The performance test bed for the aircraft jack provided by the invention realizes jacking action through the hydraulic jacking component, realizes real-time reading of pressure data through the pressure sensor and the pressure sensor digital display meter, and comprehensively realizes performance test of the aircraft jack after overhaul or maintenance. The performance test bed for the aircraft jack provided by the invention replaces the traditional test mode of sinking and pressing a weight or directly jacking an aircraft, and the test is more convenient, safer and more stable.

The overhaul or maintenance of the aircraft jack is mainly carried out aiming at a supporting system and a hydraulic system. The overhaul or maintenance of the supporting system mainly aims at repairing the appearance, replacing a standard connecting piece and repairing the damaged part, wherein the maintenance content of the part mainly relates to strength performance verification; the overhaul or maintenance of the hydraulic system mainly comprises the contents of oil liquid replacement, sealing element replacement, valve group replacement and the like, and the maintenance contents of the part mainly relate to the verification of the sealing performance. After the jack is overhauled or maintained, because whether the jack meets the use requirement cannot be verified by jacking the airplane, corresponding test equipment is lacked to verify the performance condition of the jack after the overhaul or maintenance.
In the prior art, the performance verification is realized by jacking the weight with the corresponding requirement force after the jack is overhauled or maintained, or the jacking force is verified by using a hydraulic cylinder jacking mode, but the danger degree of the weight jacking process is high, people are easy to hurt, the hydraulic cylinder jacking mode can only carry out static load test on the jack, and whether the jack can meet the requirement in the process of jacking the airplane cannot be checked. Therefore, an airplane jack performance test bench is needed.

The hydraulic station 11 is connected with the opposite-top hydraulic component 7 through a connecting pipeline 8, a pressure sensor digital display meter 10 is arranged on the hydraulic station 11, and the pressure sensor digital display meter 10 is connected with the pressure sensor 4 through a data line 9.
Furthermore, in the column mounting holes of the lower platform 1 and the upper platform 6, the support columns 2 are locked by locking nuts.
Further, the number of the support columns 2 is at least 3, and preferably, the number of the support columns 2 is 4.
Further, the end head of the opposite-top hydraulic assembly 7 is connected with one end of the pressure sensor 4 through a thread; the other end of the pressure sensor 4 is connected with the opposite ejector rod 3 through threads.

The hydraulic pressure station 11 is connected with the abutting hydraulic assembly 7 through a connecting pipeline 8, a pressure sensor digital display meter 10 is arranged on the hydraulic pressure station 11, the pressure sensor digital display meter 10 is connected with the pressure sensor 4 through a data line 9, and when the hydraulic jack abutting pressure testing device is used, the pressure sensor digital display meter 10 can display abutting pressure in real time, real-time transmission and display of the abutting pressure are achieved, and performance testing of static load tests and dynamic load tests after overhaul or maintenance of the jack is achieved.
