executive personnel list according to all the law enforcement personnel position information and the scheduling position range information;
and the scheduling command module is used for receiving scheduling command information sent by a scheduling desk in real time, wherein the scheduling command information at least comprises a scheduling destination and task information, and sending the scheduling command information of the scheduling desk to a law enforcement terminal of a corresponding law enforcement officer on the scheduling executive personnel list so that the scheduling executive officers can uniformly go to the scheduling destination and execute tasks.
